We enjoyed a very memorable stay in Mormoiron with our extended family, ranging from age 8-79. Pascal welcomed us with two bottles of Rosé from the local region, which was a very nice gesture and much appreciated. He was also responsive to any questions/issues we raised during our stay, for example, providing additional pillows, regulating the pool temperature and recommending places to visit. The earlier than arranged check-out, though, was a bit rushed.
The house itself is charming and full of character. However, some facilities could do with updating eg kitchen, play area (which was unsafe), poolside area and the separate WCs as they had no hand basins.
All in all though the facilities are good, with table tennis and boules as well as the pool to keep everyone entertained. The balcony overlooking the pool is beautiful and made for some magical family mealtimes.
The location is perfect. The village of Mormoiron is lovely and the house is a 3-minute walk from the bakery, other shops and a couple of restaurants. Also within walking distance is a peaceful lake with a sandy beach, with the added bonus of an amazing high ropes course. And for wine tasting, you're spoilt for choice.
Overall we had a great experience in a beautiful setting, which we will always remember.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. There were 13 of us from age 15 to 75 (and two dogs). Plenty of room to accommodate large group. Lots of room to all sit round table outside (and inside if you want to). Close to excellent boulangerie (15 minute walk) and great restaurant/pizzeria. Pascale very accommodating. Merci beaucoup!

The house is very spacious but the bathrooms are very outdated. The bathroom in the basement has no shower, only a bathtub without a plug. The big bedroom upstairs has a very unstable bed, not comfortable. The 5th woodenleg under the bed
The kitchen is well stocked but the filters of the hood/fan are extremely greased and dirty.
The pool is nice, good temperature. Very short walk to small supermarket, bakkery and italian restaurant in town.

We had an excellent stay in Mormoiron after a 3 year family reunion gap! We are a 3 generation family and each of us was able to enjoy the holiday at our own rythm, satisfying specific needs and tastes. The house is rustic but very comfortable and is such that one can isolate oneself as per one’s wishes. The terrace overlooking the swimming pool with a view on to the adjacent hills is a wonderful convivial meeting place for meals or watching stars at night. The kitchen is very well equipped and can cater for large numbers. The proximity of basic shops and the charming ‘Bar de la Liberté’ are nice bonuses.

Verblijf mormoiron
Huis was proper en de bedden waren opgemaakt bij aankomst. Goede uitleg bij aankomst. Ook tijdens het verblijf, konden wij de conciërge Lieve bereiken wanneer we vragen hadden. Klein minpuntje, één kamer boven zonder airco.

Pascal was very responsive and we had a great welcome and availability form Lieve. 2 lovely bottles of wine welcomed us. The location is fantastic for cycling and the village has a great Italian. The property is in need of a bit of love to make it a great property and I can see pascal addresses issues quickly. We did enjoy our stay, great view from balcony, lovely pool although some tiles were falling off. Overall a little decorative TLC required for a potentially great house.

Jubileumvakantie Mont Ventoux
Door corona hebben wij ons tienjarig jubileumfeest van 10 vakanties in Frankrijk, meer bepaald de Provence en de Mont Ventoux steeds in de onmiddellijke nabijheid, pas 2 jaar later kunnen vieren.
De vakantiewoning in Mormoiron was een geschikte uitvalsbasis om onze activiteiten van de jubileumeditie te kunnen doen. Wij hebben genoten van de zon, het zwembad, de omgeving, de Mont Ventoux en de gastronomie in de onmiddellijke omgeving.
Het was een zeer geslaagde jubileumvakantie.

Alles was netjes en goed verzorgd. Alleen jammer dat het niet rolstoelvriendelijk is.

The outside eating area was a nice place for us to all eat together. The location was amazing. Close to Bedouin and carpentras both easily reached by bus and only a short drive to mount ventoux. The village has a shop and a small bakery which is open from 6.40am and serves lovely croissants, bread etc. there is also a bar that makes its own ice cream, which is very tasty!

Ruime woning
Het huis is aan renovatie toe.De verroeste barbecue was vuil en niet te gebruiken,hebben dit ook niet gedaan.Te weinig pannen en potten voor 12 mensen,we hebben er dan ook nooit gekookt.

Prachtige vakantiewoning met ruime kamers. Goede uitvalsbasis om de Ventoux te beklimmen. Zwembad was heerlijk. Fijne grote keuken. Hartelijke ontvangst, goede communicatie. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

une large propriété pour accueillir un groupe d'ami (ou famille) qui ne se marchera pas sur les pieds, chacun son espace c'est parfait ! une immense terrasse pour prendre ses repas au soleil et sans vis à vis ! un super terrain de boules pour les amateurs !! un weekend top top chez un hôte très accueillant !

Ruim huis met veel potentieel, maar enkele gebreken
Het huis is goed gelegen (in dorpskern, vlakbij Ventoux en Carpentras) en zeer ruim alsook voorzien van airco. Toch zijn er ook enkele gebreken: de deuren kunnen een smeerbeurt gebruiken, de elektriciteit is soms “gebrikoleerd” en de tuin zou beter aangelegd mogen worden voor spelende kinderen.

A beautiful house
A beautiful house in the most beautiful part of France. Pascal was excellent and on hand if ever we needed him or just for advice. We had a big extended family holiday and everyone said what a treat it was to be spoilt with the house. Lovely village of mormoiron for essentials and bigger towns nearby for bigger shops. Children ranging from 3 to 14 all loved the pool and adults from 23 to 86 were the same. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who has a big family and want to get away. Good: Property easily catered for 9 adults and 3 children. Plenty to do at the house and in the area. The town was lovely. Cathy was very helpful
Not so good: Air con not present in 2 bedrooms, and downstairs rooms were quite damp.

Fietshuis..
Een lekker groot huis met 7 kamers. We waren met een groep van 6 man om in de buurt te fietsen. Iedereen een eigen kamer en ruimte om alle racefietsen te bergen. Alles goed geregeld in het huis. Bakker en supermarkt om de hoek..super dus.

Large, quiet comfortable home.
It is a very large, older home with the typical South of France flair. We were 6 adults and 6 kids and enjoyed our week at the house. The bakery and supermarket are just a short walk into the city and have everything you need.
The house is comfortable, although older and could use a few small repairs. If you are looking for a luxury vacation this is not the house for you, but if you are looking for a comfortable, quite and large home, ideal for kids, then it will work just fine.
Pascal and Cathy (the neighbor lady) were very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay.

Schöner Urlaub zum Entspannen und Radfahren
Das Objekt ist ein typisches älteres Haus in der Provence. Es ist sehr sauber und die Küche bietet alle Ausstattung , die für einen Aufenthalt von 14 Personen nötig ist inklusive 2 große Kühlschränke. Eine neue Spülmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Alle Mahlzeiten haben wir (Mai) auf dem großzügigen Balkon eingenommen, auf dem auch der zum Haus gehörende Grill gehört. Kohle und Anzünder sind allerdings mitzubringen.
Der Pool war beheizt und angenehm temperiert.
Die Möbel im freien sind etwas abgeschossen von der Sonne, die Polster könnten Mal ausgetauscht werden.
Das Dorf selbst hat mehrere kleine Läden in den man alles findet, für größere Einkäufe gibt es Supermärkte in Beduin oder Carpantras.
Der Vermieter hat uns empfangen und war auch telefonisch verfügbar, sodass wir die Ankunftszeit mitteilen konnten.
Für uns als Radfahrer ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren zum Gorges de la Nesque, Mont Ventoux ...
Wir alle haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Wunderbar
Wir haben ein schönes, für uns gut gelegenes Haus angetroffen und sind von Cathy sehr nett empfangen worden. Unsere Ferien mit der Familie waren sehr schön. Vor allem die wunderbare Terrasse und der Pool haben uns sehr gefallen. Dort verbrachten wir sehr schöne Tage. Zwischendurch ein Ausflug in die Umgebung, und danach wieder die Ruhe im eigenen Garten.
In den sieben Schlafzimmern stehen gute Betten. Das ist ja ab einem gewissen Alter ganz wichtig.
Wir haben uns jedenfalls in Mormoiron sehr wohl gefühlt und sind öfter mal im Dorf eingekehrt.
Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Terrasse fehlt eine grosse Sonnenstore und am Pool die Sonnenschirme.

A beautiful spacious house in a village with amenities.
We went as a family of 8 adults and 7 children (aged 17years to 5 months), the house is designed so that all our bedrooms felt like our own little apartment. The shared areas were large, the pool fantastic, it is a wonder the children didn't grow fins they were in it so much. The house was beautifully clean and very well equipped , we swam, played petanque had card schools in the evening ate on the wonderful balcony adjoining the sitting room and had a wonderful time. The views were such that you would think that you were in the middle of the countryside, yet we had the amenities of the village very close. It was very quiet, we would go back, There is so much to see and do in the area, interesting sights, lovely markets, wonderful food, especially the Bakers in the village. Lastly but not least Kathy, thank you, for welcoming us you couldn't have been nicer, you are a real asset to the house, .The booking procedure was simple with Pascal and he was on the other end of the phone it anything was wrong . A brilliant holiday which everyone very much enjoyed.

A lovely house with big room, a great pool and in a good quiet location in the village of Mormoiron.
We had a lovely week with 13 of us from age 2-73. A really lovely house, nice for everyone to have big rooms, good air con although a shame it wasn’t working in one bedroom. We had a hot week! The pool was perfect, great size for us all and the kitchen was able to cope with cooking for 13, we did need at least 1 jug for water though and washing up liquid/bin bags would have been nice.
The area is beautiful, lovely views from the balcony, we could see Mt Ventoux from one end of it which two of us cycled up. The village has a great little market in Sunday’s and every thing you need close at hand. It’a very quiet, which we loved. All in all a fantastic family holiday. We are likely to return! Thank you.

House was good for our number in party , 7 adults and 3 young children but larger party might struggle as 2 bedrooms on lower floor gave access to pool area so issues with privacy . The larger bedroom smelled very damp and fusty . Upper floors of living space very good and flexible to use . Well stocked kitchen . Pool area was very good and well maintained but the loss of outdoor fridge previously included was bit of a nuisance in fetching cool drinks in heat of day. Overall house was in good condition tho early departure of 9am was bit challenging with small children . Overcharge of 50 euros for linen hire was never resolved / refunded although I did raise matter with owner Pascdl who promised to refund in person on arrival but never did . Request by email received no response . Some challenges in booking process as all in French so basically signed agreements for rental in good faith !🙇�♀️🤔�property manager next door which was reassuring and Pascsl did respond well to problems with air conditioning which he sorted by using different remote controllers. Overall a comfortable stay in lovely part of Provence within driving of lots of lovely towns znd villages!

Lovely property
Lovely property, lovely location, friendly little town, all the things you need in a great house. Perfect place to stay near Mt Ventoux, great local vinyards. Pool and facilities were ideal. View was amazing. So glad we stayed.

Super séjour
Très grande maison avec de très grandes chambres, maison très agréable, bien aménagée, et très pratique pour un séjour avec une grande famille. Piscine chauffée géniale. Cathy qui s’occupe de l’accueil est très agréable et pleine de gentillesse. Je recommande cette location.

location ou il ne manque rien, le point de vue est appréciable malgré le fait d’être en plein ville de Mormoiron. Accueil et disponibilité, discrétion de la responsable qui nous a accueillis. Propriétaire répondant rapidement aux questions posées avant la location. Que du bonheur pour passer une semaine en famille

Een geweldig vakantiehuis
Een gastvrij vakantiehuis geschikt voor 14 personen. Een schitterende woonkamer met enorme eettafel. Mooie grote slaapkamers met goede bedden, goed sanitair. Een heerlijk verwarmd zwembad. Een prima plek om je vakantie door te brengen. Monmoiron is een leuk rustig dorp, een goede uitvalsbasis voor leuke uitstapjes.

En général, manque d'entretien à ce domaine
A la première tournée du lave-vaisselle (toute la vaisselle était sale (manque de nettoyage, j'ai trouvé jusque des cure-dents. Photos sur le site datant d'une vingtaine d'années.L'eau de la piscine trouble et verte deux jours avant la fin du séjour.Chenal de récupération des eaux du toit percé, balcon inondé suite à orage.Frigo américain ne distribuant ni eau fraiche, ni glacon. Pour signaler tous ces défauts, propriétaire absent, délégation faite à la voisine.Terrain très en pente, ne permettant pas de faire rentrer un camping-car.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de trouver une maison spacieuse et confortable avec tout l'équipement necessaire pour 13 personnes . Le plus avec la piscine chauffée , le terrain de pétanque et la table de ping pong . Nous avions tout pour passer une excellente semaine . A conseiller .
