Unsere Freunde nennen Ocean Village eines der bestgehüteten Geheimnisse an der Küste Floridas. Unser kleines Stückchen Ocean Village Paradise überblickt das 8. Loch eines Par 3 Golfplatzes und bietet einen "Gipfel des Meeres". Das Hotel liegt im zweiten Stock (Zugang über Treppen, kein Aufzug) und hat gewölbte Decken, die zusätzlichen Sonnenschein in Florida bieten! Diese Unterkunft befindet sich entlang des Weges zum Strand, nur zwei Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt.

Rebeca was a great host and our stay was fantastic. Like our 1st stay, the condo was very clean and Rebeca was quick to answer if he had any questions. Our arrival was delayed till late evening and Rebeca was nice to leave snacks and drinks out for when we arrived. We will definitely be back again.

I have lost count how many times we have rented this unit. The owner is the best we have ever encountered. The condo is always clean and the bed is so comfy. There are so many personal touches provided. It is our beach heaven!

We had a great stay at Rebeca's condo! We've never stayed at a place that was as clean, well stocked & welcoming! The condo is bright, updated and very comfortable. We could not have asked for anything more from the welcome gift to the well stocked kitchen. She went above & beyond to make sure the stay was perfect. We will be planning our next trip soon. We spent 3 weeks in November.
We are glad we chose Rebeca's condo for many reasons. It was very clean, spotless! It included everything you need if you like to cook. Beach chairs and umbrella were in perfect conditions. Rebeca gives attention to every little details, for example, making avalilable handy little flashlights for security reasons if you go walking on the property during the evening, which we enjoyed doing every day. Condo is centraly located. Rebeca is always available and quick to respond if you have any questions.
The perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Ocean Village has to offer. Thanks to Rebeca.

Our stay at this unit was beyond belief. Updated, extremely clean and well stocked. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. The attention to detail was amazing. Kitchen had all you needed, Coffee on the lanai overlooking the golf course (and sometimes hearing the waves crash) was a real treat. Communication with owners was immediate. Can’t wait to come back.

We have stayed at this condo many times and love it. The community has a beautiful executive golf course; an awesome beach & nice restaurants you can walk to. The condo is very comfortable, clean and has a great bed. The owner and her mother are very generous with personal touches. Its our beach heaven!

What an awesome condo for our first stay at Ocean Village! Rebecca was such a pleasure to work with, so accommodating and prompt with replies. The beautiful condo was spacious, spotless and equipped with everything except your food! This was our best rental to date and look forward to staying there again. The host provided more amenities than any listing I have ever stayed at. The fridge was stocked with beer, drinks and water and wine. Toiletries were extensive. I have never seen anything like this. I own a VRBO listing at the beach in Panama City Beach and my place is not stocked like this.

We stayed here most all of February. Everything was wonderful. Check in was super easy, no problems there. The owner was the perfect hostess always there to keep us informed, providing us with so many extras and very concerned to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. The condo was clean and nicely decorated and we had a great view of the eighth green. We enjoyed watching the golfers. We were just a very short distance from the beach. Ocean Village is a gated community with beautiful landscaping and friendly people. There is so much to do here without ever leaving . We would definitely recommend Ocean Village and especially this condo to anyone.

This is our 3rd stay at this condo in Ocean Village. The condo and Ocean Village had everything we needed for a great Christmas vacation. The condo is modern and well equipped and Ocean Village has all the amenities you would expect. Rebeca is an almost host responding quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay in Rebecas condo was awesome! One of the nicest, and most immaculate condo we have stayed in. Communication was excellent. Rebeca supplied everything one could need. It was so nice to walk in after traveling to find yummy snacks and drinks. Her attention to detail was superior. Great vacation! We will be back for sure!!

I felt like I was at a resort, not a condo. It had been upgraded, and was beautifully decorated, clean, with a beautiful view off of the golf course that you could view through the sliding glass doors or by walking out onto the very large deck. Of all of the properties that I’ve stayed at in this division, this by far has gone to the top of the list! If I could give it six stars, I would! And in addition, the owner was immediately available, kind, responsive, and very accommodating!

Rebecca's condo was beautiful and there was not a thing that wasn't supplied by the owners. We felt so at home and comfortable. Ocean Village has multiple pools, tiki bar, restaurant on site and a private beach. Our vacation was absolute paradise. Communications with owner was immediate and always ready with help or advice for dinner or activities. We hope to come back soon!

Exceptional!
This property was outstanding. I would give it ten stars if I could. The host was very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The condo was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need and much more than you would ever expect! The community was great, with the ocean steps away, pool, and restaurants. A very relaxing getaway that really felt like home away from home. I have never felt so welcomed as I did when we first walked through the door! The condo is amazing., spotless. convenient …..as my husband said when I asked him his opinion and he is a man of few words, is “just wow”. They went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience.

We Felt So Welcome
We walked in and saw the sign that said “Welcome” and said our last name. Next to the sign were two bottles of wine and snacks. Never had we ever seen an innkeeper be so concerned with our needs. I forgot a few items but emergency replacements were found in the closet. Everything in this condo was clean and sparkling. A great host to be sure!!!

Awesome beach condo
The condo was very clean and welcoming. The hosts thought of everything we could need during our stay. Check in was very easy and the host was quick to communicate. The beach was a quick 3-5 minute walk so it was easy to carry our chairs, coolers, etc. There was a storm off the coast that caused the water to be a little stirred up but the beach was still wonderful.
There is a restaurant on the property grounds that has great happy hour specials and a delicious blackened mahi meal.
Overall the condo was awesome and exceeded our expectations. Rebeca was a great host. It was perfect for a couple’s getaway and I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Our rental process was seamless and our hostess made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The unit was not only beautiful, but spotless and well stocked with all the essentials for a fun beach vacation. The location is perfect - close to the beach and the Island Beach Bar restaurant and Tiki Bar. The Golf course is well maintained and my husband played nearly every day. Discription and photos are spot on. This property is great. The host supplies just about everything you could ever need during your stay. Very clean and nicely updated. The community is great as well. The ocean is a short walk out your door, with 3 restaurants on property, and an awesome pool area. I will definitely be staying here again when I go back!

Excellent Property
We have been coming to Ocean Village for approximately 7 years now and have stayed in a lot of the available condominiums. Rebeca’s condo by-far was one of the nicest. The place was immaculately clean, up to date and well furnished. Definitely 5 Star!!! Kathleen was wonderful to communicate with and she gave us a lot of good information on the area and was a very pleasant hostess. We like the area so much that we finally purchased our own condominium unit while we were there for our 10 day vacation (thanks Kathleen for the tip on a great realtor).
