Breakfast was excellent and the location was first class - lots to do around and about and nice pubs dog walks too :-) All the staff were charming and very helpful.

Great location, super friendly host, amazing breakfast. They have board games to keep you entertained and left some biscuits as a welcome gift.

Nothing but if I were to point anything would be that the room wood floor boards were a bit noisy.

Breakfasts were sensational! Top, local, fresh produce and consistent every single day. Pam, Lorna and the team made us feel at home with their warmth, kind and friendly service. Efficient and clear communication prior to arriving and throughout our stay. We were given a list of cab numbers, places to explore and eat. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and stylish - a welcoming haven to retreat to after a long day at the beach. The attention to detail in the decor and service was impeccable. Loved the fridges in our room and appreciated the fresh milk, water, tea bags and treats in the common room. Netflix in the room was also a treat! 15 min direct walk to West Wittering beach. Wifi access was fast and reliable. Really appreciated ordering a take-away and using cutlery in the kitchen. A home to home experience! We look forward to coming back and staying a bit longer next time.

Everything. I was getting married at a nearby venue and the owners did everything they could and more to make mine and my bridal party stay so welcome. The rooms were bright and clean, gave such a homely feel. Pam made breakfast so easy and was delicious! Had a couple of requests all of which were done before we had got there. Superb service! Would stay there again in a heartbeat. So thank you for making my stay so memorable

Nothing it was all perfect

Landlady and staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Landlady gave us a lift back to hotel when we got stranded. Beautiful decor throughout. Loved being able to use dining room for our take-away meal. Lovely shower.

Lots of little considerate touches and the owners thought of everything that could be needed. Breakfast was outstanding.

Security was a bit of a concern. We entered the building using a keypad but later on the door could just be opened. We were in the top room and my sister banged her head very hard on the sloping ceiling.

Room was very nice,however would book a larger one next time.

Luxurious room, also catered for a very large dog. Breakfasts superb, very friendly, a gem of a place near West Wittering beach front.

The Beach House felt like a home from home, with our hosts, Pam and Lorna, paying attention to every detail: a bottle of cold water in the fridge, spotlessly clean room, deliciously cooked breakfast. Thank you for a lovely experience.
