Ein traditionelles Haus im Zentrum der historischen Dreifaltigkeit, 1905 erbaut und 2018 liebevoll renoviert. Das Haus verfügt über Freiflächen, Holzbalken und viel Licht - im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Esszimmer für sechs Personen, ein komfortabler Wohnraum und ein Waschraum mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem zweiten Waschraum im Obergeschoss. Die Stadt Trinity hat eine 500-jährige Geschichte. Dank der engagierten Bemühungen der Bewohner in Verbindung mit der vor rund 50 Jahren gegründeten Trinity Historic Society ist ein Großteil des ursprünglichen Charakters der Stadt erhalten geblieben. Es gibt viele Gebäude im Dorf, die den Status der Provincial Heritage Foundation haben. Während der Sommermonate wird täglich eine beliebte historische Wanderung durchgeführt, die eine reichhaltige Beschreibung des Lebens in Trinity liefert. Das Rising Tide Theater bietet im Sommer wöchentlich eine Nachstellung wichtiger Ereignisse in der Geschichte der Stadt ("Trinity Pageant"). Don't miss this as a stop! Beautiful location. Lots to do and you can walk to everything. We walked to a local restaurant. Went to the theatreand had a historical walking tour. Thwn did a boat tour, which is a must. Trinity from the land and the water are so different!

Location was the best! A beautiful and comfortable home right in the heart of historic trinity. Staying here felt like stepping back in time. Staying in this home that is full of character (yet also has all the amenities of modern life) was truly a treat for us. Lily and Chris made us feel welcomed…just like talking to old friends. We will definitely be back to this little gem of a place.

i’ll cut to the chase. my wife and/or i have stayed in VRBO places (or the competing platform) all over the world—europe, the americas, the middle east, africa, asia, etc—and chris and lily’s place in trinity may be the single very best. its an absolutely gorgeous charming historic little house, beautifully restored, super clean and tidy, great kitchen, excellent shower(s), great beds, living room, etc. chris and lily are outstanding, kind, generous hosts who offered a ton of useful local info for our stay in trinity. we were there for 4 days… but probably should have dropped everything in our lives and just moved in for good:) and of course trinity is the cutest little town you could imagine. bottom line: if you’re thinking of trinity—do it. and if you’re going to go, see if you can book christian’s croft. you will be delighted that you did!

Trinity is a magical village in itself, but this property just adds to the charm of being in a place apart. The hosts, Lily and Chris, could not be more charming themselves, and were attentive to our needs. They live right next door, so no problem talking with them when needed.
The house appears recently painted and is in really perfect order. Not far from the center of Trinity, you can walk to virtually everything and you can watch tourists with their cameras at the ready strolling by the house all the time. I can imagine many of them were envious of our prime location! We are a couple, but I can imagine a family would find it very comfortable here too.
If we can find any fault, it would be that the hosts were unable to stop time for us so we could spend more time there, not just for the house, but to get to know the hosts more!
While going back to Trinity is always enticing, we now have another reason to be lured back!

Christians Croft was everything we had hoped for and more. The accommodations were lovely, the town of Trinity is beautiful. The hosts were welcoming and informative. I will definitely recommend it to family and friends. Hopefully we will be able to return soon. Thank you very much for everything.

What an incredibly spotless house! The listing is very accurate and can’t say enough how clean and well thought out this property is. The house is located very central in Trinity and all of Trinity was walkable from there. Perfect location for day trips to Port Rexton, Elliston, and Bonavista. Chris and Lily live right next door and were great giving area recommendations. Don’t miss Twine Loft restaurant in Trinity and the Skerwink Trail in East Trinity. Breathtaking views! We would gladly stay here again.

Addressed all of our needs with extra class. We were pleased to find various surprise extras ie. special variety of teas, chocolate in a dish, bottled water in abundance, specialized coffees, wonderful art work on the walls. We felt appreciated and cared for.

This home and the lovely hamlet of Trinity NL are a perfect complement to each other. This is a return trip to the area for us. The stay at Chris and Lilys was sublime. They are the consummate hosts. The location is perfect. The place is quite spacious, and beautifully furnished, We loved the personal touches, and especially enjoyed the local art. We were sad to leave.

The entire house is so clean and organized. The house is well equipped. Everything you might need is there. The owners have thought about everything and they were nearby to connect with us and offer good suggestions about things to do and see. They are friendly people.
We used this house as our ‘base’ during our three days on the Bonavista Peninsula. Its location for this is very good. The town of Trinity where this house is located, is a gem all by itself. This house also has a parking driveway for your car.
This is a property that we would refer to our friends and family, and definitely come back to.

Christian's Croft is a perfect base for your exploration of the Bonavista peninsula. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it offers excellent beds, modern plumbing and a well-equipped kitchen. The hosts, who live next door, were friendly and helpful, but never intrusive. An excellent find!

An amazing get-away
This is an absolutely gorgeous get-away. Our hosts, Lily and Chris saw to it that we would have a superb vacation. The house was impeccable - spotlessly clean, fully furnished and equipped with everything vacationers could want. In addition, its location at the waterfront in Trinity adds a very special note of peace and calm.

Excellent Hosts Great House
Chris and Lilly were exceptional people, kind and friendly, upon arrival we were met by both and we presented with a jar of homemade blueberry jam . They then proceeded to give us a tour of their home and gave us tips about the town and other attractions in the area. The house itself was perfect, comfortable and very clean . We wanted for nothing , as the house was fully equipped.
I would stay there again in a heartbeat, keep up the great work.

Beds were very comfortable, 2 complete modern bathrooms, comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, and nice deck with afternoon and evening sun. The hosts were very lovely, and their main goal was that we enjoyed our stay at the property. We will be back for another visit!

First Trip to Newfoundland
The house is very quaint and located right in the middle of town. Tourists frequently walk around the various buildings in the town, of which this one is in the midst of. We had to explain we were tourists as well; just renting. Not a problem,; we could have had some fun with this pretending we were part of the tour.
The house had everything we needed. Having two showers was great since we were 2 couples. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed many euchre games at the table.
The owners live next door. Having them greet us as we arrived, was welcoming. The were very nice.
The location of the house is close to everything in town; all within walking distance. We enjoyed 3 restaurant meals, a stage play, and several shops, as well as the many historical buildings. Having everything close, meant we could plug in our electric car day and night and let it charge while we explored.
