Modernes zweistöckiges Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern im Zentrum von Aireys Inlet Township. Geschäfte, ein Pub, Strände und der Fairhaven Surf Club sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Blick über das Meer nach Lorne und hinunter ins Painkalac-Tal.
Schlafzimmer 1x King, 2 x Queen und 1 x Twin. 2 Bäder plus eine Gästetoilette.
Zwei große Decks für die Unterhaltung - eine vor dem Blick auf das Meer und eine andere im zweiten Wohnbereich mit eingebautem Grill und Getränkekühlschrank. Back Garden verfügt auch über ein 3m x 4m Tauchbecken im Achterdeck. Eigenschaft ist haustierfreundlich und das hintere Deck ist gated. Hinweis: Ein springender Hund kann möglicherweise das Tor springen.
Das Haus wird komplett mit Bettwäsche geliefert.

The 4 bedroom, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets was comfortable and spacious for 8 people. Beds were very comfortable. It is a home, so it was very well equipped
for home cooking. Dogs were allowed inside. Tracey was easy to deal with and communicating was quick.

We had a great stay with two families with young kids and our pup. Balcony is lovely for afternoon sun and walking distance from both sets of shops and Split Beach. Would definitely go back!

A great chilled stay in this beautiful house. It was spacious with lots of room for 7 adults and 1 infant.

The property was ideal for our family Xmas get together. We were able to have three generations share the house comfortably, especially with the two separate living areas.

Great location close to everything but very quite. The home was wonderfully appointed and had all we needed to settle in for a lovely relaxing Easter Holiday. It was clean and well maintain with large modern bathrooms to freshen up after a full day on the beach. We took the opportunity to try out the pizza oven and cook some truly home made pizzas. Would stay again.

This is our 3rd summer staying at Phillip st and we still love it! Great house for a large group as it has 2 roomy living areas. The addition of new outdoor furniture and fire pit was an excellent surprise. Curtains/ blinds in the middle bedroom would be good. Thoroughly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Our group had such a great weekend at this property that we will no doubt be returning soon. Tracy was so easy to deal with and also quick and efficient.
The property itself is undersold in the pictures. It has everything you need and more, is extremely well kept and has sufficient room for 8-10 people. It's modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need to relax or entertain.

We have now stayed here for our summer holidays for the last 2 years and have to say this year was better than last! There were new beds ( comfy!! ) and as usual lots of towels and linen for use. The house was beautifully presented, very welcoming . The chickens this year were a great hit, we loved the fresh eggs daily, and ended up making cakes, pavlova and custard to keep up! We had a slight problem with a shower rail but 1 text to Craig resulted in him coming to fix it immediately on a Saturday. It was good to meet him

This house has everything you need for a family and friends get away. Kitchen has all the appliances and the beds are really comfy. Spacious living areas with seating for all. Only thing is the pool was hard to access- getting in and out was a bit tricky, so it went unused. Oh and one bedroom didn’t have curtains, so was very bright in the morning. All up would stay again, great location. Thanks! Wish I was there now...

We stayed for 6 nights early jan. When we walked in the house had a bad odour like no one had lived in the house for months. The house wasnt very clean i had to wipe all the benches vacum and mop clean both outside areas dead insects and spider webs everywhere in the house and out i have photos to prove what am i saying. I would have left straight away but we had kids that were excited to be near the beach so had to stick it out we checked out one night early. There is a house cat that is always crying outside the house all hours day and night which was very annoying and the cat obviously is allowed in the house because there was cat hair everywhere if we werw advised of this prior to booking i would not have booked. I was quiet hesitant in booking this place because there were no reviews but i had limited options so i am writing this review so other ppl know what to expect.
