Nick and Sylvia have a perfect home for a summer getaway. Our family and friends rented both units and it also everyone comfortably while offering prime beach access. Great views from the upper deck and backyard access to the water if you bring a kayak or canoe. Very friendly neighborhood! Nick and Sylvia are 5 star hosts.

Easy process, hosts were very accommodating.

Cottage was as advertised. Enjoyed pleasant week. Inlaws came to visit and i took them to nearby casino one night and day trip to newport mansions. So.ething for everyone.

We rented the entire unit (upstairs and downstairs) for our friends birthday. The two units are completely separate but 11 of us fit very comfortably. The upstairs rental would be awesome for just a couple to rent! The porch upstairs had a great view and the back lower deck was nice and cozy. There are 2 grills which was a huge plus for our backyard BBQ. The kitchens are furnished and there are coffee pots in both units which was great. We were able to walk 2 minutes to a private portion on Misquamicut and there is a place to launch your kayak or canoe right in the back yard. There was a drive in movie theatre up the road we went to on Friday night and we were able to uber to the Andrea on Saturday when the weather wasn't that great. If you're not familiar with the area, Silvia and Nick put together a nice little guide of restaurants and things to do. We took one of there recommendations for Sunday breakfast and it was great! Sylvia was very responsive via phone and text and left detailed instructions for how to care for the home which was very helpful. I highly recommend staying here with a large/small group or couple.

Nicholas and Silvia are very gracious and welcoming hosts who are very approachable and did their best to make our stay as nice as possible. We really enjoyed renting from them. The house was ideal for the large group we had and it was great to have two separate areas my parents and siblings and my husband, kids and myself. The beach was so close and very nice, but one of the main highlights of the trip was kayaking in the breachway right behind the house! We spent so much time at the beach and kayaking that we didn't even have time to explore some of the other local attractions! The house has had lots of updates and is very attractive and homey. There are some things that still need updated and improved, but they are minor. We would happily come back and spend more time.
