Peaceful cabin getaway close to Ellicottville and Holimont.
Schöne Ganzjahreskabine. Befindet sich auf einem Hügel mit eigenem Teich auf einem 4 Hektar großen Grundstück. Hauptkabine ist 850 sf und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Elektroherd, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Zwei Queen-Betten, Dachboden, Bad, TV, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Holzofen und große Terrasse. Es gibt eine freistehende 400 sf Mini-Kabine, die ein französisches Bett, eine Badewanne, einen kleinen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und einen Fernseher hat. Beide Kabinen verfügen über Heizung und Klimaanlage. Riesige Feuerstelle mit Blick auf Teich mit Grill für die Spitze. Schnelle 25-minütige Fahrt nach Ellicottville, NY und Holiday Valley Skigebiet! Der perfekte Ort zum Campen, Wandern, Jagen, Wintersporten oder einfach nur zum Ausruhen, Genießen des Feuers und Beobachten, wie die Hirsche am frühen Morgen einen Drink aus dem Teich trinken. Satelliten-TVs sind WIFI-fähig und der Handy-Service in der Kabine ist im Allgemeinen gut, um einen mobilen Hotspot einzurichten. Es gibt kein Internet. Beide Hütten sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Der Check-In ist um 16:00 Uhr und der Check-Out um 11:00 Uhr. Der Teich ist nicht mit Fisch gefüllt. Wir akzeptieren kein Bargeld oder Schecks zur Zahlung.

Had a fantastic stay! This is our second visit and we will be making it an annual tradition! Wonderful private pace with a pond that has a ton of wildlife. Additional side cabin for extra guests. All ages will love this place. Super pet friendly

We met my daughter for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It is a beautiful with a lovely additional guest cottage. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to get away from the hustle and bustle.

This was our 5th trip to this cabin. We really love the remote area and the atmosphere. This year it seemed a little more worn and we had a minor issue but overall it’s a great place!

This place was exactly as described. It was so nice to be able to watch the leaves fall and have a cozy fire when it got cold. The cabin next to the house was so nice to have a separate space but all be on site with our family. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful getaway!

Loved the property! Was a much needed relaxing vacation for my family and I. Our 2 year old Husky loved it as well! Definitely recommend and a day trip to Letchworth State Park is only a 40 minute drive.

Beautiful property just as described. We had an issue with the TV and they were very responsive. We ended up wanting to stay longer and they were very accommodating and allowed us to finish out the week at the cabin. Will certainly be back again in the near future.

This was a beautiful cabin that was perfect for sour whole family with two dogs! An amazing pond behind the cabin with frogs which we had fun trying to catch. Took a walk around the pond everyday. Went down into town where we enjoyed food from Frankeez and Rizzos. Ellicotville is just a short 20 minute drive. We will absolutely be back again!

Beautiful property. Pond, fire pit and cabin were great- well maintained. The bedroom in the additional cabin could have been a little cleaner, but overall a lovely property. 4 acres were great for privacy and room for dogs.

Peaceful getaway
The cabin and surroundings were perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of our busy life. Did the short drive to Ellicottville for dinner. Were able to let our pups swim and explore freely which we love. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Only issue was satellite dish TV box in guest house could not get a signal. By the way the guest house was as beautiful as the main house. Cannot wait to book again in the future.

A wonderful escape to the woods!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here at this cabin - waking up in the morning to that pond view with the crackle of the wood stove was everything we wanted and more! Information to get here was clear and helpful. Taking a walk around the pond with our dog in the morning was a treat. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

This is our 3rd time staying at this property, so I can honestly say that I recommend it - if you're looking for a rustic setting/experience. The cabins and furnishings are nice but not fancy, and being true cabins, they can be a little cold in the winter - especially the floors. That is fine with us however since we're there for a ski weekend and wear warm clothes anyway. The setting is scenic, back in the trees beside a pond, and the location is near the end of a dead-end road so there's no traffic noise. The owner was very responsive to requests. The driveway is probably 200 yards long and has a slight downgrade as you go toward the cabin. If the snow gets packed down to ice (which has happened to us every trip) it can be hard to get enough traction to get out. However, when I contacted the owner, they quickly sent someone out to sand and salt the driveway and we were able to get in and out without trouble after that. The trip to Holiday Valley is not too long, between 20 and 30 minutes depending on road conditions. We would definitely stay there again.

Great cabin for a family getaway.
This was our families second time staying at the cabin. Ours sons love playing on the property. Location is convenient to Ellicottville, as well as some great state parks for hiking (Letchworth, Allegheny., Rock City). Will definitely be back.

Perfection
Everyone LOVED their experience at these cabins. We came as a family with ages ranging from 4 to 68, and it was cozy, safe, clean as a whistle, and fun.
The kids ran wild outside, and the grown ups relaxed.
