well after 1 am. People were coming and going out the doors, slamming them, talking loudly, and playing music with at least 7 people present, 3 of whom were young crying children. We could not sleep because of the noise especially when the adults were all on the deck Friday night. The deck was about 3 feet from our bed. Sunday was wonderful because they all left. The ski suites are great unless you have rude, loud neighbors. We did enjoy the Linville winery, Bella's and the Savannah oyster house. We loved the hiking at Moses cone and Linville Falls. The colors were beautiful on the blue ridge. I'm not sure what could have been done about this situation as the Management Office was closed Saturday night and Sunday.

This is the second time in 4 weeks we’ve stayed in this unit and both times were excellent. It’s perfect for a couple. The views from the porch are gorgeous.

Internet worked great and there was no need for air conditioning when you can open the windows and balcony. If you wanna rent and ride bikes using the ski lift make sure you do Friday, Saturday, or Sunday because it's closed during the week. Very happy with our trip.

Their unit is outdated and could use a deep cleaning. It’s location to skiing, restaurants and shopping gives it appeal.

Nice studio at a nice price. Never got any instructions on how to check in but at the gate one can contact the office. I suggest owner clarify the process. The view lived up to pictures and that was important. Walls a bit thin. While our neighbors were reasonable it was distracting. One night I had to wait bit to fall asleep until the “Squeeky bed” stopped upstairs. This unit had a platform bed with no sound issue! Be a great location for skiing!

Had everything we needed and the mountain breeze was great at night with the windows open. The only real “complaint” we have is: the construction of the walls is... thin. So... I wouldn’t say the neighbors are really not all that noisy, but you can just hear almost every word of normal conversation from the neighbors to each side and especially all the foot traffic and toilet flushes above. It’s a nice getaway and visually pretty private, but not “audibly” private.

Very clean and charming property with a beautiful view. Perfect for a weekend or quick trip to escape the heat of summer.

The process was easy. Pay attention to the damage deposit. It’s really high - or you can buy damage insurance. We would rent here again.

We were pleased with the accommodation and felt it met our needs. It was clean and had more room than expected. The only thing I can say negatively about it was the hide away bed was very uncomfortable for my kids and seemed to be in of repair. If you have just 2 people and no use for the hide away, then I highly recommend it. We will most likely stay in a 2 bedroom next time. Great service and amenities.

Easy folks to work with and nice place with easy access to the slopes. However, Sugar Mountain Ski resort, which is a separate entity from the accommodations, has poor customer service. The largest hassle is that you can not purchase multi-day or even full day/night tickets. Every single day you have to ski down the mountain, take off all your **** (and your kids **** if you are buying kid tickets since they want to see they are really kids) and walk around to stand in line and buy your tickets for the day. Then you have to do the same thing again for the night. Every day you get to do this ridiculous routine, twice a day. It takes away the benefit of spending the extra money to stay on the slope. We wound up leaving and going to other resort slopes since it was the same amount of effort. My ratings are based only on the Sugar Ski and Country Club. Sugar Mountain itself gets a "dissatisfied".

It is as advertised. Its very close to the Omas Meadow slope and chairlift. Only about 50 yards away from the room. Also you can rent your equipment there and ski down.
