We have an extended family of 28. We have stayed at other homes in paradise village and we think this is our favorite! The grassy area is awesome and the home was roomy and had something for everyone. We had so much fun!

House was good and pretty clean. Very spacious and lots of room. The pools are a lot of fun! The normal big pools need cleaned, so many leaves and junk at the bottom. Good neighborhood. The hot tub at the house did not work, even after the guy came to fix it. Other than that it was great!

Great home! Plenty of room for our large family. We had room for all our kids, their spouses, and the grandkids. Very large dining room table gave us the chance to visit while having meals.

The home is great for large families without feeling like everyone is on top of each other. A few things could have made it better. The hot tub was leaking and not maintained. When we arrived it was less than half filled and lots of dirt/rocks in the bottom. As well the coffee maker was working, but poorly. Aside from those issues the place was outstanding.

Great family stay here in December 2022 w/ approximately 20 people, including are young kids. Easy 2-hour drive from Las Vegas. Hot tub was warm upon arrival! They had a lot of kitchen necessities. It was also nice that they had some kids' toys for us and a few board games. We brought our own, but this was a nice touch. The pool table downstairs was really fun. We couldn't utilize the ping pong table b/c it was too cold in the garage in December. The 3-car garage is huge, great for all the extra gear for our big party.
Wish list: maybe another fridge in the garage. Since the house can accommodate so many people, I think another fridge would be helpful for all the food we needed. Harmon's Grocery & Dollar Tree were close by, but we had a lot of ethnic food that we brought with us.
I will definitely rent from them again if we're making a trip out to this part of Utah. Great communication with the team and I booked 3+ months in advance. Make sure you don't forget to sign all the paperwork and send your ID copy to them. It was all so smooth. If we do come back during the warmer months, we look forward to using the water features of the complex.

Loved the size of the place, the full size bunkbeds were a hit with the teenagers, and how close it was to the pool. However we were disappointed in the fact that the hot tub was gross and only a few kids dared to use it. They shouldn't charge a hot tub fee if its not useable. The pool table was a huge hit but the sticks did not have the chalk tips so we ended up buying 2 new stick, which we ended up leaving for future renters to use. Some of the provided bikes were broken but there was enough working bikes for our group so it wasn't an issue for us but could be for other renters.The Lazy river was suppose to be open yet the gate wouldn't open with the key. I called the provided number twice on Friday during business hours to report hot tub and to hopefully get help to access the lazy river but was never able to speak to anyone. The kitchen is big and well stocked with pots and pans but no containers with lids for left overs. A simple box of plastic wrap or tin foil would of been nice. All in all its a great place with lots of space and I'd stay there again if we knew the hot tub and lazy river were useable as those were the 2 main reasons we booked this particular place.

Nice place that work well for a large crowd, however there seems to be a big communication gap between you and on site management. We arrived at 2pm and the home had not been cleaned at all. It took 3 hours for the clenning crew to finish. Disappointing to say the least. Hot tub was dirty. Couldn't use it for 2 days. Main TV was only viable on one channel. It took 3 days for on site mgt to check on it. they had no luck. WE finally fixed it on Saturday. the family thinks I should be getting some kind of a refund. What do you think?

On the listing it has a pool which we were so excited for. When we got there, there was a hook labeled “pool key” and nothing was there. I contacted them twice and they would take like 6 hours to respond. Moral of the story, we never got the pool key which is super disappointing and it was very frustrating how they said they would keep me updated even though I was the one that had to reach out asking for any updates. Definitely won’t come here due to the lack of communication.
They also have a lot of broken things that need fixing like the bikes. Only 6 out of the 9 actually work.
Super excited for this trip but left pretty disappointed.

The home was beautiful, provided plenty of space for our family, and was well furnished. The kitchen was stocked with more gadgets and tools than you would ever expect from a rental. Overall we had a great stay. However, there were a few cleanliness issues that were frustrating. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting. It's a very nice and large hot tub and having a hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this home vs. others. Unfortunately, there was green slime on the sides of the hot tub, white film on the surface of the water, sand in the bottom, and bugs. We called MANY times requesting it to be cleaned but no one came through our whole visit. Thus we were unable to use the tub.The second large cleanliness issue was regarding the bed sheets. One of our guests crawled into bed to find sand and a few pebbles in the sheets. Yuk! Made us wonder if the other beds sheets were cleaned and just didn't have sand in them. We were also disappointed with our lack of ability to access streaming services on the TVs. The remotes had Netflix buttons so we were able to access that platform, but there were no other instructions for how we could access other platforms. If it is possible, instructions would be helpful!I would also suggest bringing your own beach or pool towels if possible. It's a small thing but the pool towels were small and I wish we had brought some from home. The St George area offers many and various activities. We'll definitely be back in the future as we didn't have time to do all the activities we would have liked.

We loved this house. It was perfect for our 19 person group.
My only complaint is that there is a smell in the basement, that is overwhelming when you walk down the stairs, and I think the toilet in the hallway bathroom might not be sealed all the way (has a smell in it).
But, we really enjoyed our stay. We want to stay again, but the basement smell needs to be addressed:(

The setup and location of this house were perfect for a large family with multiple age groups. It was large and had plenty of space to move around. The kitchen was well-equipped with anything we might need. Overall, we had a fabulous time and would consider using this location again. The down side is that there were some minor cleanliness issues like trash under the beds and maintenance issues with the bikes in the garage and a few broken items here or there. I think they just need a chance to go through there with a thorough cleaning and fix the small things that were broken.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and the kitchen was well stocked with needed utensils. There is only one fridge which is hard for large groups like ours but we made it work. The beds and bathrooms are great, but the carpet definitely needs cleaned/replaced as there are lots of stains and wear. We really did like the hot tub and the area, so overall it was great. Jut thought others might want to hear about the little things.
