Proximity of the property to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and ski lifts was awesome. No need for a car.

This was a trip to see fall colors and enjoy off-season in town. The condo was nice; very clean, updated and modern, but basic kitchenware. Texted mgmt/Vacasa about early check-in but never heard back. We just let ourselves in 45 min early and the condo was ready. Would've been nice to know that. The parking garage was a big plus; a very nice amenity.
The location has easy access to downtown and many restaurants, shops, etc. Although it took us awhile to figure out how to get there; no info is provided on directions or walkways to town. Nice view of the ski slope. Could use some extra blankets/throws; none were available. No info on how to adjust the confusing thermostats in every room (2 different kinds). Could use printed instructions about check out procedures and requirements. An email with checkout info was sent at 9:45 pm the night before our 10 a.m. checkout, but we did not see it and did not check emails until returning home. A text would be better, or just printed instructions available in the condo. No information on what's nearby; just figure it out yourself. Would be nice to have some info & suggestions of nearby eateries and activities. Several old magazines about Breckenridge dated 2019 were not helpful. The three board games and puzzles were all incomplete and missing pieces. Should be thrown away.
All in all, a nice place to stay with some nice amenities. Just needs attention to some details to make it better for guests.

This place was very spacious, clean and had everything we need. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and hikes.

dirty dishes in the cupboard; dirty pans in the lazy susan; dirty windows. Bi-fold door, that was removed, just leaned up in the closet, blocking use of both sides of the closet. No bar soap in the master bathroom. The windows were quite dirty and the tracks filled with spider webs.

We really enjoyed our stay but it lacked a few things such as towels and basic kitchen items. The unit was very nice and clean which we really enjoyed. We didn’t really need the Wi-Fi but we’re unable to locate the password for that or the code for the pool. But other than those minor things everything was great and we would stay there again.

My wife and I spent our 20th Anniversary here and it was everything we hoped for a much more. Perfectly located to get to anything we wanted to do. The view from the balcony of the mountains was just amazing! Heated garage was very convenient as it was single digits the week we were there. From some first visitors to Breckenridge we would absolutely book this location again!

Old building not what we expected from the pictures and vacasa properties. Many deficiencies maintenance wise. Pool was blocks away and we never received the code and had to rely on other people to open the gate. The unit was a pig with lip stick...wont stay at this condo again. Below our and vacsa standards. This was not our first vacasa rental.

Property was in a fabulous location with very easy walking access to the mountain. 2 full bathrooms and two bedrooms. Patio looks out onto the mountain. Have a cocktail and watch the sunset after a day on the slopes. We used the hot tubs and pool area also, easy walk. Cooked in twice but many restaurants in walking distance. Rented a car and drove from the Denver aiprport, appreciated the included indoor parking spot. Awesome stay!

Great place to stay
We got to check in early which helped a lot. The house was very clean and nice. They have fans and extra blankets! Had all the toiletries you’d need. Only issue was there was NO cereal bowls. We had a great location to walk to the ski resort, it’s very close to the lifts. Great stay and home! Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The apartment itself is very nice and exactly as shown online. Rooms were comfortable and kitchen is well stocked if you’re planning on cooking. Location was convenient and the garage parking is probably great in the winter.
Our only issue was the water heater. It had been installed wrong and despite having maintenance and a plumber come, we still were without hot water. We were offered to move to another unit but were only staying one night and already on our way out to dinner for the night so didn’t take them up on the offer. After contacting the property management company, we were given a 50% refund for our stay due to the water issue.
I would return to this unit/management company again, but was ultimately a little disappointed we weren’t able to have warm showers during our stay.

The apartment itself is very nice and exactly as shown online. Rooms were comfortable and kitchen is well stocked if you’re planning on cooking. Location was convenient and the garage parking is probably great in the winter.

The location of this condo was awesome! We were able to walk to main street and get to the gondola with our bikes. The place was decent - it has everything you need and the view and pretty good. The place itself it a little dark, but that's to be expected with only one side of windows. Additionally, the beds were so hard and the linens could use some upgrades. Our whole family of 4 spent our trip with our feet covered in a black dust since the floors were dirty. If the beds were more comfy with nicer linens and the floors were clean, it would have gotten 5 stars.

The property was as advertised. It was easy to check in and communicate with the owner. Everything inside the unit was first rate. We were here in the summer to do outdoor activities such and hiking and bicycling and this place worked very well for that. We would stay here again if we came back to Breckenridge.

The condo was filthy when we arrived, we had to clean the floors of the dirt and gravel throughout the entire condo. 2 out of 3 of the beds needed laundered, there was dirt and gravel in the sheets. The location advertises access to pool/hot tubs, however the hours are only 2pm-8pm daily. Very short hours and the value of having a hot tub onsite is the ability to use them after a day of adventure - we weren't even able to use them before 8pm. The heated floor in the master bath was really nice, even in the summer. That was the highlight. Location to downtown was good. Glad we were on the 3rd floor because the 1st floor of the building smelled like something had died in it. The elevator stopped working mid-stay. The cleaning service leaves much to be desired.

The apartment was great. Nice interior, updated and clean. There was everything we needed inside. Nice mountain view. 5 min walk to Quiksilver super chair. It wasn't too far even for 3 years old. Good natural gas grill on the balcony. There was a lighter and a brush right there under the cover. Dedicated parking space in the garage, right next to the elevator. There were some issues with the elevator when we were there, but they were fixed the same day. The apartment is located right next to the ski storage room and laundry room. Nice and quiet - we didn't hear any noises. Short walk to the hot tub and pool (need reservation due to covid but it was manageable). Walking distance to the town center with all the shops and restaurants. We got all the access information upfront and didn't have any issues. We didn't have to contact anybody during our stay, so I cannot comment on the customer service response, but there was no need for that as everything just worked! Will come back.
