The house is located in a very convenient location- near Safeway, hwy 260, as well as some nice easy trail access, and not about a 30 minute d rive to Sunrise mtn. The porch was our favorite part of the house. We were able to let our cats hang out on the porch without worry because it is gated and fenced. The house felt very private and the neighbor hood was quiet and the people were all very nice. We would stay here again.

Overall stay was good. House was very quaint, peaceful neighborhood. Only problem was the bbq grill couldn't be used so we didn't get to grill our anniversary dinner, ended up eating out.

Everything we expected and more, my family love everything about the place. The tree in the porch my favorite place. Thank you for sharing your home with my family, and our furbabies.

Felt like I was at my grandmas house. It had everything. So quiet just sitting on the porch swing listening to the wind blow though the leaves, it was magical. Loved the leather recliner.

Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a sick animal, but the place is exactly as it states. The owners have gone out of their way to make your stay as comfortable. Will come back in a heartbeat

Grandma's House was a great location. Loved sitting on the front porch and walking through the neighborhood. However, although the property had everything we needed, there was a lot of the owner's personal "stuff" (including clothes in the closet and an r.v. in the driveway) that made staying there feel a little odd. Note: This is a mobile home, not that that mattered to us, but it is older and it's showing its age.

Online listing a bit misleading. Not a 3 bedroom but a two bedroom with fold out couch in LR. Not a house but an older manufactured home. Nice friendly neighbors, close to everything. Nice hot shower with soap, shampoo/conditioner provided as well as many other misc items. Nice comfy mattress in back bedroom. Coffee maker and Keurig in kitchen. Bring your own coffee. All kinds of teas available. Napkins, paper plates, s&p, spices and much more all conveniently provided. Games, Legos, DVD's, books, reading material, ROKU TV and Netflix.

We really felt like we were staying at Grandma's house. It was very comfortable and we really enjoyed spending time on the beautiful porch.

The home was very comfortable, the electronics (WiFi, TV, etc.,) were top notch, the location was quiet and beautiful, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the living room furniture was in good shape. I loved it!

Tv operation was a little challenging but other than that it was all good

A relaxing getaway - comfy, quiet and peaceful. I wish the porch was dog friendly (gate and wire grid fencing) so I could let her hang out somewhere.

We had a great time staying at Grandma's house. It has a nice rustic and cozy feeling. Really good location, just a few minutes walk to a couple of restaurants as well as a grocery store. Quiet too. Great media options with Netflix and a strong internet connection. I was able to do remote work just fine. Also near the wood lake park. Well stocked kitchen with gas burners. The porch was great for eatting and working outside. I would definitely recommend it for both short and long stays.

this property had everything we needed and more. From dog toys to movies, kitchen essentials and comfy beds. The owner even had bleach water in a spray bottle. The neighborhood was nice and the people friendly. Thanks for letting us stay.

Quaint, clean and close to everything. The porch is spectacular and we spent most of our time hanging out there enjoying the cool weather. We will definitely rent here agsin!

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this property. We spent most of our time on the porch. Lots of wildlife to enjoy!! House is well-stocked and very homey!!! Homeowners are ver accessible. I sought this will be our last stay here!!!!

This was our third time staying at this cabin. It was in a great location and always had what we needed. We had my wife, our daughter, her friend and our 4 dogs. We would highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed the location and quality of this cute home! Decor is reminiscent of my childhood which definitely gives it a Grama's place vibe. It is stocked with everything you need; even the bird feeders are full in the front yard! Would definitely stay here again!

This rental has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The fully pantry-stocked kitchen saved us trips to the store. There were plenty of nature watching opportunities right from the porch. There are two indoor tables, but we recommend having meals at the porch table. There is plenty of room for the kiddos to run around outside, a huge collection of board games and even horse shoe pits. This property is also in an excellent location for fishing and hiking trips. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed at this property to escape the heat of Tucson. It was perfect for our family and our 2 dogs. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location was close to many trails, and the front porch and property around the house was relaxing and pleasant.

It was a wonderful time. Cabin was perfect, weather was perfect, neighbors were awesome.

Sometimes it's the simple things that make a place unique. At Bob's/Grandma's place, the porch is the star of the show. Someone had the wits to build it right around a massive pine tree. That my friends is genius.

We had a great time. The only surprise was that it was a trailer and not really a cabin. But it was clean and in a great location - we had fun and would like to come back again!

This was our 2nd visit to "Granny's" house, as we call it; and it couldn't be more perfect. We had plenty of games to play, enjoyed feeding the squirrels, and wild birds; we even saw a baby rabbit one evening. The trails for hiking were all in close driving proximity. We even enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with our dogs. Everything we needed was close by without feeling you had left the forest.
