Hôtel en plein coeur du Vieux Québec. Personnel courtois. L'escalier avant est un peu raide, mais il y a une entrée sans escalier à l'arrière. Un panneau l'indique clairement. Plusieurs stationnements à proximité.

Les lits sont un peu mou. Mais c'est une question de goût selon moi

Location is great just near Fairmont De Chateu Frontenec. The location is superb. All of the old Quebec locations are nearly the property.

Inconfort il faisait froid dans la chambre malgré le fait qu’on nous aiit donne accès au thermostat. De plus, on a du se couvrir avec une couette sans housse!!!

Great location on the quieter side of town. Easily walkable to the sights, but nice and peaceful for a good night’s sleep. The front desk staff were helpful, happily switched between English and French as needed, and supplied any extras needed for the room. The room was clean and modern, and the rooftop terrace offered nice views. Though the breakfast restaurant was closed, they offered discounts at a dew restaurants around town.

I booked a basic room and the window looked out into an alley. If you care about a view, pay for the view! I still think it was a good value for the price.
