Clean nice and quiet

The location was good. The outdoor seating area was nice but we did not use it. The facility was clean.

Two of the three washing machines were out of order and one of the dryers. It took more than 2 hours to do one load of laundry because other guests were juggling their loads too. Front staff were polite but lacked a welcoming attitude. The pallet board steps looked tacky and our welcome mat was buckled. The interior was okay but I kept bumping into the ironing board every time I walked by the bed. Overall, I think it felt a little overpriced for the experience we had. There was just a tired feeling to the bedding and curtains.

Good location

The room smelled bad. Pool was cloudy and dirty. Room was not very clean.

Location was perfect and was close to everything, breakfast was fine.

Breakfast could have a little more variety but other than that it was okay.

Location , parking

Puddles, no bath mat, electric cords everywhere, no hooks in bedroom to hang things, no extra tp, no blankets, poor HVAC, poor breakfast, no rug for entry wet feet, hot water took 5 minutes, tub didn't drain well, only two pillows on a queen bed ( they did get more)

There was dust (and some paper and a lone sock) under the beds and desk. When we mentioned this to the (we think) manager, he came in the room 15 min. later, calling on his phone, with a broom. With this broom he wiped the dust and dirt with big swings from under the beds to the other side of the room (in the door area). Now the dust was scattered over the entire room.
