It was very clean. The entire property was very well maintained. It felt very quaint and not commercial. There was a lot of attention to detail. The staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. Our porch had a view of the ocean which was a pleasant surprise.

The shower fixtures were a little tricky at first but eventually worked fine.

Regulating the heat was a challenge: the room was either too hot or too cold.

The view, the pool , the ac, were all great. The complimentary breakfast was a surprise. The location was great.

The noise of the fan/ light in the bathroom. Kind of hard mattress.

Our room was listed as 110, being 86 yrs old I was looking for a 1st floor room and thought that room 110 was first floor. Well it was on the second floor and there were 15 stairs to climb with baggage and no elevator. I was not happy.

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Bathroom door gets stuck shut, doesn't shut easily. No microwave.
