Excellent value. Nothing fancy. Just very clean rooms, exceptionally comfortable (newer) beds and great property management. The staff was outstanding.

It was super clean very nice the bed was excellent so were the pillows very comfortable

They don't have a pool anymore it is full of rocks now covered in and the first night I left my garbage and dirty towels outside so they didn't have to come in and clean and I had used my coffee cups but they didn't replace anything they emptied the garbage but did not give me no fresh towels or cups

The room was a nice clean cheap room. I was only there overnight for my job so the only interaction with staff was when I checked in. The desk person was nice and very business oriented.

Found a pair of dirty underwear on the floor by one of the beds when we first checked in. The room had two queen beds in it but yet only had one bath towel and one hand towel to wash rags how are two people supposed to get clean with that? It had no shampoos but it did hand soap. They did come in to clean on the second day of our stay and move things around on my bed. I am a manager of a hotel and I've instructed my housekeepers if there are things on the bed you leave the beds alone don't touch - never ever touch guest belongings. So maybe I'm going by the standards I said at my hotel instead of what Ozark does. But that's no excuse for the dirty underwear or the lack of sufficient towels plus the hand gloss the washcloth were dirty stained so actually they were clean but they were stained. I didn't pay much for the room and I got what I paid for
