Location and quiet.

I couldn’t stay another night even though I was willing to pay. And I booked it on line. I had to check out at 11 and then check back in at 3. No compassion from staff even though I had no where to go. My truck was in the shop. So I cancelled reservations which cost almost as much as the room. Went to La Quinta and checked in at 11:30 it’s costly but I rather pay for better and great customer service. Staff is rude couldn’t even get a printed receipt of my stay. The manager likes her job so much where she makes her own rules. This never happened to me before my record/ stays speak for itself throughout many states. Being that I travel for a living.

your policies online for animals vs in person is totally opposite. i booked from out of town and ended up leaving a day early because the office called while i was in orientation for a new job about my dog.

The door sat high off the ground and let a lot of the hall light into room which kept me awake, the hat water didn’t work

I could not check into my room. Jeanna cannot get my room straight. Locked out of my room..Talked to her and she cannot operate the room key for me to get in. It is 314. I stayed yesterday at 117. No issues.. she should not be working there told me to ho to booking. Com to get a refund. Leave me without a place. Dont do it

bad location , most of the staff was rude , didn’t clean rooms Alan’s allowed other guests to smoke marijuna . had to ask for our own bedding , towels , toiletries and empty our own trash . toilet kept stopping up . had to ask for plunger to unstop ourselfs . had to wait hours for plunger . front desk had friends visiting and talking . act like we didn’t matter at guest .

absolutely the worst hotel experience I ever had. would never stay here nor recommend to anyone. i never got past the front desk. I booked on line, then was told they couldn’t rent me the room because it was their last handicapped. i booked under senior citizen ( I am 63) because I was obviously able bodied. and they had to have a room in case someone needed it. they had already charged me for one night and refused to give me a refund. but only after they had me cancel and rebook on line. i was at the front desk doing this. so when they told me they couldn’t refund my credit card. I was not happy and then did not want to stay but I couldnt cancel my booking .com reservation without penalty because it was after 6. in the end after much complaining and demanding they did refund my credit card and booking for com refunded my stay also and I went somewhere else! so stay away!

Nothing. The front desk people were deplorable in their customer service. The general manager Jena is a joke.
