Rooms just a little small

it was easy to move around and the staff was very kind and helpful

the shower overflowed a little bit

the outside was beautifully cared for. the rules make for a safe and quiet experience without concern for safety

the room. it’s just the tiny little things that increases convenience. an example is a shelf in the bathroom or hooks for clean clothing when you shower or a shelf at the kitchen for groceries and another luggage stand so I didn’t have to put my luggage in the table

The location was great. The woman that worked there was nice. Unlimited ice machine.

The refrigerator did not get cold. The bed was squeaky and hard. Not enough parking. The shower stall was very small.

We loved our stay here! Had an amazing time and the room was big and clear. The girl on the front desk was lovely and so helpful (I think her name was Gabby but I'm sorry if that's wrong).

Location was great and neighborhood was excellent very relaxing

More sheets and better cable and I in the bathroom no where to put the soap and a bigger toilet and no iron to iron clothes

We stayed in a simple motel room, but had chairs outside, enough room for bags, was very clean and staff were very flexible and accommodating as I had mixed up our dates. The view from the jetty/ deck is amazing. Sunset beautiful. Unfortunately I missed the dolphins swimming past but sitting by the jetty on the lounge chairs watching the sun go down - lovely. Ate take aways down at the waters edge each nice, far too nice to sit inside in the A-C!

The dear sweet woman in the office was an absolute delight. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. She was so friendly and helpful. My room was perfect and the price was more than reasonable. The facilities are amazing and I would love to come back and stay longer. Even the “locals “ that I talked with were so nice!

it was comfortable, kitchen supplies were new , bed was extra comfy, good location, very familiar but... be prepared to deal with shutters that barely provide coverage from the sunlight... luckily I had my sleep mask to keep me sleeping after the sunrise. We felt the room should have a little option for storage clothes: there was nothing besides a few hangers to handle with our bathing suits ... at some point things got a little worse due to our dive gear that had absolutely no spot to dry - we had to improvise with knob doors and everything that could hold our stuff in order to let it dry. Considering that this is a beach hotel it’s quite messy not having a place where to hang things.

bathroom layout was not good toilet was really low and so close to the shower I had to put my feet in the shower.

The property is centrally located to many attractions in the area! It’s very well taken care of and very clean.

one thing I would like for the staff to implement is being able to leave the key in the room instead of circling the property if room is located on back side.

We didn't get breakfast. The location was wonderful.

Our dryer in our unit did not work.

Everything! Stayed in a 1 bedroom cottage and it was the perfect size, had everything we needed, and was extremely comfortable. The views & beach were amazing. I will 100% stay here again!
