location was great. not so crowded on beach

construction that would limit access. only one elevator working. staff was rude at times concerning arm bands even though they just saw you multiple times wearing them.

Location was phenomenal

Lots of issues…. Dryer didn’t work. No way to wash & clean clothes/towels all week other than hanging them up all over the place Garbage disposal didn’t work. Had food still in it when we arrived & had to run hot water to kill the terrible smell Finally…. the one elevator (that also broke down couple times) was an absolute nightmare. Entire facility trying to use one elevator for entire week was ridiculous. We waisted so much valuable vacation time waiting on elevator. Took 7 flights of stairs as much as we could with kids & beach stuff. Safe to say, I don’t think we will be back.

Beautiful finishes and furnishings!

Location

We loved how close it was to the gulf. It was an easy walk along a short boardwalk to get to the beach, and there were convenient faucets and showers for rinsing off.

On the sand at the base of the boardwalk to the condominium, there were discarded beach toys mixed with garbage overflowing from a garbage can and spilling onto the sand the entire week.

The location was wonderful! The condo was spacious and clean. The view was beautiful! The I door/ out door pool and jacuzzi were very nice. It was close to restaurants and grocery. Having dishes, utensils all all appliances was very nice.

There was mold on the inside of the washing machine and mini fridge. The mattress in the master bedroom seemed to be worn out, overly soft. The water from the refrigerator ran slow.

Cockroaches in the unit!! Light bulbs missing. Window blind missing in main bedroom. Not enough parking passes.

The building needs pressure washing…. There was no kiddie pool…

Beautiful location, pool, easy access to beach. Fantastic facility

Little confusion about renting beach setup. I was told that we had one free setup on beach with rental, but beach personnel were unaware of it since I booked on line.

We paid extra for amenities for example: beach chairs, umbrellas water sports none of which we received. Spent countless time on the phones trying to get our. Daily beach chairs and no luck. We had to pay beach service $ 600.00$+

The property was gorgeous. Nicest condo we ever stayed in.

The property was walking distance to desired restaurants and bars. Beach access was ideal.

The condo smelled clean and looked clean on the surface but one walk across the floor with bare feet on day one and we had what we refer to in the south as grocery store feet, black feet from dirty floors. We normally would not have used TV’s but we had some rain and discovered not one smart TV. No ability to stream or cast from our phones, the addition of at least a Roku stick would be an improvement. Also, one remote had batteries that worked. We looked through some drawers but found no batteries. We did find clutter.
