Good location - beds clean
Not fair to comment, as the new owner took over only a few days ago - for very sure he has room to improve the location, but masters already the giant price level

The price, clean cold room with good breakfast
Sink faucet was VERY loose and toilet seat was loose,

Panguitch is a very cute town, and this was very close to the center
The bathroom had holes in the ceiling, was a bit dirty, parking lot was kind of sketchy and the walls were very thin.

The beds and bedding leave a favorable impression.
Dated facilities. Coffee maker didn't work and was covered in dust - the whole coffee station needed to be cleaned. AC worked, thankfully, but its high mount made it practically unreachable (old model, no remote control).

everything else! very dirty, old, outdated. tub was gross faucet was loose in sink area. Breakfast probably rewarded each day.

Breakfast was more than expected and the location was fine.
Window curtain was torn, but dark drapes covered it up okay. Signage appears weather worn and needs updating

Breakfast OK
Bad room with broken, rusted and clogged bathtub. Got another for the second night so that we could shower anyway. Why not provide decent rooms straightaway?

Staff was friendly - breakfast was convenient - only one piece of fruit left though

Very spacious. Good appliances.
No breakfast options close-by. It's a hassle to find a restaurant or so

Pet area was blocked by torn up carpet debris. Bathroom door falling off hinges. Grout around tub was smeared messily over old grout. Bathroom faucet not secure on sink top. Breakfast room extremely small, we had to stand. Nothing modern.

rooms need updating. TV remote didn’t work unless you were standing by the TV, bathroom was dirty and needs updating.

Loved that the beds were so comfortable and the pillows were super soft. I was fast asleep, the second I laid down.
I didn't have an issue with this so much as my partner did, but the toilet was just hard to flush, you had to hold the handle down hard just to flush it. I had informed staff after I had checked out so hopefully it isnt an issue for anyone else.

The size of the room was amazing, we had a lot of room for two big suitcases. There were two sinks, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
The only two things that were not satisfying were the toilet flush (it was not very strong and we always feared it would not flush completely) and the stream of water that was coming out of the shower was also not very strong and it took forever to wash out the shampoo.

Good value for money. When checking in, we got changed to a larger room further away from the road which was nice. The room was basic but adequate and bed was comfortable. Good location for Bryce Canyon although many restaurants were closed for the winter season. Would recommend the Pizza Place a few blocks down the road. Breakfast was basic but adequate as well.
Carpark was icy and the air conditioning unit thermostat did not seem to work - although certainly did heat the room quickly.

Clean and comfortable room for the price. Breakfast was better than expected with eggs and waffled available

Good place, not too far from Bryce NP. We stayed there because of a snow storm (cause normally we're in a campervan).
There was a big power outage during the evening. This was for the entire region, so not caused by the hotel or anything 😉

It’s in Panguitch and we love Panguitch! Didn’t like anything else.
It is old, dirty, outdated, reserved a King room when we arrived we got a Queen room. Bathtub had black mold around it, sink had rust in it, towel bar was 6 ft high, bathroom floor was dirty, stairs were filthy, parking lot is full of potholes. Won’t stay here again.
