The perfect location in walking distance of the beach and many restaurants. Loved the Cafe! We got coffee and breakfast everyday. The staff was super nice and so accommodating! Anything you need, don't hesitate to ask. Rooms recently renovated, very cool and beachy.

Air conditioners should be set lower to avoid too much humidity in room. Noise from other rooms was noticeable.

it was underneath a penthouse and we could hear footsteps above us and the room is close to the beach but not on the beach. It had refreshments but you had to pay for them in your room where many Airbnb’s provide them complimentary.

the most amazing nicest staff! my car battery died and without hesitation, they found jumper cables and jumped it for me. They also had free bikes very clean and laid-back place. will deff be my only choice of places to stay down the shore

The short walk to the boardwalk.

I believe if I remember correctly, Room 9 is an upstairs location and below are rooms 1 and 2 and 3. I believe rooms 2 and 3 are connected. The issue I didn’t enjoy was that the rooms on the bottom level could hear everything from room 9. Every room is assigned 1 parking space which was fine but it was a little tight to park and you needed to be careful but it worked out well.

Love the modern decor and the fact that it’s not stuck in a 90’s beach style hotel. Communication was via text with quick responses. It’s also a short walk away to the beach.

The location was great. It was a short walk to the beach. When we were driving to the hotel we saw that it looked like it was the closest hotel to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

The room was painted nicely and the floors were nice. The bay was nearby and pretty.

This is the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed in. There is absolutely no front desk service, no hospitality, no housekeeping. There was no one at the office when I went in to ask questions at check in & there was no owner on site during our entire stay. I couldn’t find our parking spot because a large wedding party was blocking the parking lot & I had to have a guest help me because the front office was locked & no management was anywhere to be found at 3pm check in time. Went into the room & the blanket had a huge stain and there were only a few towels. I texted the number that gave me the room confirmation & was told by the manager that she was a half hour away & would bring me a clean blanket and more towels in the morning. I said I didn’t want to sleep with a dirty blanket & she reluctantly brought me a clean blanket & more towels but acted like it was an inconvenience. She also trash talked other guests. The next day the housekeeper was outside & I asked if she'd be cleaning the room. She replied, “no, we only replace towels & trash cans. If you want your room cleaned, text Mickey but she’ll say no.” The entire stay the soaps & shampoos were never replenished. The a/c makes a loud buzzing noise every hour throughout the night. I'm not sure which is louder: the air conditioner, the drunken people partying about a foot from our door until 1am or the barking dog a few doors down. Since there is absolutely zero staff, there is no one to control the drunken, out of control guests. The light shines so brightly right outside your door & you can’t block it because of the flimsy shades provided. The room was so small that there was no place to eat, read or do any work. My husband had to literally read in the bathroom when my daughter & I were watching tv.
