Loved location to Boyne City and the resort!

We came to the Boyne area for the first time to ski. I chose this home due to the great reviews, quaint style, and location. It did not disappoint! The fireplace and lights where on upon our arrival which was a wonderful way to be greeted since it was a cold dark evening when we arrived. The home was decorated in such a charming way that it made it easy to feel comfortable there:) It was very clean. The beds were firm, yet surprisingly comfortable. Plenty of towels and face clothes were left out for us. It was a perfect stay and the hosts were readily available and responsive when/if needed. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We had a great time. A very quant home with cute details it fit all our needs. Stocked with everything we needed for a short visit. Will definitely book again.

Are stay was very pleasant as comfortable as at home. The house was clean; the backyard is set up so very nice ; unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy it. Hoping to come back in warm weather. Wanted to stay central to TC and Harbor Springs and decided on this cozy VRBO. When we arrived, the lights were on and fireplace going. That was a nice welcome! Very very clean home and the backyard was very nice! The weather didn't cooperate but we still made the best of our time there. Would definitely book again. Maybe for a winter ski trip??? Thank you for allowing us to stay there!

This is the second year we have enjoyed staying in this cute house. We love relaxing in the backyard. Its close to town and the wonderful Young State Park.

I have stayed in a number of other locations when in Boyne and this property rates at the top. It was exceptionally clean, homey, convenient, Quiet and an outstanding back yard. i would most certainly love to stay here again on my next trip north.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was, yet again, a wonderful experience. The house is clean and pleasantly decorated, with a beautiful and private back yard. It is in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of the lake and the farmers' market. Everyone from my party had only good things to say about our weekend. Thanks so much for providing such a quality establishment!

We stayed at this property because we were in the area for a baseball tournament. The location was excellent and close to everything. The house was as described and we loved relaxing in the backyard in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice home, with comfy beds. Walking distance to town. Close to nature. We loved watching the deer and sitting on the back deck/patio.

The house has everything you need including a great backyard with grill, fire pit, table and comfortable covered seating.It is an easy 2 block walk into the wonderful town of Boyne and is centrally located for day tripping. Will definitely return!

Charming property with plenty of room for a skiing party. Loved the open space and two private bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of hooks for our ski jackets and place for our ski boots to dry. Kitchen is well equipped and a washer/dryer, though we didn't use it, is great to have for an extended stay. Very clean. Definitely would recommend this place since it's only 5 miles from Boyne Mountain.

Great place. We came up here to go skiing and this was the perfect place to stay. No complaints at all. Will Def look to come back next year

Great location to access multiple ski areas from. The property is well kept, clean and very welcoming for relaxing after a busy day. Plan on returning each year!! Highly recommended!!

Headed up to charming Boyne city for a new years week ski trip with my husband and 12 year old twin girls. We loved that that house was still tastefully decorated for the holidays! Had a wonderful dinner at Cafe Sante the first night- no wait, live music. Got our groceries at the little town natural market which had a great selection. Convenient location to run over to Boyne mountain for a day of skiing, we stayed all day, but would have been easy to go home for a meal and head back. One night cooked a full dinner and had all I needed. Beds were comfortable after a long day skiing. Owners kindly checked in with us and were available for any questions. We will be back - thanks for a great stay!

Had a great stay close to boyne mountain for snowboarding and close to everything in town! Definitely would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The property manager was great to deal with and the house was very well appointed and stocked. I am sure we will be back again!

We were impressed with the coziness and French Country feel. It was a little cold to spend time outside but look forward to coming back in warmer weather.

The house is very nice; all the comforts, very nice outdoor area, clean and well-supplied. The communication from these owners was first rate and they could not have been nicer. Boyne City is lovely with several nice restaurants, shopping and is a fishing and boating destination. BC is very convenient to Petosky, Charlevoix and close enough to Traverse City, Macinac and the UP for day trips. The area is littered with parks, scenery and activities. We plan to visit again and highly recommend this property.

This property is on a quiet street with easy access to downtown Boyne and all points of interest. The owners go out of their way to answer questions and even post their mobile numbers in the rental. The home is laid out well, roomy and contains all the amenities you would expect and more. WiFi and TV are top shelf, and the back yard is another complete vacation experience by itself. We would consider this property again for future trips to Boyne.

This comfortable, well equipped home has an upnorth feel and a great backyard with plenty of seating, gas grill and fire area. We truly enjoyed staying at this wonderful Up North getaway.

This house is in a great location. It is a short walking distance to downtown boyne. The cleanliness of this home was not great though. There were a ton of spider webs everywhere. We vacuumed the entire house and as many webs as we could. The beds were old, very noisy and uncomfortable.The house has great potential and has a cottage feel, but has not been maintained all that well. We also, reached out to the owner due to having very little hot water. They did come by and tried turning the water heater up, but did not help much. I was told it is old and to stagger our usage. We did try, but was still left with a cold shower after only 5 minutes. Leading up to our decision to book this house it had a lot of good reviews. I was greatly disappointed after staying compared to other places we have stayed in boyne city.
