The friendliest staff and cleanest rooms!

Absolutely nothing!

I liked that breakfast was available early, the pool is open early (although, the water was a bit cool), and there is a bathroom right next to the pool. Also, I think you should advertise the fact that you have a salt water pool! It was a nice surprise. I appreciate that you can easily adjust the room temperature, and many other room features that were very handy when you have kids. Thanks for making our stay fun!

Quiet and newly renovated. Room very spacious and has all the extras (microwave, fridge, mini keurig). King size bed was very comfortable. Would stay again

The price was higher than we normally pay but we had to travel at the last minute and this was the best we could do.

The name and outside design of gives you an impression of a more upscale romantic hotel. Unfortunately once inside it was obvious it was another hotel prior, they did little or no work in public areas/rooms to renovate. I was looking forward to my stay but I will not search this one out again. Plus Expedia added 30 bucks to the quoted and confirmed price. What? Not right.

Bathroom had poor ventilation and water was dripping off celling after each shower. Already showing signs that mold will begin to build - in another 6 months this will be very unpleasant

The breakfast was great, especially the Cinnamon rolls.

The staff was very helpful and efficient. The hotel, especially the room was very clean.

The room and lobby areas were clean, fresh and comfortable. The staff was very friendly & accommodating and the coffee was delicious!

It would have been nice if there was a hot tub. The hot breakfast food wasn't very good - processed, packaged and heated. The fresh (cold) breakfast food was great!

Location, hot coffee in the morning

Peeling paint in the shower ceiling, vent fan needs to be repaired. Water was dripping from the ceiling while I was trying to dry off and get ready. Pool was cold, No hot tub, No hot breakfast except for prepackaged egg sandwich, advertising inaccurate breakfast.

Kaylie, the night we checked in, was exceptional. She went out of her way to help us and was super friendly. Throughout the rest of our stay the staff was okay but I did not feel that exceptional welcoming feeling that Kaylie had.

The cost to add one additional night to our stay almost doubled our cost.
