The staff was friendly and everything was clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and the woman in charge of breakfast was on top of everything (even a malfunctioning pancake maker). She stayed cheerful and kept everyone well fed.
There was no luggage rack in my room. Had to leave my suitcase open in the floor (no big deal). Bigger issue is that the mall attached to the hotel is closed. It doesn't matter, except for the fact that we got in after dark. The hotel is on the back side and there is NO signage. Like nothing that says where to go. There is also no lighting in the parking lot, or on the road around the mall, so it was hard to navigate and more than a little creepy. My 12 year old said, "Well, it looks like the zombie apocalypse has started." They aren't responsible for the mall, but it's been closed for 2 years- it seems like the city could get a street light or two put out there. And some signage- anything. Even a disposable sign like they put out for political campaigns. A piece of cardboard on a stick that says "Holiday Inn ➡️."

Staff was excellent especially the lady that was in the breakfast area. Friendly made sure everything was ok.
All good so far. I will be back because my son goes to UAPB

It was near my cousin and the church my aunt was being funeralized at.
Upon arriving we encountered a leak in the lobby and we were without water for a couple of hours. I had just arrived in town to attend my aunt's wake and funeral the following Saturday. We were unable to bathe before attending after traveling for 9 hours. After speaking with the desk attendants several times they were unable to offer a solution for us to take a bath.

Business center had 2 computers. One was unusable because it did not have a mouse. The other one did not work until staff reset it. Printer not functioning due to low toner. Staff did not have toner replacement. Toilet ran. Ironing board not level. Iron rolled off of it and almost burned me. Surrounding area deplorable.

The staff was incredibly nice for the most part. The woman working breakfast is wonderful!!! She makes sure you have everything you need and checks in to make sure everything is good. The breakfast was awesome! Nice pool area.
Our water wouldn’t get hot, and neither would the water in the room our in laws were in. They gave our in laws a new room, but told us maintenance would be up in 10 minutes. Maintenance never came and our water was never hot. The man that worked the night shift wasn’t too worried about making sure we were comfortable. It’s in a pretty weird location, behind a huge closed down mall with not much around.

The name of the hotel is why we chose to stay here
Their was no water when we checked in, no hot water the next morning. No coffee when it states they serve breakfast. The parking lot was nasty. Their were places all over the room that was patched up, the walls had dust covering all over. We told the attendant at the front desk that we had no hot water and all she said was I’m sorry. I thoroughly expect to receive a discount but got nothing but ‘I’m sorry’

The hotel was great! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly! And the breakfast was delicious!
It was just sad that the mall next to the hotel is mostly closed up. But the hotel is great!

Smelly room old carpet smell kinda stale and humid in the room... Parking lot was not kept up potholes and water standing in areas just didn't feel as safe as some other locations it felt out dated

All employees were really nice. Room was clean and the ac worked perfectly. The lady that worked the breakfast bar was exceptional, she made sure every guest had food and knew how to operate coffee and pancake machine. She never stopped serving.
Location. It was very hard to find the place at night. The surrounding mall has no exterior lighting. It made us feel unsafe driving to and from dinner.

They did not have a room for me. I was hours from home for a business meeting and had to drive home in the middle of the night because they did not have my reserved room.

Liked the fact that you had very comfortable chairs in room, hard and soft pillows to suit everyone. Breakfast buffet was definitely a bonus for our tight schedule. Thanks for the great southern hospitality!!
If i had to pick something negative....I guess it would be the location, because my GPS bright me to am intersection in front of the mall and said"you have reached your destination". Only motel close appeared to be closed down, so I stopped into gas station to ask of directions and they told me just go behind the mall!! It was well worth my time though, thanks!!

Excellent beds. Super clean. Nice breakfast.
The bathtub in our room was seriously damaged. I have no idea how someone could do that kind of damage without the use of tools. The tub leaked through the bottom and it was quite obvious. It seems that housekeeping would have noted that when cleaning. The water has to go somewhere, so there is more damage being created somewhere. The hotel was not that full. They really should rent out that room until it gets repaired.

The Staff was super , the Dining room was very clean
We didn't the Black Mold we found Sunday morning as we were brushing our ,teeth its on the ceiling above the lights in the right corner in bathroom. Also people where making noise at 3:30 am in the hall

I didn’t like the location of the property it’s in a dark dark area behind an abandoned looking mall and it was no light post leading to the hotel it’s very dark at night and hard to find.
