This was our first vrbo and this property set the bar high early. The house was as advertised, very clean, and pretty much turn-key for a large family like ours. We really enjoyed the pool and lanai which were also very clean and surprisingly private considering the close proximity of the neighbors. We had fun fishing off of the dock and caught numerous catfish and mangrove snapper. And the sunsets!! The house was perfect for a large family and it struck a great balance of layout, location, and amenities. Check-in/out was easy and Dave was great to work with and quick to reply. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

A beautiful home with a beautiful water view. This home is comfortable, well decorated, and located in a lovely neighborhood. The owner was wonderful to work with. One of the cleanest homes we have rented.

This home was great for our party of four adults. Spacious rooms and everything we needed for a wonderful retreat. The heated pool was used daily and the outdoor entertainment area was where we spent most of our time. One evening we even saw a dolphin swimming in the canal just feet away the house. Sunsets were amazing. Would definitely stay there again,.

We could not have chosen a better location/house for our first VRBO experience. We would definitely stay at this location again.

This beautiful home is exactly as pictured. Quiet & beautiful neighborhood, friendly neighbors, awesome bike trail all along the water. Minutes from Fisherman's Village.. We felt so "at home" immediately upon our arrival. Owners didn't miss a beat as far as providing everything necessary for our 1 month stay. Comfortable furniture and beds, wonderful pool and views of inlet were breathtaking especially mornings and evenings. Highly recommend this home & we hope to stay here again next year. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. We felt right at home. The pool was the perfect temperature and ideal considering the Red Tide blooms in the nearby beaches. We didn’t need to leave home to enjoy the pool or relax. It was a great escape. We hope to come back and stay there again soon!

House was great and just as listed. Nice and clean and pool was great. Close to downtown. Saw Dolphins pass the dock in the back. The homeowner was very responsive to our questions while at the house. We would stay at this home again.

What a luxurious private home on the water! Responsive owner and well kept home. Lots of nice upgrades inside and out, super convenient pool access bathroom. Couldn't ask for a better view in the isles. Met the house cleaning staff in passing, super nice people and they really do keep the house spotless.

House was great a lot of amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers. House well maintained. Great neighborhood.

Very beautiful modern home. Simply amazing, very quiet neighborhood. Spectacular pool patio area. Prompt call backs from owner. This home is indeed a luxury home, beautiful tiled bathrooms to well appointed chef’s kitchen.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The pool was awesome and it stayed at a perfect temperature. The location is close to everything including shopping and restaurants. Can't say enough good things about it and we would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks Dave
