Unique older basement sub-unit in the Locke/WhiteCap/Brookside area amongst the owner-occupied condos. Great bed in bedroom. Please note that bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom, but that means kids sleeping on the couch need to walk through bedroom on way to bathroom at night. As some mentioned, the couch mattress could be improved (thin and full of springs) - kitchen was well stocked with oils, sugar, spices, utensils, etc.

We were looking for a place to work for a day and then get up early to hike the Grafton Loop, and this place was great. The unit was very well equipped - the internet was great, and we had everything we needed to make a couple of meals and work comfortably from the couch. When it was time to hike, we were only ten minutes or so from the trailhead. Stephanie was great - polite and responsive whenever we had questions. The location, partway up the mountain at Sunday River, meant we could walk over to the ski lift and catch some nice views. I imagine skiing over to it in the winter would be a neat experience.

This condo would be perfect for skiers since a ski lift if 20+ yards from entrance, however we were here in July🤪 and it turnout we were the only people in this section of Locke Mountain Townhouses 😳. Condo was clean and tidy. I do have some suggestions for the owner: 1. Room darkening/blackout curtain for bedroom. The sun came up very early (5:30) and the 1” mini blinds didn’t do much the block out the sun. 2. Iron & ironing board. I was very surprised to see there were neither of these in the condo when I needed them after coming back from a laundromat in Bethel. 3. Newer, better quality towels and sheets. I know this is just a rental but both of these were poor quality and little things like nice quality towels and sheets make a big difference.

We enjoyed our short stay in Newry.Property is in a beautiful mountains. All was as advertised and it was extremely quiet around as we were only people in the whole street.😀

This cozy apartment was perfect for our 1-night stay in Newry/Bethel. It was great to have a bedroom with a queen and twin bed when having our 5-yr old granddaughter with us; it provided a sense of security for her. It was fun being able look out the patio doors & windows to view skiers riding the chairlifts. Stephanie was very responsive to our questions about being able to do a1-night stay and about other things.

Perfect location for Skiing Sunday River. Trail right out the door. Beware Black diamond and blue trail to get back to townhouse. Owner very responsive. Unit very clean. Outdoor heated pool & jacuzzi was fabulous after skiing all day. It was located not to far from unit. 2 min walk. Would like to there have been pool towels in unit and some pot holders and 2 wine glasses not one but other than those minor things the stay was great. Would stay again

Husband spent a couple of nights at this rental and it was just what we needed. Quiet, clean and well stocked. Our host, Stephanie was very accommodating and attentive. The location was wonderful for our needs, and I’m sure in the winter it is breathtaking!

Perfect location right on the mountain at Sunday River. Short drive to all the fun swimming holes that you can visit in the summer. Can’t wait to come back again.

Stephanie, the owner/property manager, was helpful and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay! The condo is comfortable and of course, in a fantastic location. We stayed for a long weekend getaway in the summer! We typically only visit Sunday river in the winter for skiing so it was certainly a change, but a lovely one. I could imagine the ease of the ski in/out feature. Just be aware of fairly steep/wide stairs (and a good amount of them) going down to the back of the small condo, which is in the basement of the larger upstairs condo (I think I may have missed reading this in the description). It was slightly damp feeling but this could be a summer thing. I only mention the stairs because my mother, who has horrible knees, would have struggled because you're mainly walking on stairs/wide platforms comprised of mini rocks. Not a huge deal for most but I don't know if they'd be slippery in the winter with snow/ice. Just something to be aware of. The outdoor pool and pool house were fantastic. They also have a wonderful fire-pit outside by the pool with wooden/tree stump stools. My only recommendation to the condo association would be to add some outdoor chairs and/or lounge chairs...for which there are NONE. Maybe bring a portable chair if you're renting in the summer! It would have been nice to sit outside by the pool but I understand winter may be the primary season so you're not hanging outside in the cold by the pool! MANY THANKS STEPHANIE FOR A PLEASANT STAY!! We recently stayed at this condo at Sunday River. It was perfect for what we needed. It's a nice sized one bedroom with a pull out sofa. Perfect for the two of us. It's a basement level in the back so it's nice and quiet. The condo is nicely furnished. The host made the process easy. In the winter time it's ski in and ski out. You can literally ski out the back door right on to the slopes and the same when you come back at the end of the day. We look forward to staying here in the winter.

We had a wonderful stay at your Locke Mountain townhouse. Although it is small it is exactly what we wanted and expected. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. We had everything we needed. It was easy to find as the directions we perfect. Nothing negative to say at all. We will return and hopefully be able to rent from you again. Thank you for helping make out little getaway fabulous.

The condo had everything we needed and the location couldn't have been better (just a few steps from the trail). We would definitely stay here again.
