We are a family of four. We had several issues during our stay. There were intermittent disruptions of water on a daily basis. In addition we experienced a few power outages. The house does not have a backup generator. I contacted Tony (owner). He said, You’re not at home. Do you shower 24 hours a day? Tony promised to send a letter from public works to describe the water issues. That never happened. Furniture and kitchen gadgets needs to be replaced especially the beds, cutting boards, silverware, etc. You can feel the springs protruding through the mattress. Discarding of trash is the renter’s responsibility as there is no trash bin on site. There is only 1 television in the 4 bedroom house. The utility room has space for a stackable washer and dryer but you have to wash clothes at the laundromat. Use of 2 kayaks were included. The roads leading to the property is filled with potholes and puddles. Also, there are 3 aggressive dogs that live on the same street. My children were almost attacked. I do not recommend staying at this property- not worth the money!

We enjoyed the house very much. It was a family vacation and everyone had a good time. The location is beautiful- right on the water where we enjoyed both beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The layout of the house was also very good.

We stayed at the three little birds from august 1st to august 8 2023…and we had an amazing vacation! the location and the views at the ocean are incredible. The house have all you need for coveniences, it’s very clean and confortable. Once again thank you and we are hoping to come back.

3 Little Birds is a lovely home in a good location with a spectacular view! Having stayed on the island before with a "private" beach, I was a bit leary of staying on the bonefish flats. However, there was no need to worry because who needs a beach with the deck area and water steps from the door. The location was very different from our last experience but just as beautiful and enjoyable. There are only two areas of improvement I will mention because the other items didn't deter from our enjoyment and have been communicated to Tony. What I will mention is what previous reviews have discussed...mattresses. The mattresses leave much to be desired and you should expect somewhat restless nights if you are over the age of 15. The beds have no boxsprings and instead lay on wooden slats. Not a big deal except one of the beds had multiple broken slats which made the bed unable to be slept in without seeming as if you would roll off the bed on one side. AC is the other improvement. Unless the caretaker turns on the AC prior to your arrival, expect the home to be EXTREMELY warm upon arrival depending on the time of year. It took 18-24 hours to cool down to a reasonable (to us) temperature. Once cool, the main rooms and front bedrooms were very comfortable. Tony provided excellent directions and lots of suggestions for food/activities. The home was well-appointed and had all you could need minus a blender and washer/dryer. Would stay here again if mattresses were replaced!

The house is adorable and was perfect for our family of 6. The location right on the water can’t be beat. We used the kayaks almost every day. Beware of the mosquitos and the roads! But that’s pretty much everywhere on the island.

Great place to stay for a budget friendly stay. Some items in the house (kitchen esp) need updating but we had everything we needed and the water outside the place is a great place to explore.

The house has everything you need. It's very comfortable. We were 3 matrimonies and a single person, each of us with their own bedroom and 3 bathrooms. Everything was clean. The shore is rocky without sand, not deep, and the color of the water is incredible. Outside the house there's another shower very useful, to use when you go out of the sea. The only thing is that the road to the house it's very rocky, and there are big holes, but it's worth the efford. You just need to drive slowly. This makes the house to be very private and peaceful. The nearest market it's 15 minutes away by car. Thanks for everything Tony.

Wake up to beautiful views and the serenity everyone is searching for. A group of sailors came in for the regatta and stayed here and they loved it! Perfect for a larger group of people who want a bit of a getaway from the rustle and bustle. Not to mention they have everything you need. Would highly recommend.

We just returned from a perfect week at Three Little Birds! The house is ideal in every way, and the views are incredible. The space is large and breezy, and the water access in the front was wonderful. We cooked most meals at home, and found the kitchen well equipped. The large, open layout was great. The covered porch functioned as our second living space, and we were in and out of the water all day. There is a handy outdoor shower right off the front steps. Our one suggestion would be to rent a car that has decent clearance, as the road in is rough in sections (this is normal in the islands). We had a Honda CR-V and had no difficulty. The house is terrific, Tony (the owner) is a quick, helpful communicator, and we are already looking forward to a return trip! It was painful to pack our bags and leave.

We had a wonderful week at Three Little Birds. The house is very comfortable, well laid out and gave our family of 6 plenty of space. The view is amazing!! We had lots of sunshine and 80 degree days. Walks out to the sand bar at low tide, snorkeling, kayaking and swimming kept us busy. Beautiful sunsets to end each day. A highlight of the week was an excursion with Off Island Boat Tours, Cpt Chris is great! We also spent a day beach hopping on Little Exuma, unbelievable beaches! The roads to the house are very rough, lots of pot holes and stones. We had a rental minivan, clearance wasnt much of an issue. We drove very very slow and were fine, but it took some getting used to.

Wow! What an amazing place. We loved staying at Three Little Birds. We kayaked, swam and hung out on the porch. The weather was perfect. The view was beautiful. The guest book at the house had awesome recommendations for restaurants and activities. Paradise.

We all loved this house. Waking up everyday to walk out and greet the flats and the visiting dogs and the warm sunshine was fabulous.

Tony’s home is amazing. We loved the wrap around porch, the dock, and swimming/boating right in front of the house. Very cool to walk out to the sandbar at low tide too. The living space is comfortable especially the large and open plan kitchen and living space. The bedrooms were as described. We’d love to come back!

3 Little Birds is a wonderful house right on some amazing water. We really enjoyed having the water just steps away from the house. Easy to go into Georgetown or head south to Santanas and Tropic of Cancer Beach. Roads to the house are rough. But if you go slow, it is totally manageable. We rented a Subaru outback and it did fine. Rented a boat and explored the islands, highly recommend it. Most everything closes on Sunday at noon. So if you arrive on Saturday, try to get to the grocery store by five or before noon on Sunday. Don’t forget to bring your own bags. The grocery store does not provide them. There are some in the closet in the master bedroom to borrow. Beds are a little hard and small but were fine for our stay. We had four adult people so we each had our own room. Eight people would be a little crowded. Would definitely rent this place again.

The location of Three Birds is amazing. Right on the water, swimmimg daily, kayaking, and fishing the flats. We snorkled every day. Also floats are provided. Close to Georgetown for shopping and eating. Watch the YouTube video.

Three Little Birds was more than we could ever ask for! It was perfect, from the amount of space, the cleanliness, and the proximity to the ocean. Nothing beats staying here! The view is just breathtaking, and it’s so nice to have kayaks available and a sun tanning area and little dock all to ourselves! The flats were so calm and perfect for snorkeling, kayaking, fishing. We felt like we had our own private piece of Exuma

All lovely except for failing air conditioning units which took several days to repair. (One of the units was never repaired.) If renting a car, it would be best to get a vehicle with high clearance due to poor road conditions. It would have been nice if we had received that recommendation before our stay! The house is nice, but it needs a blender and a few other kitchen appliances. Kayaks are awesome but there are only 2 kayak paddles. Last item missing is a shower curtain for the full hall bath-made it awkward (or even unusable) to use the shower.

Property is right on the water and views were amazing.

Three Little Birds was exactly what this multigenerational group needed!! We loved meeting Ms. Virginia, she is so nice! We recommend visiting Peninsula Bar and Seafood near Cocoplum! Shoshana and Audran are fantastic hosts! Try her cracked conk and Conk fritters! We also recommend Robert’s Adventures, we had an amazing time! We met 2 entertainers, Jaime and China. They perform at Sandals. Go see them if you can!! Toney, your home is beautiful and we loved everything about it!! We will be back for sure!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Three Little Birds.

Three Little Birds was the perfect house for our friends vacation of 8 adults. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers, there was plenty of space for everyone! The location is secluded but only a short drive to Georgetown. The views from the house are unbeatable. We floated and snorkeled every day right there at the house. Communication with Tony was fast and simple. Highly recommend this house for anyone looking for the perfect vacation!

We loved the house the only downside is the road to get there. The view, the water and the house was excellent.

This is an affordable gem and you won't go wrong staying here! The location is just epic. We loved walking to the sandbar, floating in the water all day, and even kayaked to the island. The A/Cs run cold, the wifi is strong, and did I mention the location?! Some things to consider; don't be like us and not read through everything and forget to bring beach towels!! All 7 of us in the group were shocked when there weren't any beach towels, at a beach house...but it was definitely disclosed prior, so read everything. Also, the beds were not the greatest for our 40 year old + backs lol but we managed. Other than that, it was pure bliss :)

We enjoyed our stay at 3 Little Birds so much!! The view was absolutely spectacular! My husband fly fished right on the flats. I enjoyed snorkeling and kayaking. The place was clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We hope to visit again in the future:-)

Three Little Birds is a wonderful house on the Bonefish flats in Exuma. We truly enjoyed the location - relaxing and quiet. We walked to the remote island right in front of the house. Truly a once in a lifetime experience.

Nice and comfortable place to stay on a beautiful saltwater flat. The sunrise and sunset views were wonderful. The house was spacious and comfortable. The beds sleep well and their is A/C in each room that worked well when needed. A good place to stay.

I will keep it short and simple. This is a great house on the water! The living room maximizes the views of the water and natural light. The owner was very responsive, and the house looked as advertised. I would definitely look to book there again.

Three Little Birds is a great, affordable option if you are looking to stay in the Bahama Sound area of Exuma. All was well with our stay and we will always consider staying at Tony's property when we visit the island.

3 Little Birds was perfect for our needs. Each of my 3 kids had their own bedroom, the kitchen was well stocked, and being right on the water was wonderful! Also enjoyed the using the kayaks. The location was very convenient to anywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend this house!

This was the best vacation we ever had! We have been many places and to say the least it was the most beautiful. Don’t let the bumpy backroads scare you... the house is nothing but charming and welcoming. Downtown Graeme Town had some of the best locals and friendly people I have ever met. We took a guided day tour with Captain George from Cays to Exuma; which was awesome. If you love to be in boats...Minns water sports will rent you a boat for use for the day. Three days exploring Elizabeth Harbor was probably not enough, and the conch salad at the Char and Chill was a daily favorite of mine. My family will definitely be returning to George Town and to the house that we called home for 8 days.!
