Nur wenige Minuten von den weißen Sandstränden. Das Hotel lag auf Block 500 von Naples Park, mit einfachen Zugang zu Mercato, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltung. Pool ist beheizt und bekommt Sonnenschein den ganzen Tag (nach Süden ausgerichtet.) Sehr großer Lanai mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem sanften Beleuchtung. Dieses Haus ist für Komfort und Genuss mit Familie und Freunden eingerichtet. Die 6 'Stuckwand, die den Pool und den Hinterhof umschließt, bietet Privatsphäre, während die sanfte Beleuchtung am Abend eine entspannte Atmosphäre schafft. 4 Fahrräder sind mit Haus zur Verfügung gestellt.

Very clean house, comfortable beds, easy to maintain tile floors all over. The kitchen is super well appointed, with brand new stainless steel pots and pans, a fridge that produces ice super efficiently. The garage is as clean as the house, with many beach chairs, mats, access to the backyard and a very practical area for the high efficiency washer and dryer. On the side of the house is a nice water outlet where beach stuff and feet can be rinced before accessing the comfortable lanai, the pool, or the house.
The air conditionning has no issue maintaining a very comfortable and stable inside temperature.
The house is a mere 3 minutes drive from Vanderbilt beach access, or 5 minutes to the more quaint Delnor-Wiggins state park beach. There are 4 bicycles in the garage, with helmets. The area is safe enough for responsible kids to bike to the beach.
Last but not least, M. D'Addeo was always easy to reach to answer our questions or to adress our inquiries. We drove from Montreal, and I found this very reassuring. I would, without a doubt, rent from M. D'Addeo again.

The original property rented was never used. The driveway was blocked by caution tape and was in the process of being replaced. The yard was full of construction material/debris and was a site for sore eyes. However, reaching out to the property owner was easy and he was as shocked as we were. He worked very quickly to place us for the evening until he could make other arrangements the next day. The house was beautiful and the covered pool was splendid, but the wait and see game was not fun! It took until 1pm to get placed into a completely different house than the original one, so this was time wasted sitting and waiting. No beach/pool time due to being in limbo. This was our only day to “play/relax” as the weekend was booked for football competitions. I was told that I would be compensated for the troubles so I’m waiting to see what compensation takes place. The house we finally landed in was nice (not as nice as house #2) but served the purpose and had the pool to relax in for the evenings after competition. I will use this individual to rent from in the future as it was not his fault and he did work very diligently to assist us in a bad situation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend away - and the house along with all its amenities definitely contributed to our enjoyment. The house was clean and contained everything we needed to enjoy the pool, beach, and just relaxation time on the patio!

The street was torn up and there was lots of noise but the house and pool very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay!! Great location, easy access to the beach. There was construction on our road and directly in front of the house. We appreciated being told ahead of time to expect it. Very comfortable beds and plenty of beach gear that we appreciated.

Overall, we had a great time! Loved the location. It was great for walking or bike riding every day. The beach and parks were very easy to get to. Restaurants, church, and Walmart were accessible without having to cross Tamiami Trail if you didn’t want to. The indoor and outdoor living space was nice, especially the lanai and private pool area.
We had no problems and enjoyed a very relaxing week!

Clean , well kept house. Some street construction going on during our stay but it did not impact us. The pool was very clean and the patio was a nice place to sit. Everything in the home worked fine and we used the bikes a few times.

Needed food storage containers. Not enough seating in living room. Limited toiletries. Needed more washcloths. More lounge chairs at pool. Need kitchen shears. Only one half of grill worked. Pool man did not clean water when he came. Short in light fixture on fan in master bedroom

We had a great stay! Heated pool was a bonus. Great location and close to Mercato to enjoy morning yoga and back to relax by the pool. Very nice updated property. This is Year #2 for this location and will plan to return.

Beautiful, 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home in a very quiet neighborhood close to Vanderbilt Beach.Very nice washer and dryer, very clean, beautiful pool and enclosed Lanai area. Everything you need is there. Dan the host is awesome to work with. He responds very quickly. Definitely worth the rental.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Everything was just as described and the house was clean and comfortable. Pool was very relaxing. Just a quick walk or drive to the beach! We saw some great sunsets. Shopped and dined at nearby Mercato. Wonderful stay!

The house was the perfect layout for a family. The kids were in the pool by about 830am. We had breakfast on the lanai and they went back into the pool. Then lunch and off to Vanderbilt Beach. Had a great stay. Dan thought of all the things we might need- pool toys , beach chairs beach toys and bikes. The place was spotless and he had new washer , dryer and stove with all the pots and pans needed. We used the grill for steaks. Lastly, the pool and deck look new and are in great shape. The house looks new too.

My family had a great time at this property. Everything we needed was there, which was mostly just the pool :) Great location very near to Vanderbilt beach. And did I mention the pool was great?! Hopefully we'll be back soon! This was perfect for our little family getaway!

Beautiful place. Very clean. Well stocked. Gorgeous private backyard pool, lanai. Outdoor grill. Beach was a 2 minute drive to free parking. Beautiful beach. Great nightlife nearby. We loved our stay at Dan's place. Spent a Mon-Fri there following a weekend wedding in Bonita Springs. After a few days at a resort for the wedding, we were very ready for some solid R&R in our own quiet space, and Dan's definitely delivered!! :) Great location nicely off the beaten path, but still very conveniently close to beach, restaurants, stores, etc. We lucked out with very nice weather, so didn't spent too much time hanging out inside the house itself apart from evenings -- we took advantage of biking to the beach and restaurants, going golfing nearby, and kicking back in the house's pool (so nice!). Nice neighborhood, got some running in -- great options around for those looking for some miles. We ate our weight in plenty of food and bevs. Dan was a great host -- made sure we got settled in ok on day one. House was very clean and comfy, right down to even the garage. Check in and out were very simple. We miss our time there already!

We enjoyed our stay at Dan's. The house and grounds are even better than the pictures, all areas are well kept and clean. We liked the privacy of the pool area and the large, enclosed porch. The neighborhood is quiet. Dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. were provided. This was our 2nd stay at Dan's and it won't be our last.

We had an wonderful time at Dan's property.His home is very clean and well maintained and overall just beautiful, we all loved the heated in ground pool, the beach and shopping is just minutes away ,couldn't of ask for a better house, thank you Dan for making or vacation amazing .

The house was perfect! 6 of us were very comfortable. Very clean and nicely furnished! Great pool and patio! Could not have been a better vacation! 15 min from the beach! Quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and grocery store. All kinds of shopping close by too. Everything we could have possibly needed was within 15 minutes! Perfect for what we needed.

The location was close to different beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The pool was perfect. We spent a great deal of time in the patio relaxing in the morning and evening. We loved having the washer and dryer in the garage so our sandy towels could be dropped in the garage and not in the house! We would definitely return!
