Große untere Einheit eines charmanten Hauses mit zwei Einheiten neben dem Ludington Municipal Marina und zu Fuß zum Strand, Hafen, Innenstadt und Bootsanleger. Ideal für den Fischer in der Gruppe. Dies ist ein 2/2 mit einem Wohn- und Esszimmer für 6 Personen. Es gibt eine separate Wohnung im zweiten Stock, die als The Dock House-Upper (Listing 4813469) aufgeführt ist. Dieses Haus hat eine große Terrasse im hinteren Bereich und eine große Veranda, auf der Sie sitzen und zusehen können, wie der Dachs zum Hafen kommt. Das Haus ist voll möbliert mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Gefrierschrank im Keller, Kabel-TV, WIFI und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen. Wenn Sie nicht kochen möchten, erreichen Sie die Innenstadt mit einigen der besten Restaurants und Bars zu Fuß. Machen Sie einen Spaziergang entlang des Pere Marquette Sees oder zum Leuchtturm am Stearns Beach. So viel zu tun und zu sehen, nur wenige Blocks entfernt.

We loved the location, but, the house itself needs a few things "fixed". Kitchen bathroon hot water faucet doesnt work. Living room bathroom faucets too short for sink that is there, hard to wash hands. Front steps and handrailings need repair. Stove's bottom panel hanging off. We loved the location, but the house needs some TLC.

Wonderfully sandwiched between the beach, marina, and downtown, we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. Cute historical home with the charms and quirks of an older property. We loved it! Good value, easy check in and out. We didn't really need to communicate with the owners bc we had what we needed.
My only observation is that the master bed is a double, not a queen, if that makes a difference. We saw it listed as both in different listings.
Ludington is beautiful and we felt welcome and at home in the Dock House.

I had been hearing about Ludington from two different friends who had been visiting Ludington for 60+ years. Ludington didn’t disappoint! Charming people and town. The Dock House was a perfect location, clean, neat and the owner was very responsive when needed. Everything the description indicated!

We enjoyed our stay. The home is very interesting with some vintage decor. It is in a beautiful setting a few blocks to the beach & the marina. My husband liked watching the Badger come in from WI. I loved walking the neighborhood. All of the crab trees were in bloom-so pretty! Hope to be back.

Our family of 5 stayed at The Dock House for 3 nights while in town for a wedding. Had everything we needed for our stay. Loved walking the dog by the marina or along the shore where we could see the lighthouse. Walking distance to great food and shops as well.
This house has old charm, but still provides the needed conveniences. Would stay again for sure.

The home is older but it is a clean and well kept property in an ideal location. The owner is very responsive should you need anything during your stay. We were in town for a family wedding and this home worked out well for us.

Enjoyed this property. Was affordable and as described. Great location for walking over to view Badger departing and arriving. Quiet. Everything we needed. Saw deer right across the street daily.

Very clean and great location. Familiar with property and noted that is becoming a bit dated. Also there was no cooking basics such as salt/pepper oil etc for preparing meals. Ate out little more than usual for our stays at vaca rentals.

This place is a charmer, good space and decor, the porch is great all day. Had coffee with the deer and rabbits across the street every morning and evening. The location is perfect for the beach and ferry watching, short walk to both and the park. Good job Brian. and thank you.

Wonderful house in a great neighborhood. Great location with easy walk to beach and downtown. And we were able to see and hear the Badger go out and come in daily which my kids loved. Already discussing next years vacation. And the booking process was simple.

The view and location = 5 STARS!
We initially intended to head out of town to ride ATV trails but found the house so comfortable and convenient we spent more time in town than planned.
Watched the parade from a block away and fireworks from the front porch. Was blessed with enough space for a couple games of cards with friends as we waited for the fireworks.
Would recommend and may rent again.

This is not a fancy house by any means, but it was comfortable, clean, and worked well for us. The outdoor porch was a big bonus too--we sat out there every evening!
