Came to Cabo with a family of 13 to celebrate my birthday and couldn’t wish for a better place. The house is amazing and having Karla as a concierge was priceless.

I took my wife here for her 50th birthday along with some family and friends (8 total) and this place was everything I expected plus more. I had did a lot of research of houses in the area and this one just stood out.
With 8 people, we never felt crowded, the rooms were amazing and the pool was out of this world and heated perfectly....That is where we spent most of our time.
Made some last minute arrangements for some travel away from the home and Vania and Karla (Concierges)_ were amazing. They were able to accommodate us and get us where we needed to go in a nice clean transportation.
Will DEFINATELY look to stay here again when we visit Cabo next time.

This was the perfect house for our family. The open floor plan and doors that opened to the pool area created such a great space to gather, but also plenty of spots outside for alone quiet time as well. Our 18m old granddaughter absolutely loved the wading area of the pool, calling it her beach.
Carla and Vania were wonderful as well. Lots of communication in advance, stocked our fridge and helped us throughout the week with booking a sailing excursion, arranging Chef dinners (they were awesome by the way!).
Location was perfect for us - quick drive into Cabo when we wanted to go, supermarket and Costco just across the main highway and an easy drive to the airport.
We are VRBO owners as well and I appreciated all of the extra touches. We'd definitely recommend!

I can NOT SAY ENOUGH about this place. First off Karla is AMAZING. She helped us basically plan our trip and when i sent her a text she got back with me within 5 min. During our stay she offered restaurant ideas..shops etc. She is awesome. The pictures of the house are beautiful but prepare yourself to be knocked out. Vania was our chef and it may have been the best meal we had during our stay. You have everything you need while there. I suggest you have them stock you up with some groceries. It was worth it. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing. I cant say enough about this property. Truly a vacation we will never forget. I WANT TO LIVE HERE!!!!

The size was perfect for our extended family of 10. We loved the pool, hot tub, and the 180 degree vista gave us glorious dawns and sunsets. Karla was very helpful throughout our stay.

This home was beautiful and we had a great stay. Karla, our host was very helpful and responsive. The first part of the week my wife and her girlfriends celebrated my wife’s birthday and the second half of the week we brought our family of five and my sister’s family of four together for Thanksgiving. The place is amazing for a girls trip and just as great for a family trip. There is a Pickleball court within 100 yards of the house and we utilize it almost every day. We cooked at least one meal a day there and the place has everything.

We had the most amazing week at the beautiful Villa Tuscano! The property really exceeded our expectations. Our group of four couples spent most of our time relaxing in and around the gorgeous swimming pool. And the huge kitchen/dining area/living room was perfect for entertaining. Karla was a great help in making our visit flawless. She answered questions, made reservations, arranged transportation and welcomed us to the private gated community of Santa Carmela. We are already anxious to return next year.

This Santa Carmela private home was as described! Beautiful home in a gated community, located in a great area with close access to Cabo or San Jose del Cabo. Karla met us at check-in and gave us a great tour of the home and pool, along with spending time with our group answering any questions we had and recommending places to go. She also was very responsive when we had other questions during our stay.
Our group of 10 had plenty of room in this home and it was perfectly sized for our trip. The interior of the home is beautiful and was very comfortable. Great views from the pool and plenty of outdoor furniture to lounge around! Additionally, the neighborhood club pool had beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise each morning!
We have stayed at different homes and resorts in this area numerous times over the years and must say, this home will be our choice for future trips!

Had a great time at the home. The entire property is amazing. We cooked a few meals in home and enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood beach is a short walk and has stellar views of the coast. We will be back next year for sure.

We stayed at this property at the end of March 2023 for Spring Break. Two families (four adults and seven kids 6-17yo) shared the home. There was more than ample room for everyone. The house was clean, well appointed, and located in a beautiful gated community with wonderful ocean views. The community itself was very quiet, and all of the neighbors were friendly, but we rarely saw other people unless they were out walking on the street.
There are some things about our stay that we'd like to highlight. First, the concierge, Karla, is absolutely outstanding. She was there to great us when we arrived and effortlessly showed us everything about the house. She was available if we needed help with anything (i.e. transport of 11 people to and from the airport and around Cabo, groceries, dining recommendations, how to turn on the spa correctly, how to open the safes the kids locked accidentally while playing, etc.) She was also there when we left on our last day. She elevates the experience at the property to another level. Second, the pool and spa. They are just awesome... for adults and kids. Third, the Wifi is fast and consistent. We've stayed at many VRBOs where the Wifi was either not fast enough or couldn't handle all of the electronic devices/streaming bandwidth that is needed for a group this large. Last, the multi-zone sound system is fantastic, and seamlessly switches between devices. We'd pick this property again in a heartbeat!

We recommend using her often especially for taxi service to beaches and town. Also we used the chef service Vania) every morning and some evenings....They were amazing and became part of our family. Great Vacation!
Karla was hands down the best host I've ever had while staying at a vacation rental house. She was very responsive, super accommodating, and just all around very very helpful. The house was super clean and gorgeous. We also booked a personal chef through her and they were also amazing. We would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well. It is only 10 minutes away from downtown and easy to call an uber to and from the house.

Amazing Property, Communication and Support
I can't say enough about how perfect this property is and the incredible communication, advice and assistance from Karla. I did have miscommunication about the dates of our stay and, while promised some sort of compensation, none has been forthcoming thus far. Half of our group ended up having to stay in a hotel for a night as the requested date was not available after being told it was. Our plane reservations were booked so there was no option but to stay elsewhere. However, the property itself is absolutely fabulous and our whole family agreed we would love to return again if possible. I highly recommend this home - the accommodations and location are perfect. We also had an incredible dinner prepared at the home our first night. The food, drinks and service were fantastic. Maid service was also just great. Everyone we dealt with was just so incredibly nice and accommodating. What a find! Thanks to Jeff, Karla and the whole crew!

Outstanding Villa
This was one of the best vacations I have had. The place was stunning and Karla was great. I will definitely be back with friends and family. The location is spectacular and only 10 minutes from downtown Cabo. Karla helped arrange our transportation to and from the airport, our massages and a couple of our excursions. All in all, it was a fabulous trip and well worth the price!

Absolutely exquisite
We could not have asked for better accommodations for our two families. Perfect location with just a 10 min. drive from town. The outdoor area is so beautiful with an absolutely stunning and huge pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor eating area and grill that it makes it difficult to leave the house. The view is incredible as well and easy access to tennis courts across the street from the house. The inside of the house is great with everything that you could need. Karla was really wonderful to work with and very responsive. We would definitely return and highly recommend!

Our stay at Villa Tuscano
Villa Tuscano is a fantastic property with five large bedrooms , five baths and a hugh pool. It was plenty big for four adults and one teenager. It is located is a very secure gated community and has beautiful views of the ocean.
We knew that Wednesday was going to be rainy, so we celebrated Thanksgiving then. The villa had all of the utensils and pots and pans we needed to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Unfortunately, the heavy rain closed the beaches for a couple of days.' so we spent a lot of time in the pool., which was great. We did go to Chileno beach, which was open on Friday. This is a basic beach with no facilities except bathrooms and showers. The sand is extremely coarse.
We rent villas in different places every holiday season and Karla , the property manager at Villa Tuscano, is the best one we've ever encountered. She was there when we arrived, gave us excellent instructions and suggestions, and called us every day to ensure that every thing was okay. She also was very pleasant and friendly.
The only bad thing that happened to us in Cabo had nothing to do with the villa. On our way back to the airport, we were in two separate cars which stopped at two different gas stations. We believed that both of the stations did something to make the pump show more liters than were actually pumped. When I paid the attendant with three twenties for a fifty nine dollar charge, somehow he switched one of the twenties for a one dollar bill and claimed I gave him the wrong amount. I thought that maybe I did and gave him another twenty. Later at the airport, my daughter told me the same thing happened to her at the other gas station. All tourists should be warned about this problem.

Exceeded expectations!
This property was perfect for our family group of adults. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Kitchen was beyond equipped with anything you needed for preparing meals or drinks. Could not have been better due to Karla’s concierge service and attention to detail. Overall outstanding!!

Amazing home with amazing views of the sea of Cortez
The pictures don't do this home justice. Everything was better than expected. Rooms very spacious. There were two families and we were not on top of each other at all. We will book this home again and again. Only minor drawback was the internet connectivity was not very strong.

Loved it
Beautiful, spacious, well located in a gated community and near the ocean in Cabo. It is a 5 star home next to a 5 star resort (Esperanza). We have spent time in other areas like Pedregal, but this is really a much better location. A short walk and you can be on the beach. Highly recommend this home. We also enjoyed driving to the main beach about 4 miles away in the center of town. There they had valet parking.

Pictures Don't Capture this Amazing House
After searching thoroughly for a house to celebrate my 50th birthday trip to Cabo, I found Villa Tuscano. It thoroughly exceeded my expectations and the pictures don't really show the panoramic view of the Pacific. Daily whale sightings were a highlight. The location of the house is ideal. Only a 10 minute drive/cab to downtown Cabo and 30 minutes to San Jose del Cabo. Our group of 7 found the house very spacious. Karla was very easy to reach and welcomed us with delicious margaritas and guacamole. We used the chef service for breakfast and the chef and assistant could not have been more kind and attentive. We also did the maid service for three days during our stay and that worked out perfect. I highly recommend this house for a group! I miss it already. I was sad to leave but happy for the memories! Amazing home, pool and amenities.
As a group of ten celebrating two 50th birthdays we were very delighted with the high end accommodations of Villa Toscano. The kitchen, living room were beautiful and spacious and led to the most amazing pool. We really could have stayed in the villa the entire time with the chefs cooking for us and serving us margaritas and piña colada‘s! Every bedroom was large and comfortable with private new bathrooms. Carla the home assistant was very helpful shopping for us and scheduling the chefs. A trip we will never forget! I highly recommend this rental. You will not be disappointed!
