There were a lot of detailed correspondence with the owner to make sure I knew how to check in and get the key, but when it came time to get the key from the lock box, it was actually a pretty straightforward process, so maybe less is more in this case.

The beds were very low and with my back problem, particularly difficult to get up. Most people won't have this problem. I was very happy to be able to stay here.

Maybe a little expensive. But downtown Vancouver...... guess this is what it costs for what you get, and you do get a lot.

I have stayed in many places all over the world through booking.com and never in my life have i had such a bad experience. Unless you plan on sitting in complete silence all day do NOT stay here. Below the apartment there is a very aggressive person, and it seems like no one wants you staying in the building. Me and a few friends planned on staying there from Thursday till Tuesday and by Friday we had a very aggressive message from the owner which included profanity telling us we had been loud all night and we’re partying till 5am. Everything in that message was a complete lie. We had left the property at 2200 which is when the quite hours start and we came back at 0100 the following morning and went straight to bed. He was saying we were up partying till 0500 and being loud which just wasn’t true. I would NOT recommend anyone staying here at all and to be honest the location isn’t even that great. In summary unless you plan on sitting in silence for your entire stay do not stay here.

Nice and clean, comfortable apartment with nice city and bay view. The landlord Jan is kind and helpful, wait for us about 7 hours due to my wrong arrival information. Gave very detailed introduction to the facilities, even drove 1hour to have the alarm fixed. Thank you!
