Leslie's Retreat: Spacious home ideally located to everything
Wunderschönes Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern in einer historisch bedeutenden Gegend des Salem North River. Das aufregende Salem ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und bietet Trolly- und Segway-Touren, Museen, Galerien, gehobene Küche, Strände und die Salem-Wasserfähre nach Boston. Das Haus ist komplett mit einer Kombination aus neuen luxuriösen und antiken Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Küche ist der Traum eines Gourmetkochs. Ausgestattet mit einem Gaskochfeld mit Grill- und Bratpfannenaufsatz, elektrischen Doppelöfen und 2 Spülbecken für die einfache Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten. Der fabelhafte Fluss im ersten Stock zwischen Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche macht es ideal, um zu unterhalten. Viele zufriedene internationale Familien und andere aus dem ganzen Land haben dieses Haus zu einem Ziel für Familienfeiern und Ferien gemacht. Im zweiten Stock gibt es 4 Schlafzimmer, drei der Schlafzimmer haben Queen-Size-Betten und das vierte hat ein Twin-Size-Bett. Alle sind mit bequemer, sauberer und frischer Bettwäsche und Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Bei kühlerem Wetter können Sie sich in Daunendecken kuscheln und eine gute Nachtruhe genießen. Kabelfernsehen und drahtloser Zugang durch das Haus. Nachdem Sie die pulsierende Stadt Salem genossen haben, können Sie sich auf der Veranda zurücklehnen oder zum nahe gelegenen Bahnhof laufen. In 30 Minuten erreichen Sie die Innenstadt von Boston, um weitere Abenteuer zu erleben.

It turned into a mouse catching trip. The first mouse was stepped on under a blanket and died instantly. I was instructed by my wife to go buy as many traps as I could find. We got rid of a total of five mice. My wife will never stay in that house again. Besides the mice, awesome house.

The home had everything we needed and was a in a great location for the wedding we attended. Nice area to walk by the water.

This property was perfect for our extended family. Everyone had their own space and it never felt crowded. It was in walking distance to downtown Salem and in driving distance to many other sights. The house was stocked with everything you could need.

It was a comfortable stay. Unfortunately we didn't get to spend lots of time in the property. We were out most of the time. But the accommodation was excellent

Meg was spectacular! House was immaculate, inviting, fully stocked, nice fenced in yard, parking and location is fabulous! Also beds were sooo comfortable! This was a a special trip for me celebrating being in remission for stage 4 head and neck cancer; Friend from AZ, brother from IL, dad from CT and myself. It was such a special and wonderful time. I cannot thank Meg enough. Fantastic. My friend tried to change her flight so we could book another night! Definitely will be back and recommend.

The house was perfect! We were there for a bachelorette weekend and the house was perfect to accomodate all of us. About a 10 to 15 min walk into town which was perfect. Close to the train station if you wantes ti take some day trips. Would definitely atay there again.

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood right across the river from downtown Salem and most attraction. Very walkable when the weather is nice. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for groups traveling together. Communication with the host was easy, Meg was very responsive. Decent sized outdoor space with a grill and patio furniture. Really enjoyed our Salem experience and would rent again the next time we come here. Only suggestion I have that would be a nice enhancement would be a hot tub.in the outdoor space.

Very well stocked rental. Short drives into downtown- if it was warmer would have gladly walked to downtown. Enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was, and taking a right from the unit was a nice small waterfront park I loved walking my dogs to during our stay. We were very happy with this spot for our first time in Salem!

Meg has the greatest house ever. Located perfectly to everything you want to experience in Salem, an Uber ride is super cheap to get anywhere. The house is great and accommodated the 11 people that came for my bachelorette weekend. Meg was extremely helpful with recommendations & even left her Halloween decor up longer for me as I was having a spooky themed girls weekend. I will absolutely be back!

This property is amazing, it was spacious, spotless, and in a great location. Meg provided us with all the necessities and convenience of home. It was creatively decorated for Halloween and every bed was comfortable!

Nice house, 1/2 mile walk from downtown, easy to navigate. We only booked the upstairs so had to ensure laundry was available via request even though it was listed as available with rental. Suggestion book for food and activities was helpful.

We had a great time and couldn’t have asked for a better manager and house. The space in the house and the amenities were great. Meg was very helpful and prompt when needed.

We loved that this home was a bit out of the fray of the October madness. We got to walk into downtown and shop, experience all the cool stuff, but at the end of the day we had somewhere quiet to crash. It was so lovely one day we just ordered in. Beds were comfy, individual acs in the bedrooms worked great. If we're ever in Salem again, we'll be back!

This place is amazing!! I came for my bachelorette party and it was the perfect size and location. We were able to walk to downtown and the few times we ubered it was a reasonable price. The house was super clean, had very cute decorations, and a binder with everything you need to know. I HIGHLY recommend this property 😊

The photos don't do this property justice. It is huge inside. We had a bachelorette weekend with 8 women and there was plenty enough space for everyone and then some. The living room was so cozy with tons of seating, and all the chairs and couches were so comfy. It's a nice 20 min walk to Salem which was lovely. Highly recommend using the Salem skipper app for traveling around, so nice and affordable! I would come back to this property many times over. Thank you so much for the stay!

The house was perfect! Great location and house was very clean and comfortable. We could walk into Salem and also visited Marblehead. We had 8 adults staying and everyone had plenty of room. I grew up in the North Shore, and used to live a few blocks from this house. So coming here with all of my cousins in our adulthood to celebrate the last wedding in the family, was a real treat. We all fit in the house very comfortably, there was parking everywhere and we really enjoyed the convenience of the location to downtown Salem. All of the rooms were more than enough room for each of the couples and even the basement room was more than spacious for two couples. The common areas were great for gathering and having a few laughs and drinks. All of the bathrooms were perfect with plenty of towels and bathroom accessories. I can’t imagine being able to rent this during Halloween! I would 1,000% rent this again, and strongly recommend it to anyone looking to spend time on the North Shore of Massachusetts. 10 stars

This was a large, lovely house situated in a quiet neighborhood - only a block from the water and a very short drive from downtown Salem.
The place was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax in between activities.
Leslie was commutative and accommodating, we would definitely stay here again.

My bride tribe and I stayed here for a nice, relaxing weekend for my bachelorette. The house itself was perfect for the seven of us and the location was spectacular and an easy walk to Salem Center!! We can’t wait to come back with our significant others!

We all came in from out of town having reserved 7 Walter Street in Salem as a place to stay while attending a wedding. The VRBO’s accommodations were clean and comfortable and made it easy to enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen was very functional. The house’s location was very accessible to the city’s museums and stores. Communication with Meg was very easy. Thank you!

Our family met for a Christmas gathering. Megan’s house is so inviting- a perfect place to make a big meal, sit around the dining room table and then around the fire in the living room. The house is warm, has plenty of sleeping spots, and just feels like home. Megan is an unbelievable host- thank you!
