Arrived to a condo being cleaned. We did arrive 15 minutes before the 3:00 PM check in, but cleaning was not completed for another hour. First impression was floors were not clean, as grout between tiles was very dirty in many areas throughout the condo. Bed was very comfortable and all appliances worked well. We did enjoy the location and all the screened in porch.

The property was exactly as described and was so well-equipped. We stayed for a month and it was absolutely a 'home away from home'. One or two very minor things needed attention during our stay but the response from the owner was immediate, with the required action very close behind. The great, central location means you don't need a car other than for any island-exploring you might want to do. An excellent place to stay and an owner who takes an interest.

This was our first time staying in a VRBO. Everything was exactly the way described online. Comfortable enough just for the two of us. The property came equipped with everything we needed, except food of course. Our host was very helpful during our stay. We loved all of the recommendations she gave us. We would highly recommend this VRBO to any couple looking for a vacation getaway!

This is our second trip to TCI. We stayed at Beaches with family on our first visit. This time, the hubby and I were looking for a more personal, less resort-feel of TCI. THIS PLACE IS PERFECT. Location - We did not rent a car. We were not comfortable driving on the opposite of the road than what we are used to, especially with round-abouts. (There is plenty of parking, and the condo is gated if you wish to rent a car.) We were right across the road from Salt Mills and within walking distance to many restaurants. Furthermore, we did two excursions with Lady Grace of Ritz Carlton. The walk to the RC is about 5 minutes, and the snorkeling trip and dinner cruise are open to the public. The beach access is also a short walk. The chairs on the beach are clearly marked, so we had no trouble finding them. The hubby enjoyed the umbrella and chairs, but I had a hard time leaving the water. The turquoise water is so indescribably blue. The condo is beautifully decorated, and the furniture/bed super comfy. There are plenty of ice trays in the fridge in case you love ice as much as we do. The kitchen is fully functioning with everything needed if you decide to cook yourself. Easy to work TVs in main room and bedroom were super helpful since we stayed during Week 1 of college football. The screened-in porch has two lovely hanging chairs, a clothesline, with easy access to the pool. Miranda and Keaton provided so many extras! We will definitely come back. Best place! Super clean and safe!

This was the perfect place for our anniversary. Very clean, great location and stocked with everything imaginable! We loved it. Miranda was great at communicating with us prior to and during our stay. She did a great job making sure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with a cake to celebrate our anniversary. Very nice touch. The villa was clean. Towels and sheets were very soft. The location is great. If you've been to Grace Bay before, then you know how central this location is to everything - beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The walk to the beach is short and the provided beach chairs are great. The condo has three beach umbrellas to choose from if you want a little shade. Finally, it's a great sized condo. We moved from Club Med to this villa. Our hotel room at Club Med was comically small and dingy. The villa at Carpe Diem felt huge - nice size bedroom and very roomy kitchen/dining/family room area. It was SO nice to have a lot more space. It really is complete with everything - just bring your food and drinks and everything else you'll need is already there - towels, soap, laundry detergent ... even ice cubes. We'd definitely stay here again.

Our stay couldn’t have been any better. We were there for our 20th wedding anniversary and Miranda has everything you could possibly need set us up with all our cookware, sunscreen, coolers yeti, cups, beach bags, beach chairs, Tommy Bahama chairs, great bedroom air conditioner king size Tempur-pedic mattress we wanted for nothing. I would recommend getting this place and also running a car. I think the car only cost is $350 for the whole week then you don’t have to worry about cabs. I also recommend going to the IGA instead of the little convenient store across the street. You will save a fortune it was about exactly 3 1/2 minute walk from the condo to the beach and the beach is absolute paradise. Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

This was our 2nd time staying at carpe diem. Quiet, clean and a quick around the corner to the beach!

The description was aligned absolutely perfectly with what we showed up to. This place will not disappoint and I am already looking at when we can book our next trip. This location could not be better, and is perfectly positioned near everything. The unit was very well equipped and exceeded any expectations that we had. Miranda was the best host and was very responsive to my many questions prior to traveling. There was a ton of information provided that made everything very easy once we arrived to the island. This place is a must visit and I cannot wait until we book our next trip!! See you soon Turks as you are now my new favorite travel destination.

Incredible location, minutes to the beach and restaurants. No need for a car. House is stocked with umbrellas and beach chairs and coolers and everything you need to enjoy the absolutely world class grace bay beach. Miranda is incredibly communicative and super friendly. A+

We absolutely recommend staying at this beautiful condo. Not only is it in the best location with the beach, supermarket, and restaurants in walking distance, but the place itself was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The owners were so great too. Very welcoming and caring. We highly recommend this wonderful condo and we actually booked our next stay for 2024 before we even left!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Grace Bay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything; 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the grocery store a couple of minutes to dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping etc. Miranda was extremely responsive and helpful with all the questions we had and we were blown away with how well stocked the unit was. They have literally thought of everything that might be needed. My wife and I could not have been happier with our choice of this unit and we will definitely look at returning down the road. We had an amazing visit at Carpe Diem. Miranda was so kind and informative before we even arrived. The condo had everything we could possibly need…from beach towels to water filter to ziplock bags. Even had a specialty coffee brewer that we enjoyed. The place was super, super organized and clean! We so enjoyed the swing chairs the most after a long day in the Sun! Can’t wait to come back again! Ty so much Miranda! And the location was great two minutes to the beach and quick shop to the grocery store.

This place had everything you could need. The host was very responsive and super nice. Just a short walk to the beach where you had loungers to use.

Amazing! Everything was so clean and modern The condo had everything we needed plus little extras that made it feel like home away from home. I loved the decor. I felt very relaxed and this is exactly what we needed. The area was quiet and peaceful and the beach wasn't overly crowded. Very reasonable with the price. 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach was so beautiful, I didn't want to leave. We would definitely book again.

We had our honeymoon here and it was amazing! The condo was perfect, Miranda is an amazing host! Could walk to the beach in two minutes and restaurants and shopping galore! We will be back!

If u don't want to drive anywhere but walk to everything, this is your place. Just do it! We absolutely loved it! Don't even think twice about it. Miranda responded on time, took the edge off traveling to a new place as she answered all my questions. There was shampoo and conditioner in the place too. Even a steamer for clothes. We always walked to the Ritz, 3 minute walk to pick up taxis and went to their bar, ok even got in their pool too at the end of the night. Workers are pretty nice and open to let you swim. AC was great in the room also, plenty of towels and beach equipment which we never used but good to have as options.

Just as advertised, Miranda was quick to respond to any questions. Great location to beach and shopping.

The hosts do a great job communicating and supply many items to use like coolers, umbrella, and chairs when visiting the many different beautiful beaches. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Carp Diem is a perfect location, walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and grocery store. This was our second time staying at this condo and would definitely recommend to others and would definitely stay there again.

This property was simply perfect! The location is right in the middle of Grace Bay and within walking distance to many different restaurants and shops. The beach is a short walk right behind the property and is absolutely beautiful! The owner was easily accessible for any questions or concerns by email and the condo is equipped with everything you need for a vacation. It was impeccable. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning one day.

It’s everything you could want in the wonderful atmosphere of Grace Bay. The location to the town, the beach, and other attractions is ideal especially if you’re a first time visitor to Turks and Caicos. If you’re tired of staying at the resorts this is the way to go.

We would give this property more than a 5 if we could! It was immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. Venessa and Bobby thought of every detail including any information you might need for your stay with clear instructions about how everything worked. The location was perfect being close to town and the beach. There are a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed having breakfast outside at Shays. We also loved Big Al's burgers. Great food and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We would highly recommend this condo and can't wail to go back!

the unit was immaculate, it had everything we needed in terms of towels and linens, and it was absolutely beautiful. The hosts were incredibly helpful during the check in process and I cannot wait to come back!

We had a great time at carp diem. They have thought of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable, and the king size bed was also very comfortable. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants, grocery store, and shopping were very close.

Incredible location, very clean and stylish condo with quiet pool area or just minutes from amazing beach. Just across the street from the Salt Mills plaza there’s plenty of things to do without the need of a rental car. TCI is a beautiful place and one week was not even close to enough time to visit.

We had a great stay. The property was spotless and contained everything you could possibly need. It was in a nice area with several shops and dining options. Provo is a beautiful island with great people. Grace Bay beach is stunning. We would highly recommend Carpe Diem Condos.

It has been a couple months since I researched this property prior to booking, and I remember reading many glowing reviews. I suspect there may not be much new to add, other than there were no disappointments - it is as good as promised and described. Our trip was interrupted by a medical issue but we were there long enough to enjoy the very well equipped kitchen, the breezy/shaded porch area for reading and relaxing, the well appointed living spaces and bathroom. The 3 block walk to the beach was easy and comfortable, and the sand and waters were gorgeous. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool but it provides an additional water option and was lightly attended by the other residents. We would agree that you have easy access to shopping and dining - the longest walk was 10 minutes to the grocery store -and that no car is needed. Both van rides (shared with a least one additional party each direction) from the airport were totaled about the cost of one day of a car rental. You are about 20 minutes from the airport. We were most surprised by the constant nature of the weather in January as we watched forecasts both before and during our trip. It never seemed to get lower than 70 in the evening or warmer than 80 during the day - a contrast to the unpredictable January weather of Florida. The air conditioning was rarely needed but available if you do. Vanessa does an excellent job of communicating before and during the booking without being obtrusive and provides an excellent preparation for the condo. She has also been very kind, with our shortened trip, in trying to retrieve a phone and other matters, and is attentive not only to the details of her property but to those that book with her. If we get a chance to return to the island, we hope this spot will be available.

We are very pleased with every aspect of our stay at Carpe Diem. Bobby and Vanessa are great hosts, and the condo has 100% everything you need. Stayed at over 10 VRBO Units in several places, and none have been more thoughtfully appointed and set up for a great stay. You can get a car, but dont need one. We walked all over due to the great location ojf the Unit. We spent long lazy mornings drinking coffee on the patio, and having the Gourmet Grocery Store near by is awesome. Thursday night fish fry is a must, but take a taxi.... best $20 i ever spent to get there. Love this place , we will be back for sure
