Great location, nice property close to the beach. Pool was wonderful though I wish the fountain was functioning. Great location on the island for beaches and proximity to restaurants.

Great location just a few minute walk to the beach! Wonderful house, very clean, kitchen fully stocked. We had a blast enjoying the pool and back yard. The pool area has sun and shade and we used it as a great break from the hot, steamy beach during the day and a great place to grill and hang out in the evening!

Brought our walker challenges 82 year old sister and had a wonderful time. It exceeded our expectations, really. Additional family who popped in were impressed. The heated pool was lovely. The beach, even better. Only a short, level walk to beautiful sand and green water. Sand chairs, abundant beach towels and umbrellas were invaluable. When we reported one of 4 broken, the manager replaced them the next morning. The beds were very comfortable. All the rooms were great and well appointed and equipped. We needed nothing.

Location, furnishings/decor and family friendly. Master bedroom bed height was very inconvenient and clothes chess was too large and did mot provide a good walk way. Was very disappointed we were not told about next door unit was under construction. Being awakened in the morning before 7:30 with hammering, pecking, drilling, and grinding was extremely annoying

The pool was dirty when we arrived but the very next morning someone came out and cleaned it. He took the cleaner out so by Thursday evening it was dirty again and we were there until Sunday. Somewhat disappointing but overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Really loved our time here. They had plenty of supplies for our 2 year old to have fun at the beach, and the pool was perfect to relax in at home. Owner was very communicative after a recent storm in the area and ensured that the home was ready for us.

Kitchen was well stocked. Mattresses very comfy. Location fantastic. Pool great for very little ones (under 5) or all adults but would be tough for school aged kids because it's small with most of the space used as shelves/ seating.
Questionable cleaning. Highchair was still messy and had leftover food in it when we pulled it out. There was laundry in the washer and dryer when we arrived. (They were responsive to messages when notified.) Internet was unreliable the first day we were there but was stable (but very slow) the rest of the time.
It was a fine stay, but if you're an AMI loyalist, this one doesn't have the charm factor.

Excellent home close to the beach
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home that was well maintained and had all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation!! We would definitely stay here again! Location was perfect!

Friend and family Christmas vacation
Easy in and out. Nice parking space, adequate sleeping for 6, well equipped kitchen,. Had no communication with property management but everything is at your fingertips on pad if needed.

Ida close call offshore
The location is great a 2 minute walk to beach. House is very nice and clean great kitchen, and pool. Lots of beach stuff wagon, towels, floats, chairs, and toys, The first 2 days the weather was good but then along came Ida we had 100 or so surfers from all over on Monday up and down the beach. I would stay there again...

Perfect rental!
I was worried with the rental being a duplex (noise, privacy, etc)…. Do not worry! I forgot we even shared a wall with someone! The house was super clean and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more- even a waffle maker for a special breakfast one morning. The pool was AMAZING, it was paradise. I loved the keyless entry, the iPad for check-in and information, and the amount of beach towels, pool chairs, floats, beach accessories (even umberella, wagon, and a cooler was available). The parking was perfect for two cars plus our golf cart rental. The location the the beach was awesome- we have short legs and it still only took us about one minute to walk to the beach, even with a 4 and 5 year old. We went with grandparents, so having one-level was important to us. The doors were all wood doors, so the privacy and ability for grandparents to sleep in with the kids awake was a huge plus! The internet was perfect, TVs with cable in every room was nice, too. We loved our stay and hope to rent this property from island dreams again every year. I cannot say enough great things about this rental. We have rented from about a dozen companies/individuals in 5 states and many beaches… this was by far the best experience , house and location!

Great Place!
Perfect size for 2 adults and 3 kids. Kitchen has everything you need and then some. Smart TV was a PLUS! Bedroom TV's could be upgraded to smart TV's to make the experience better but it was manageable. The automatic pool cleaner was a nuisance but we managed it. Had plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas and is only a block and a half from the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Had a fantastic time! the house was exceptionally well stocked! Everything we needed!
So Well stocked in kitchen, patio, furniture, beach and pool items! Clean, EXCELLENT mattresses and lots of towels! Two complimentary water bottles in frig when we arrived...we were so happy and so thirsty! Cozy, friendly atmosphere. Foliage could have been better trimmed for sunlight.
My only disappointment was the lanai cluttered with several fallen palm branches and some dead plants.

Anna Maria Island/Holmes Beach with friends/family
Great First visit to Anna Maria Island. House was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and beach towels. It was nice having a wagon to haul items to the beach that were made available for guest to use such as chairs and umbrellas. Nice, private Lanai and heated pool.. Location was perfect with a short 3 minute walk to the beach. I did not have transportation during the day as husbands were golfing so I rented a bike and explored the island. I would definitely rent this house again, and refer friends. Sorry for the late review of your property.

Perfect beach getaway
We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay over the week of Thanksgiving. The house is in a great location, just steps from the beach, and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and stuff for the beach like chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc and the grill had a backup propane tank just in case. The house was very clean when we arrived and well maintained overall. The private pool and patio was perfect for our family of four. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

This property has a great location on AMI. The manager was attentive. The listing wasn't exactly right, but didn't bother our stay. Beautiful place, nice bedrooms, and beach accessories a plus. Would stay here again!

Great Location
We loved the house with pool, house was clean and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Very short 1 block walk to beach although we rented a golf cart and you can drive it anywhere on beach.

Beautiful home, with great social distancing
This place was everything we expected and more, my only complaint was the dryer door does not stay open and it hits you in the head while your switching laundry over..but everything else was perfect. Thank you Alex for your patience with us, and we are glad we were able to still come during COVID-19. Will definitely be back to this home again! Also this house has an abundance of beach towels..that is an awesome perk

Great location and house
The close proximity to the beach and a backyard pool were ideal for our young family. With plenty of towels and beach toys included. Our only complaint was the bedroom mattress super hard and uncomfortable. Also the pillows were sub par for the quality of the property. We did not get quality sleep. But everything else about the house was awesome!

Perfect!
Absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Decorated how every beach house should be. We cooked nearly every meal and it was awesome. The pool was a total relaxation after our day at the beach. Alex was so great to work with when and if we had any trouble. Only trouble we had was with the ice machine and he apologized for it not working properly during our stay but assured us that it was being replaced soon and when we had a little trouble with clogged line. He did all he could to get someone out there that night. Overall, a great trip! Our first family trip was a great success! Wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. 😀

Great house close to beach!
Our family of 6 loved our stay at this house. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and all beach supplies were there for us to use. The kids really enjoyed the pool as well-we used it everyday of our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed from kitchen to bath to laundry. The house is located in a great area of the island-close to shops, restaurants and trolley access. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Ocean is beautiful
We loved the beach but wasn’t impressed with the property. Upon arrival the ice machine didn’t work. We called & informed them of the issue & asked for ice. We had to wait until the following day to get ice to our house.
Also we were with multiple families that rented homes near us. They had nice wagons, beach chairs & toys. Wasn’t much to choose from here & our wagon didn’t work.

Best vacation in a long time
Such a great home and location, we were all very happy. The beach entrance is so close and the home had absolutely everything that we needed. There are a few beach items available, which we got good use out of and the umbrellas by the pool made all the difference when trying not to get a sunburn. The welcome package from the home owner was very thoughtful and also included in aloe just in case. The pool area and landscaping is very pretty.

Absolutely perfect!
We loved our stay at Windshore A. This was our first time on AMI and it was the perfect place to stay. It had everything we needed. The salt water pool was great and my 3 young boys loved it. (ages 9,9 & 7) The walk to the beach was SO quick and easy. The beach cart was awesome for transporting things back and forth. The beach chairs could use an upgrade but overall were fine. The beds were all comfortable and we had everything we needed during our stay. Our ice maker on the fridge was not working, so a few bags of ice were delivered to the house for us to use until they could have it fixed. Great customer service! Overall you will not be disappointed staying here. It was a great first experience on AMI and we would rent Windshore A again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location! Short walk to the beach, warm heated pool and spacious interior.
We stayed here with my parents and our 2 kids. Perfect for all 6 of us. We walked to the beach daily - only a block away. The place is equipped with plenty of pool and beach toys. Our kids loved loading up the beach wagon with buckets and shovels for building sand castles on the beach. The heated pool was perfect for the kids. The outdoor area is nice and shaded in the evenings to enjoy dinner at the table. We walked to restaurants and shops - all within a mile. We will for sure be coming back! Couldn’t recommend enough!

comfortable, spacious and close to beach
Missing it already- 5 of us stayed for a week last week. We couldn't ask for better weather. Loved the community and cleanliness of the area and home. Before our arrival had great communication with booking company in very timely manner. If you want somewhere to escape and not overly crowded this is the place. Beach was perfect and white sand and blue water - calm most days Even saw several dolphins in our swimming area . Lots of food options just a trolley or short driving or little longer walk distance away. Took trolley a time or two. Had 3 teenagers with and felt fine to let them explore the area. Fully stocked with necessities / towels/ beach towels etc. Will be looking to return in future.

We spotted a rat in the enclosed yard near the pool which was unnerving.
We would have given it a five except for two reason: Rat in the enclosed backyard (we do have a picture) and realty company was not impressed. Also, they would not ask owners if our two small, non-shedding dogs could be allowed. We can provide a picture of the rat and might do just that. We left it very clean and tidy, just as we found it.

Perfect house for small family - Great Location
This house was perfect for our family of 5.
The pool is nice and clean. The water temperature was set to a temperature that I would consider heated unlike some of our rentals in the past. We were also setup with enough laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper and trash bags to get us through our stay (unlike some other owners which give you one roll per bathroom and 2 extra trash bags).

The location of the house is awesome. We were a short walk across Gulf Dr from the beach (traffic on that end of the island is light). There was a northbound and southbound trolley distance real close by so it made using the trolley to go to Pine Ave and Publix real easy. We will definitely rent again.

A little slice of heaven!
I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing our trip was! The house provided everything we could have asked for. Our weather was a tad chilly while we were there but the pool was heated to a perfect temperature so my kids could still enjoy every minute in the water. It is the perfect distance to the beach as well as walking to any of the shops or restaurants. If you don't like walking that far the troll stop is just at the end of the road. Thank you Anna Maria for providing my family with amazing memories that will last a lifetime!

Great beach stay!
Very clean, cozy and cute bedrooms. Great kitchen and very tropical feeling in the pool area. The only complaint would be the lack of beach chairs and the lighting situation in the living room. All in all a wonderful place to stay and close to the beach.
