Ich habe mich in unser Haus in Arizona verliebt, als ich zur Tür hereinkam! Unser einstöckiges Haus ist der perfekte Zufluchtsort, reich dekoriert, aber auch äußerst gemütlich und komfortabel. Alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause warten auf Ihre Ankunft. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Deckenventilator und Bettwäsche mit hoher Fadenzahl. Jeder macht einen anderen Urlaub und dieses Zuhause erlaubt dies. Einige Leute lehnen sich gerne zurück und schauen sich Filme an (auf unserem 65-Zoll-HD-Fernseher), andere mögen ruhige Lesezeiten. Andere hängen gerne den ganzen Tag im Pool (Heizung optional) und im Spa. Vielleicht möchten Sie eine romantische Zeit am Kaminfeuer im gemütlichen Ramada verbringen. Unsere Outdoor-Oase ist nachts mit speziellen Lichteffekten einfach traumhaft. Paradies! Möchten Sie Ihre Putting-Fähigkeiten verbessern? Dies ist der Ort mit vielen Bällen und Putter. Wir haben auch zwei Fahrrad-Strandkreuzer für Ihren Gebrauch während Ihres Aufenthalts. Unsere liebenswerte Gemeinde bietet viele, viele Kilometer gewundene Wanderwege und jede Menge Annehmlichkeiten. Unser Haus ist perfekt für Familientreffen, Familien mit Kindern (Pool ist eingezäunt und eingezäunt), Golfgruppen und Mädchen / Jungs Kurzurlaub. Unsere Küche ist eine Freude mit Granit, alle Utensilien, Geschirr, Gläser, Kochgeschirr, Kleingeräte geliefert. In unserem Haus gibt es ein Kinderspiel, eine Babyschaukel (drinnen) und eine Boppy-Liege. Gilbert ist eine wundervolle Familiengemeinschaft, die sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu großartigen Golfplätzen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dem Frühlingstraining der Major League Teams und einigen großartigen Restaurants befindet. We had an amazing Christmas break here with our three kids and extended family, and we really didn't want to leave! Having used VRBO many times over the years, including other homes in Southern AZ, this property is hands-down the most luxurious and best-equipped that we have ever rented.
The house itself was immaculate and very comfortable, and (unlike most VRBO rentals) the kitchen cupboards were a treasure-trove of high quality glassware, dinnerware, condiments, and every bit of kitchen kit a chef could need. The outdoor space was like having our own mini-resort - with many hours spent sitting round the fireplace or in the spa. We also paid to heat the pool which was definitely worth it, as the heater did a great job of holding to a temp of at least 88 degrees, and this meant the kids went in every single day despite it being the middle of winter!
And Dave and Sue are the absolute best hosts. They were super welcoming and super responsive throughout our stay, and they clearly take great pride in the quality of their home and the experience of their guests.

It was late August in Arizona so we decided of course to leave Colorado to visit the sweltering heat of the desert. Luckily we had the pleasure of staying in the absolute oasis of a home here in Gilbert! The pool and spa were incredible and our hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We have 2 small children and will definitely be coming back to stay in the future. Thanks again to Dave and Sue. We really appreciate the hospitality.

Took my family here in early July. Had a great time relaxing at the pool and cooling off in the water. Would typically give this a 5 star but a couple of the bedrooms were extremely hot while others ice cold so kids had to sleep with us and the pool would get dirty on certain days and stay dirty, pool lights didn't work either and we never saw a pool tech who was suppose to show. . Besides that, great place to rent and take the family. Dave and Sue are good people and location is great for restaurants, shopping, walking, etc. I am sure they will get those other issues we experienced handled as well as the place was very well kept and supplied. Park is right beside the house which we like. All in all great trip

This home was everything a VRBO should be. It had every amenity a guest could want. The house was immaculate and beautiful. The back yard was a mini resort with a lovely pool and spa, cabana with outdoor fireplace and bbq, fruit trees, a putting green and outdoor dining area. The owners were immediately responsive to any inquiry or request. Definitely 5 star in every respect.

We absolutely enjoyed this beautiful, well-appointed home! Spending time with our family, who all visited, sporadically during our stay, was the best! Great gathering spaces, yet plenty of bedrooms & privacy to accommodate all ages. The outdoor amenities were continuously enjoyed by all! Sue & Dave were graciously accessable hosts. The best!

Doesn’t get better than this!
We can’t say enough about this great property! The owners Dave and Sue are excellent hosts. They kept in touch with us and answered any questions we had immediately. The home has everything you could possibly need for cooking. The swimming pool, putting green and gazebo with fireplace are awesome. We had the pool heated while our grandkids visited, it was wonderful. You won’t believe all the pool toys, rafts, life jackets etc. for the pool. The spa was a big hit after each round of golf. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The home is located near shopping, restaurants and activities. We have stayed at several VRBO’S and this one tops them all. Great house, great location and great hosts! Highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

Vacation in paradise
This VRBO far exceeded our expectations. This home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out and the backyard is a mini-resort/paradise! The home and yard have everything you could possibly need or want provided (pool, spa, ramada, outdoor kitchen, putt putt course, etc). The location is great, close to many restaurants and retail. Owners Dave and Sue were incredible to work with and responded instantly anytime we had questions. The home was immaculately clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful week/vacation and we look forward to coming back again in the future. Will definitely rent this home again. Totally blows away any other VRBO we have rented in the past! Meets and exceeds expectations!
Our family of 7 had a wonderful 10 days at Power Ranch. Dave and Sue have thought of everything to make their resort style home perfect for a memory making vacation. Communication with them was excellent from start to finish. The cleanliness of their home was apparent throughout and this was of importance to us and greatly appreciated. We have rented numerous vacation homes and this is my 1st 5 star review.

Great stay!
Casa del Sol is a wonderful property. Sue and Dave take great pride in their home and make everyone feel very welcome. They are very responsive and want you to have a great vacation.
The kitchen has all the dishes, glasses, pots, and pans you will need. Fully stocked pantry and spice cabinet. Pool and outdoor kitchen are amazing. Garage has all the toys you want and even 2 bikes to cruise the neighborhood.
In the rest of the house, lots of space to spread out. Master bathroom/bedroom is huge. Three full baths give everyone their own privacy. House is nice and quiet and relaxing.

Perfect Personal Resort!!!!!
This is the most AMAZING home with the most hospitable hosts!! Dave and Sue have thought of every last detail to make their home the most enjoyable experience possible!! From cozy towels, to perfect pillows and sheets, to pool toys and every thing you could possibly need to cook in the gorgeous kitchen, this home has everything!! We felt like we were at our own personal resort!!! The backyard is gorgeous: citrus trees, lantana, the cabana, the putting green, and the gorgeous pool!! The pool is fantastic at any time of the day or night…we loved hanging by it first thing in the morning, last thing at night and even in the heat of the day under the umbrellas. We spent the week with a mix of exploring the area and relaxing at home. We loved hiking nearby peaks, walking trails, golfing, and looking for the wild Salt River horses!! The house is perfectly located! You should not look any further—this home is the one you want to book!! You’ll find yourself wishing you never had to leave and dreaming about when you can come back again!!!

You will not be disappointed with this property, I was impressed, if staying in the winter months you must pay to heat the pool it is heavenly, you see and read about the home but it has plushy items that are not expected! We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts were very responsive and their home is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and the backyard is like a resort, with the pool, hot tub and putting green. Great neighborhood as well. We would not hesitate to rent this home again.

This is such a beautiful home and so well laid out. The bedrooms are on one end of the house while the living area and kitchen are on the other. This worked out beautifully having a small child with us who went to bed early. The backyard is a dream and was used every single day. Stores and activities are just down the road! Finally Sue and Dave are so pleasant to work with. Any question/text was answered in 10 minutes or less. Thank you for the great stay!

Fantastic!
Sue and Dave are two of the nicest people you could ever deal with. The home was immaculate and the exterior was as advertised. This property was perfect for our family as they had plenty of games on site. The neighborhood was so quiet we never even heard anyone at the surrounding homes. The walking trails were very nice and manicured, which made morning walks a must do activity. Can't say enough about this property or the owners!

This home was truly special. We saw many options in our search for where to spend our week vacation, but I'm really happy that we landed on this one. It had everything that we were hoping for, and most importantly it had the WOW factor. The interior of the house was great, as well as the lovely backyard. The Pool was a star. We had the most amazing vacation and stay at Dave and Sue's home! From the first conversation I had with Sue, I could feel that our vacation was going to be everything we needed. Hands down our favorite house we’ve rented in Arizona. Sparkling clean with everything you need. The backyard was our private family resort. Only downside is you won’t see much of Arizona because you won’t want to leave this house. The owners are incredibly personable and easy to work with. Do yourself a favor and book this one!

Our escape from reality
From the moment we opened the front door we knew we had made the right decision! This house provided us comfort, fun, entertainment and a total escape from reality. With the only exception being grocery shopping, we did not leave it for 9 days! Sue and Dave were phenomenal hosts. Their home had everything we needed ... and more!

Wonderful house and awesome communication
Our last minute getaway was exactly what we all needed! Upon booking the house Sue reached out to welcome us and answer any questions. Communication was amazing! A few things came up that were out of their control (needed a new dryer) and they were in constant and quick communication with us to get a replacement. They even sent a fruit basket for what they considered an inconvenience.
The house had everything we needed from spices to condiments. Be sure to check the house before going to the grocery store. The garage had tons of pool toys, two bikes, hiking sticks, outdoor games, baby essentials and small toys for kids.
A few of us would wake up early to run around the neighborhood and then would drive about 30 minutes to different hiking locations all of which were stunning. We also took a day trip to Sedona where the views were amazing. We didn't end up using the community pools or parks (due to us being cautious with COVID) but they looked awesome! The house pool was amazing as we would spend all mid morning til early evening in it!

A welcome and luxurious change of sceenery.
We enjoyed a Luxurious, relaxing and rejuvenating week long stay at Dave and Sue’s beautiful home. The house was spotless, in a high end neighborhood and there were plenty of supplies and paper goods. We were looking for a resort setting for our staycation where we could swim, relax and enjoy cooking with the family. The house was perfect. The kitchen was well outfitted for someone who loves to cook, (lots of supplies, cooking essentials and a well stocked pantry). The grill was the best I have ever used. The bathtub in the master bathroom is so deep, it’s like a little swimming pool. There were limes on the trees in the garden. The pool and jacuzzi...amazing. My son used one of the bikes in the garage to ride for miles on beautiful established park paths throughout the community. Sue was like family. She is a true hostess. Thank you Sue. It has been a trying time with the social limitations brought on by Covid-19 and having access to a beautiful, safe week vacation was just what we all needed.

Arizona Resort Oasis
We were floored by the beautiful home, private luxury backyard and the amenities that came with the home. Pool toys galore, bikes to ride throughout the great neighborhood trail system and the little things we didn’t have to worry about (basic condiments for all our BBQ needs). Three generations of my family consisting of grandparents, daughter and son-in-law and 2 1/2 year old grandson thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay at Dave and Sue’s Casa del Sol. The property is fully equipped with top notch supplies, linens and amenities. One wouldn’t need to leave the property; nevertheless, we explored the area and were duly impressed by the community of Power Ranch with its vast walking/biking trails and friendly atmosphere. We hope to make this an annual family event!

Home away from home Christmas stay!
This was the first time we have ever been away from home for Christmas visiting our oldest daughter who recently moved to Gilbert, but staying at Dave and Sue’s place felt like we were at home. They even put up a Christmas tree for our stay. The home was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The backyard was a very private oasis and we spent every evening in the hot tub. The subdivision was very quiet and we enjoyed several walks. Dave and Sue were wonderful hosts to work with. Hopefully we will be able to stay at their home again.

BEST VRBO EVER!!
We cannot say enough positive things about our stay in this VRBO. We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this is by far the best ever. This home is the most beautiful, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, more than comfortable, VRBO that we have ever stay in. It is in a great location if you want to wander out but one doesn't have to wander far because there is plenty of built in entertainment in the incredibly landscaped and manicured yard. The yard is its own private oasis with a swimming pool, hot tub, putting green, outdoor patio with a fireplace, BBQ, and an abundance of comfortable seating. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owners, Bill and Sue, were a delight to work with and quick to respond should we need anything. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Gorgeous house with a refreshing pool
Sue was very responsive since the first contact and throughout the whole process. My family stayed in her beautiful and well appointed house for a week while we visited family in the area. I appreciated that there were soap in the showers, toilet paper rolls, and paper towels in the kitchen. There were plenty of pool towels too. Speaking of pool, my sons and I thoroughly enjoyed the refreshing pool. There were plenty of noodles and floats to use. We had everything we needed. We didn't have to go get anything. It was an absolutely relaxing vacation to spend a week in the house. Would love to return again when the opportunity arises! Thank you Dave and Sue for sharing your house with us!
