We’ve stayed here twice and enjoyed our stays both times. I love taking a walk to Manito park each day, and many places in Spokane are just 10 minutes away.

Overall suited are needs, could be cleaner upon arrival. Dirty dishes left out. Needs some maintenance. Broken drawer/faucet in kitchen, shower head, and outlets in bathroom didn’t work. Great location to food and Manito park was great!

We enjoyed our stay and Manito Park was blooming with crocuses in March! The apartment is a bit older than we thought but everything was clean and comfy! One suggestion is bathtub anti-slip strips. Spokane was bustling and our visit was enjoyable.

Well appointed and well loved vacation rental in the historic South Hill neighborhood. We enjoyed a couple cozy mornings in the snug kitchen. The local turkey flock stopped by frequently. Walking distance to many parks and historic mansions of Cliff Avenue.

This was my 4th time staying at one of the properties at this location. Great location, responsive hosts, clean, comfy beds, nicely decorated. Highly recommend. 😊

This was great for my husband, myself and our 3 year old twins. My twins loved the Fisher Price Little People farm play set and the kids books in the book shelf. The kitchen was small, but adequate. Would recommend and will consider staying again.

Average accommodations as it is an older house and we stayed in the upstairs apartment and much of the furniture… is well loved. Near a busy street so lots of car noise. WiFi and Roku TV weak signals and not able to log into the Roku. Was fine for one night.

This place was in a good location with lots of stuff within walking distance. The house was really old even though it was updated. The couch smelled like BO and under the cushions was gross. The kitchen cabinets were sticky, the baseboards, doors and window sills were dirty and there was a pretty good stream of ants in the kitchen next to the ant traps. The fridge needed to be wiped out. The whole place just needed a good deep cleaning. Beds and linens were fine. The carport is pretty small so a big vehicle like an SUV or truck will not fit. It was hot during our stay so the extra fans were a blessing as the AC unit was not hooked up yet.

We were running late and very nervous about the place. But, we knew as soon as we pulled up it was going to be all good. The place was cute, clean, and so homey that even our baby was cool with it. There were fresh towels, sheets, and even a comfy throw blanket. We will definitely be back, thank you.

There was a slight ant problem in the kitchen and the bathroom sink didn't have a filter so it sprayed a little wild...but other than those things, the property was perfect for us. It's in a great location in a nice neighborhood. Parking is a little tight but manageable. Comfortable beds and all of the amenities you'd expect.

When we first arrived, the first thing we noticed was the floors were dirty, there were mice feces in the closets, the coffee pot was dirty and the linens didn't appear to have all been washed prior because there was a substantial amount of someone's hair on the king size bed. Other than that, just little things like extra beds, but no extra blankets. Extra pillows, but no pillow cases, empty paper towel rack with no replacement available, etc. Just a bummer when you pay fees for cleaning and have to clean when you arrive. Otherwise, everything was just fine! They have laundry on site which is great and even leave a few water bottles and bags of popcorn for you! Quite area, quiet and friendly downstairs neighbors also!

Cute property in South Hill. Perfect for our family as we looked at local colleges. Take a walk to the park then walk over to Rockwood Bakery. Close to Huckleberries grocery. Follow the owners directions. Apple Maps will take you to the wrong way to access the property.

The location is absolutely perfect to downtown and the interstate to Idaho and Montana is easy to access. There is lots of smart TV apps which our boys loved. I cannot remember if the listing says it is an upstairs unit but we didn't have much access to ground level to sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather. The property did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned. We found clothing left by previous renters in the closet, microwave dirty, fingerprints on the refrigerator. During a time of a Pandemic we would have appreciated knowing it was more thorough.

We had a little trouble finding the location at first, but when we actually read the directions found it with no problem. What a fantastic comfortable spot! The kitchen was very well stocked with all the basics that we could need. The entire place was clean and orderly, and very comfortable. It is close to downtown and shops and restaurants, and was really all that we could ask for. The check in and check out process was a breeze as well. We will definitely keep this spot on the short list when we come into Spokane. Thank you!

This is one of those rare gem of a units that has the most incredible location! It’s right smack dab in the middle of a busy area on the South Hill, but hidden tucked up off the road. We loved walking across the road to the Bangkok Thai restaurant as well as picking up a pizza from the Close by papa Murphy’s?! Great for a family, couple, or even a single person needing somewhere to stay. It’s cute, clean, affordable and the owners are very easy to get in touch with! Thank you for a lovely stay and for being so professional.

We were very happy with this property and it definitely met our needs. The kitchen now has a table that seats 4 vs. the one shown in the pictures online and that was so nice for us to all be able to eat breakfast there in the kitchen! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. As others have mentioned, the parking for unit B is hard to get into if you have a larger car or van but the owner was nice and let us park in the driveway and that worked perfect. One thing they should fix is the steps leading to the outside door - they slant downward and have no handrail; and one of our group almost fell on them.

Great location in Spokane to drop our daughter off for college. Enough room for everyone to have a space. The only bummer was it was quite hot and there was only a window AC unit in the back bedroom. Lots of fans though. Thanks.
