Im historischen Viertel von Marina gelegen, befindet sich dieses Haus zwei Blocks vom Intracoastal Marina, zweieinhalb Blocks von der Innenstadt / Atlantic Avenue, 3 Blocks von der Intracoastal Bridge und auf der anderen Straßenseite vom Intracoastal. Der Strand ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt! Sie können durch die Vordertür gehen, die Straße überqueren und auf einer Bank mit Blick auf die Intracoastal Waterway (öffentlicher Zugang) der SE 3rd Street sitzen. Dies ist ein charmantes, komfortables, gut ausgestattetes und gemütliches Einfamilienhaus im Herzen des schönen Delray Beach. This house was perfect for our stay in Delray Beach! Equipped with everything that we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella! The patio was nice to hang out at. Added benefit was my daughter lives just a couple of blocks away. We will definitely want to rent this place again.
Also, we have rented many houses with Vrbo and this one, by far, was the cleanest!

Stayed here with family and enjoyed every minute of it. Ready to use kitchen, nice patio with adjustable pergola, and close proximity to Atlantic Ave made our stay. Communication with host was excellent, and the neighborhood is perfect for walks to the marina.
Only thing to point out is the some of the bedroom doors are slatted, but believe this is to make the air cond. work better. Our white noise fans came in handy.
Will definitely be booking again.

Our stay was amazing! The house is SO cute, clean, well equipped and in a great location. The patio was so nice to hang out on in the evenings. All the beds were extremely comfortable - the master and the beds our college kids slept in! The neighborhood is nice and safe with several people walking on the street. It’s an easy walk to Atlantic Avenue. We didn’t rent a car, so it was important for us to be able to walk.
The nicest owners !! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We will be renting your house again in the future.

Property was clean, well stocked with everything imaginable. Property owners very attentive and accommodating. Fantastic location. Walk to Atlantic Ave which has many shops and restaurants. Within a mile of Publix, CVS, Walgreens plus many other shopping and dining options. Walk to beach is .75 miles. Can’t recommend more.

We loved the house! My daughters (9,12) were in love with feeding the koi fish and meeting the outdoor cat. We walked to Carmela’s for coffee everyday, walked to town, the beach - location was perfect! Everything was clean and well stocked.

Perfect for Us
This house is a gem! Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of shops and restaurants (and about a 12 minute walk to the beach), this lovely little house was perfect for our family of two adults and two teens. It was super clean and comfortable, well-stocked, and decorated with lots of local art and photography. Nice yard and patio, and a short walk through the back gate and down the alley to a great local coffee shop! Hosts were VERY responsive and friendly. We could not have picked a better place, and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Vacation
Wonderful place to arrive to to start your vacation and a great place to come back to from the beach everyday or from whatever activity or outing we did. Everything worked as expected. Great kitchen, only did one full diner, but it had everything we needed. Walked to restaurants, shopping, nice neighborhood, easy drive to grocery. Would stay here again.

Location was perfect for access to Atlantic Avenue and the beach. While close to Atlantic, it was still in a very quiet secluded neighborhood. Porch and back yard was a nice added feature to read, do work and relax.

Perfect House for Family Stay
We loved our 3 weeks at Dolphin Cottage! The property was clean, equipped with everything you could need, and perfect for our family with two young kids. The owners even provided a high chair, travel crib, and age appropriate toys without us asking. The outside space was a wonderful bonus, and the location was ideal for walking to Atlantic Ave and a short drive to the beach. We would rebook again in a heartbeat!

Every amenity
The property is very comfortable with every amenity provided to fulfill the needs of visitors. It is ideally located on a quiet street but within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The owners were very hospitable and accommodating. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Fantastic
Had a wonderful time! This place exceeded our expectations and the pictures do not do it justice. It’s in walking distance of awesome places. Carmela’s is just behind the house and DELICIOUS! We also had a great meal at Over the Bridge Cafe. Overall, this place was great, spacious, and very comfortable. The side and backyard will great for my kids, too!

Great find in Delray
Grandparents and daughter and 2 year old granddaughter had a wonderful time. No issues, beautiful spot. Lovely outdoor space to include little fish pond and outdoor shower which were both a hit with the 2 year old. Even the dog enjoyed herself. Thanks for such a special place to stay.

Never Wanted to Leave
My family and I stayed at the Dolphin House for 2 1/2 weeks in February while it was snowing for weeks in NYC. The house is cozy and immaculate and was exactly what we had hoped for. The location is superb and Anita and Dan could not have been nicer. I highly recommend this house. I never wanted to leave.

Home away from home
Wonderful house. Great location. Close to downtown and beach. The house was perfect for my family and two small dogs. So many nice touches. Anita and Dan thought of everything. It was like coming home. We were so comfortable in the house, yard, and neighborhood. Owners were extremely responsive when we had a question. If we come back to Delray we would definitely stay here again!

Delray Beach - Home away from home
Perfect vacation home. The owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating in communicating in advance and helping with receiving a delivery the showed up earlier prior to my arrival. I can't thank them enough. The location is quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood in close proximity to both downtown Delray and the beach. No car necessary. The house is even more inviting than the photos and the outdoor area has been upgraded with a new pergola, lights, overhead fan and eating/sitting area. Everything in the home worked flawlessly for grilling or cooking in. If I could give the property a six bonus star consider it done! I will definitely book my next stay in Delray Beach at this location.

This was our second year renting this property for the month of January. It continues to be the best single rental we have ever stayed at. In immaculate condition, with owners Anita and Dan next store, it is totally equipped for renters. In addition, they have added an electric pergola and beautiful landscaping in the outside area adjacent to the house. These improvements made an already outstanding experience even better. You cannot beat the location near the Intercoastal, Atlantic Avenue, and the beach. We will be back next year.

Great Rental!
We drive to Delray Beach every Thanksgiving to spend it with our family. We have rented this property for the last two years. The house is in a beautiful little pocket of a neighborhood just south of Atlantic Avenue between the Intracoastal waterway and US 1. The property is very clean, beautifully and comprehensively equipped, and has a great kitchen. There is a lovely little side yard with a grill, patio, and fish pond. The owners are great to work with and very accomodating and flexible.We just had another terrific stay!

Perfect Location
We were so happy with our decision to stay at this property with our 2 year old on an extended weekend - it had everything we needed for traveling with a toddler. The place was impeccably clean, easy check in process, and Anita was flexible with us when we needed to be. The location was extremely convenient and in a lovely quiet stretch of Delray but still close to everything we needed.

Perfect Spot!
This house is exactly as advertised- it was sparkling clean and well appointed, with small items one often forgets to pack for a VRBO (the owner had paper towels, dish washer detergent, toilet paper, etc.). The rooms were perfect- my family of five fit with no problem. There is a nice sized outdoor area that is well-shaded as well. This property is very walkable to downtown, and we enjoyed walking to the park, to shops, restaurants, and to watch the boats on the intracoastal.
The owner was so kind- my four year old got us locked out of the house one day and the owner was over within minutes of my contacting her. When we wanted to extend our stay, she worked with us to make it as seamless as possible.
I would recommend Dolphin Cottage to anyone who is looking to stay in the Delray area!

Family stay neat downtown.
Great house with room for everyone to be together or some time alone. Front porch and back porch used extensively. Living room comfy and roomy. Best part is walking distance to town. Our teen boys are finally independence age and appreciated the great easy access to downtown activities. We also appreciated easy contact with owners and quiet loveliness of the immediate neighborhood.

Incredible House in an Amazing Location!
I’ve been visiting Delray Beach for the last 19 years. I’ve stayed in a lot of houses, and this house is the loveliest house I’ve stayed in to date. It was simply but beautifuly furnished with every possible amenity. There were delightful front and back areas with seating areas, a grill and even a small cute fishpond. The location was excellent. The neighborhood was gorgeous!! A few blocks from Atlantic Blvd. And one block from the inner coastal with a refreshing view of the water. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were aspirational and perfect.
Anita left very thorough instructions for everything we needed to know. She was very easy to communicate with via text and always got back to me promptly.
My family and I LOVED staying here, and we definitely plan on coming back again! Thank you Anita for a wonderful stay!!

Heaven in Delray Beach
My wife, 13year old dog, and I just spent the month of January 2019 at Anita and Dan's place in the Marina district of Delray Beach. The place is amazing, and so are Anita and Dan who live next door. This is the best experience that we have ever had in our 5 plus years staying at HomeAway properties. The location is perfect in the historical Marina district (so eclectic and cool), a half block from the Intercoastal Waterway and only a 2 1/2 block walk to the restaurants and bars on bustling Atlantic Avenue. It is about 3/4 of a mile to the public beach, which is a nice walk or a short Uber. The HomeAway posting and pictures do not do justice to how nice it is in person. It was much bigger than it looked online and modernly refurbished: a large combination family room, dining room, and kitchen (beautifully done, with dishwasher and pantry with washer and dryer); a large master bedroom with a king bed; a generous 2nd bedroom with a queen bed; and a nice sized 3rd bedroom with bunk beds; along with 2 bathrooms. Great internet and TV setup! What we really loved was spending time outside on the deck, where we ate most of our dinners, and reading on a chair either there, or in the spacious backyard, which is enclosed (to easily let our dog out). Our dog loved our daily walks along the Intercoastal up to Atlantic Ave. and back, and I loved my runs up to and along the beach by A1A. I can't say enough about what great hosts Anita and Dan are, and how well equipped the house is with all the little things that you usually have to buy (also has beach chairs and towels). While they were always responsive to any little questions that arose, they allowed you to enjoy your privacy without intrusion. But we just enjoyed their company so much, we spent plenty of time socializing together. We will be back next year, I cannot recommend this property highly enough, 5 + stars!
