We have enjoyed our stay in Listowel very much. After our day trips the kids really enjoyed the games' room. The house was just great for us!

We hosted 10 friends in Listowel and this house was beyond perfection! So comfortable and huge! Our age ranges were 36-70 and it was delightful! Joe was marvelous to work with on check in and we have already booked the house for another stay next year. Walkable to Listowel yet on a quiet street!

We had a wonderful stay in Listowel. The house was a great size for the 10 of us (4 adults and 6 kids ages 10-14) and the game room and yard were a big hit. Definitely recommend!

The Red Brick House is perfect for family reunions. The large open kitchen makes cooking at home fun when everyone can gather around the center island to catch up on family stories while helping out for dinner. The kids especially enjoyed the game room, which came in handy during Ireland's rainy days. We were lucky we had a couple of sunny days so we put the back yard garden, the outdoor grill to good use for an impromptu BBQ. We capped off the night roasting marshmallows over the outdoor fireplace. The house is much larger than it appears on the website. The bedrooms are very spacious, and the are large for European bathrooms. Overall we enjoyed our family vacation and plan to rent the Red Brick House for our next reunion.

Lovely property unfortunately there was work been done in the garden on two of the days we were at the property. It was very noisy the first day they arrived at 7.30am with a kango hammer, angle grinder and cement mixer. We were awoken to the noise and when we went to the kitchen there were three guys sitting out in the back garden on a bench having some food.They then knocked on the back door to ask us to move the cars across the road. I believe this should have been communicated before our arrival. It was an inconvenience and a disturbance. Otherwise lovely house and Robert did address the issue but at that stage the damage was done.

This is a wonderful house and is only a short stroll from the centre of Listowel which has everything you could need. The house is very comfortable and spacious. We were two families with a mix of ages and it was perfect for all of us. The games room was a massive hit with adults and children alike! We hope to come for a return visit at some stage.

This house is a tardis. Perfect for family get togethers. Plenty of room and everything you need. Joe was very helpful and only a phone call away if any problems. We along with family came over from them uk for my sons wedding at the Listowel Arms which was outstanding. I would thoroughly recommend this property and hopefully will get to stay again in the future.

We returned to spend time with family that live locally. We spent five days catching up over a few social events - the house was a great & central place for us. The property is of a high standard & well managed. Would highly recommend it.

Communication was excellent, Joe the property manager is very helpful. A quiet location yet a mere walk into Listowel. Lots of living space and garden. The games room is a great addition for a holiday, kept everyone happy. Unfortunately the week we stayed it rained lots, that's when the games room was very much appreciated. Thank you.

Lovely spacious house for a group of 10 friends. Walking distance to town was ideal. Very clean and organised and lots of room for us all to sit down together. Would definitely recommend and house manager was very helpful and friendly!!

This is a really beautiful property. 8 of my family stayed at The Red Brick House for 4 days to attend a family wedding. The house is hugh, gorgeous, comfortable and everything you need for a perfect stay. Even though 8 of us stayed here, we never felt once that we were "on top of each other" due to the vast space that this house offers. The bedrooms are extremely spacious also and I have to say that this was the first time I slept soundly in a bed other than my own. An added bonus was tge games room in which a few of the family took advantage of. All of my party were extremely happy with my choice of property and all said how beatiful it was. We would ALL definitely stay here again.....simpy gorgeous. Thank you Robert.

The house is everything we could ask for, from check - in, to the actual house & location - there is a reason we continue to come back!

We loved the house and it was much bigger than the photos show. Plenty of space for the 10 of us (5 adults and 5 kids). Due to a technical glitch on the website, Robert and I had to communicate quite a lot by email to sort payment but it was all done and dusted and Robert was responsive and helpful. Check in was very easy and Joe was lovely. All the amenities were great. We only thought it would be helpful to have a couple of wooden spoons in the kitchen!

This was a beautiful, bright, comfortable house. Very well equipped, with large airy rooms and plenty of space. A great kitchen/diner area leading onto the garden. The property was a short walk from town

This home is perfect for a family gathering. Walk to downtown Listowel where you find the most gracious individuals who welcome you with open arms. The house itself has a large backyard for children to play. The bedrooms are quite large. Our Family settled into the huge kitchen and family room for talking, while eating foods from the excellent local restaurants. They used the game room a lot. Whether you want to play golf at Ballybunion or the local pitch and putt, there is always something to keep your family of all ages busy. We thank Robert for sharing his amazing home with us. We look forward to returning!!

From the description in ad to the actual property, it was everything and more. Spacious, clean, proximity to many locations perfect. Nothing needed in this rental. It's all there. Robert and Joe were the perfect hosts. Thank you.

Stunning house don’t think the pictures do it justice We loved it

Property was ideal for a large group of golfers playing the great courses located on Ireland's west coast. Beds were plentiful and comfortable with plenty of room. The property manager met us there and was helpful in local recommendations.

Just got back from a week staying in this house, there was 9 of us with plenty of spare room! Joe, the maintaince guy couldn’t have been any more accommodating- coming round as soon as when needed. Location is brilliant, we walked into town everyday- takes about 10/15 mins. Robert the home owner was brilliant at communicating as well. Games room is a bonus! Lovely to come back to and spend the night in. Our trip was lovely seeing family there, this house just topped it off!

A fantastic house with everything anybody could want incuding big rooms .. baths.. showers ..stove..tv ..and even a huge games room. And only a short walk into town 5 mins

The house is modren, well equiped, huge rooms. Even with all the beds filled you can find a qiuite corner. 10 min walk to the town centre so no need to take turns driving. Well situated for all Kerry has to offer. Can thoroughly recommend it. Made our holiday.

Outstanding location for our group of 8 that golfed at 6 different courses.

We had two families totaling 10 people and the accommodations were top notch.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Red Brick House. The location was ideal with the town a short walking distance away. The house is beautiful and spacious, and with 3 bathrooms and showers there was no waiting around to wash or use the toilet. The kitchen amenities were excellent with adequate utensils and crockery. The games room provided us with so much fun playing table tennis and pool while enjoying some drinks. My only critique would be the lack of mirrors in the bedrooms for doing hair and makeup. And also the lack of curtains in the bedrooms to keep out the light in the morns and for the kids going to bed in the eve. Thanks so much we will definitely be back in the future!!

The house is beautiful and spacious, even boasting a game room, that unfortunately we never got to! Listowel is a warm and inviting community. Recommendations from the homeowner were right on. The location was perfect for our commutes to Dingle, Killarney and Tipparary. Would love to host a family reunion here!

Property is fab. Ideal for a large family gathering. We went for my father in laws 70th. We have four children between us and they were so happy with the games room, the back garden and the house itself means everyone can have their own space. It’s so close to the town just a ten minute walk to restaurants and pubs. And so close to other locations to enjoy them. 100% recommendation from me!

The property is huge and the games room a welcome addition especially on a rainy day. The bedrooms are enormous and there are plenty of bathrooms. There is only one mirror near a plug which could be tricky for a larger group and no full length mirror. The kitchen has a good selection of crockery and cutlery although it lacks baking trays and oven ware. The property does feel a little unlived in and would benefit from some soft rugs and some storage units in the bathrooms but overall it is a brilliant place for a large family or group of friends and is a short walk into town.
