M400 was a perfect condo for our family. The kitchen was well appointed, the parking was a bonus,the unit was large, the pool was warm and the location was great. We were able to walk to the beach and the chairs and umbrella came in handy. The “back door entrance” was convenient way to get to the garage. It was great communicating with James. We were allowed a little extra time for check out which was needed since traveling with a toddler and infant can be challenging packing up. A very nice stay all in all.

Property was overall great. We had a few hiccups like leaky showers, silver fish, and water droplets from water damage in ceiling. Management communication is as good. The unit could be a bit cleaner but the amount of space was great and AC was in every room. Location, parking and washer/dryer in unit were great perks. Worth the stay!

My friends and I came for a wedding and had more than enough room with 8 people. Although there was only 2 beds, the couch, rollaways, and air mattresses were high quality and comfortable! The location of this rental is perfect for walking distance to food, drinks, and the beach! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The place was clean and comfortable in a great central location, lots of kitchen supplies. Easily walkable to the beach. I especially loved how beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were included. So thoughtful and convenient, made our beach trips so much more enjoyable.

It started with the manager's dad waving us into the correct parking lot in front of the bldg. We had circled the block twice. He greeted us and explained that his son had taken the day off to be home with his newborn. He gave us a tour of the unit. It included the owner's history, the building, and some furnishings. It came with complimentary coffee, water, and ice, already made. It's a large and comfortable place for families and groups of 6-8. It's within proximity to Waikiki and Ala Moana Shopping Center. We enjoyed our time immensely as classmates who came together for a reunion.

The roll away beds were comfortable for my son and grandson. Check in was easy and the property manager answered my calls. Hotelstaff was helpful. Only disappointment was the lack of Wi-Fi. It did not work. It is apparently borrowed from another unit and could not be rebooted fromour condo.

Fantastic place in a great location. The unit had everything you’d need for the beach and we had a great time cooking there as a group. The place is very large so it was doable to have four adults sleeping in the common area, perfect for our group of eight. Would absolutely stay again! Only minor issue was that the air mattresses deflated quite a bit through the night, but this is pretty common for air mattresses and the couch worked fine for a substitute. Thank you to our hosts for a great birthday trip!

There were lawn chairs, boogie boards and beach towels provided. The washer and dryer were very convenient. The location is downtown Waikiki, and we could walk to several of our destinations. The parking spot was a big bonus. Communication was quick, the instructions were easy to understand and when a little maintenance issue came up--it was quickly and conveniently resolved. We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids (between the ages of 6 to 9) and loved our time here. Being able to use the full kitchen was amazing to be able to prepare our meals. Having multiple dining and lounging areas was great too so that everyone felt like they could have their own space. The location is fantastic... quick walk to the Fort Derussy park and beach. And a quick walk down the strip through Waikiki to the beach as well. Loved it.
