The location was convenient to ski mountain. Check in and out super easy. Newer appliances, clean dishes, well stocked with some newer kitchen supplies. Some electrical and lighting issues, particularly in kitchen which made it too dark to cook in. Bring your own kindling and lighter (theirs didn’t work) if you want to start a fire. They provide plenty of fire wood though. Bed was very comfortable! Thanks for the stay!

We usually stay near one of the lodges, but with just my husband and I taking a quick boarding getaway by ourselves, we opted for this cute little condo. It is tastefully remodeled with thoughtful amenities. There is a shuttle stop just a short walk to the corner as well as Mammoth Roasters 5 min away for a quick breakfast. Suggestion for improvement would be a changing to a queen or larger bed. On the plus side, the sofa bed was actually comfortable! Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Just right for a couple visiting Mammouth. Nicely appointed and convenient shopping at grocert outlet and a great mexican market across the street. I would stay there again.

Kids and wife loved the condo. The fireplace was a great touch. The renovations done with really nice. We cook a lot and really appreciated the available cookware and spices. Easy access to the red line bus to canyon village and main village ski areas. Quick walk to Vons to get ice cream for the kids. And the family loved the shared outdoor jacuzzi in the snow. Hope to stay there again!

Clean 1 bedroom condo. Very good for the price. We enjoyed our stay. It is one block away from the redline shuttle which was nice.

Pleased to receive almost immediate response from the host with check in details etc. following our VRBO booking. It was just for one night while waiting for our primary booking the next day. And one of the best restaurants in Mammoth (Moguls) is right across the street!

We are Mammoth regulars and this is where we always stay. Beatiful condo. Great decor with a huge tv, comfortable furniture and a large balcony. Perfectly located in central Mammoth. Close to everything. Michael is awesome. 10 out of 10.

This cabin has everything you need for cooking including an apple corer and spice rack. Bathroom is accessible through kitchen and bedroom which is convenient. Everything is in such good condition. I hope future renters keep it that way. The extra blankets are helpful. Cabin is located near the Vons and restaurants. Host responded to our text right away. If you’re a tall person (near 6ft) the sofa bed will be too short. Darker curtains in the living room would be appreciated. Heaters are on the noisy side. We enjoyed our stay but these are things to consider.

Mike was great to work with and his place is very nice, cozy and beautiful pine right out the window. I will be back!!

This is our first time to Mammoth and this condo was fantastic! The inside is just as the pictures show. Very warm and comfy. The location is perfect.

The condo does have potiential to be a nice place but it needs some tender loving care. The one sofa needs replacing, worn. The balgony was not usable. I understand about the bad winter, but there should have been plenty of time to repair it. The place should not have been rented out. Also, the location, the street noise was unbearable. Got woken up every morning early due to the street noise. Could be a lot better experience. I would not recommend it primarily due to the noise.

We enjoy the location of this rental, and in fact we have stayed there before. Just prior to our arrival we were notified that the outdoor deck received damage from the prior snowfall. Once we arrived, we realized that the damage could not have been new and that the homeowner had to have known about it months before. we were not given the option to choose a different rental, cancel the reservation, or receive a discount. The only way for the air to get into that property is through the two doors that were blocked by plywood by at least 1/3. Had we received pictures of the damage, we would’ve likely chosen a different Vrbo and look to stay at this location the following year. At minimum, I feel we should’ve been offered a discount.

Michael was very kind and helpful and even recommended a few places to eat. The place was nice and clean and we would definitely stay here again.

Clean, small apartment style

Very clean. Kitchen is beautiful but you need to bring your favorite cookware and sharp knives for prepping meals. Very comfortable and we all loved it.

Wonderful place, close proximity to main lodge and restaurants. Front door was damaged due to seasons weather, I assume. We had to kick the door to open, and it is starting to break apart. The door did close though with no holes.

Came up midweek and needed a place. The unit was a little difficult to find because of all the snow banks, but once i found the parking lot I was able to locate the unit on the map. The front door sticks a little but we figured it out. Otherwise a great stay, and close to all the shops. Would definitely stay again. Thanks !
