The property was everything needed for a guy's trip, Racquet ball court and dodge ball, huge main area to hangout, play cards, and an outdoor hot tub. The hosts were easy to get ahold of, and the property was amazing, if we come back to VT again, we'd want this property.

Came up with some friends for a ski weekend and had a great time! Would highly recommend. The driveway and road in is a bit tough to navigate in the winter so be careful! Aspects of the house are a bit outdated, but it adds to the charm of the house!

We had a wonderful time in this house. We were a large group of moms with teens and run adult kids There was plenty of room for all of us. The living space was ample. We could all eat together, play games, and watch TV together. The racquet ball court was a big hit with this group (dodge ball and rachet ball - equipment is present) The hot tub is amazing as advertised. All the bedrooms were clean and tidy. The bathrooms were mostly redone and really very nice. My only sort of negative is that for the money its a bit dated in living room and kitchen(so dated it seemed not that clean). However, it was sort of homey and truly did have all the things you could possibly need in a kitchen. We cooked all meals and had plenty of dishes, servers, flatware. There was a small supply of dishwasher pods, paper towels, TP. the proximity to killington was perfection (5 min drive). Warning I would not go in winter without 4 wheeled drive. The driveway is steep (with drop off to one side) and the roads leading to the house were winding up and down narrow roads. We appreciated the owner flexibility with check out. I would definitely stay here again. We had such a fun weekend.

The property was a great size for my bridal party and all of their spouses to stay in. The upstairs bathroom was beautiful and the master bedroom was great for portraits. We loved the open space downstairs to get ready. The house needs some updates and the walls could be repainted, but overall we were happy with it.

We enjoyed the huge hot tub and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was well supplied and we liked that the cupboards were labeled. The welcome gift was a nice touch. Took us a while to find the garbage bags though and the security alarm went off making our arrival a bit challenging. We had to find batteries for the smoke detectors which were also beeping. The driveway can be challenging and there is no bathroom on the main floor. The front alarm kept going off all weekend and we had to disarm multiple times a day. The sauna did not work. Place was perfect for our group of11. Everyone has a bed and plenty of room. Hot tub was huge and ready to go when we got there. New bathroom upstairs was beautiful. Kitchen needs some upgrades. Owner was very helpful when I reached out and got right back to me. Would love to get back there with the boys!!!

Spacious house. 9 guys slept comfortably. Nice flat back yard. Right next to Killington. Great summer place near mountain biking and golf. Had a great weekend. Will stay there again.

The home is spacious and accommodated our party of 10 comfortably. The new hot tub was great and we even played some dodge ball in the racquetball court. The home could use some updating but overall it was a great stay. The location is great and only a few minutes away from the mountain.

This home is well laid out for large groups and comes with a bunch of fun amenities.
It is in need of updates as there are lots of items in the home that seem to be on their last leg, but nothing is unusable, just worn.
The racquetball ball court also had a large bin full of balls that we used for a terrific game of dodgeball. Major score for the entire family -great way to settle old family squabbles ;).
The property itself is very close to Killington's base, which was great for everyone to come and go as they pleased throughout the day. It was near the end of a dead end street and had a large yard, so it felt very private in spite of being so close to everything.

A bunch of the guys got together for a small reunion. Perfect, quiet location to get everyone together, play some tunes, and reminisce. Bring a few guitars and enjoy the vibes.

Tons of fun!
The racquetball house was so unique and fun! Between the large hot tub, sauna, and the racquetball court, it gave all 11 of us something to do for everyone. Eric and Marc were available for us to contact all weekend and couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend this house!

Had a great time at the racquetball house with a group of friends for a long weekend. House is well represented in the pictures. Hot tub was awesome with Bluetooth speakers installed. Check in process very easy. Location was great

Nice Location but really old house
There was a dead rat in the racket court, and a living one running in the house which we have recorded and sent to the owner. The racket court is also not very well maintained, shower experience is not ideal. Everything else is fine

The house is close to a bunch of shops and hiking trails in Killington. It has a number of bedrooms and a huge hot tub. We had a great weekend!

The Racquetball House was perfect for our group of 16. Everyone loved it - the comfort, space, hot tub and racquetball court and the great location! A couple of issues were quickly and easily handled as communication with the owner contacted was excellent! Happy to highly recommend a stay at the Raccuetball House.

Wonderful ski trip
Rented this house with 18 other friends and absolutely loved it. The fire place was wonderful and well utilized. The room situation was great. 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. Also loved the raquestball court, was a lot of fun. House is in the perfect location- 5 minute drive to the mountain and 3-4 minute drive to the bars. Just a note that if you use the pickle barrel or wobbly barn free shuttle serivce, they cannot go down the private road and you have to walk about 5 minutes to meet them. overall a great time and great experience, would love to come back

Very comfortable house in good condition.
We very much enjoyed staying at the Racquet house. It is very convenient to the mountain and to the town.
All the rooms are nice. Hot tub kept in excellent condition. Racquetball court in great condition and a lot of fun and saved the day when the mountain closed because of rain one day. The owners were very responsive to any questions that we had and very helpful. The information packet does recommend 4 Wheel Dr. because of the steepness of the driveway and we did not have that but did OK because it did not snow when we were there. If it had snowed definitely an suv or chains would have been needed.

Amazing house!!!
This house was the perfect choice and we are so happy we booked it!! A large group fit comfortably with the copious amounts of beds and futons available. The mountain was about a 3 minute drive from the property. The hot tub was a fantastic amenity that was perfect after a long day of skiing. We had such a fun time and already suggested to house to other friends and family!! The tenants were super nice and we could not have been happier with our choice.

Went for a weekend with friends and family. Everyone loved the house. It’s so close to the mountain and the house is huge. Plenty of space for everyone, clean and filled with everything you could need to make it feel like home for a weekend. Will be returning for sure.

Fun house, great spot
We were there for a bachelor party/ golf weekend. Power went out the first night which really sucked but we made the most of it. Definitely recommend this place!
