Neu 1950 nach Hause Haltung mit dem Mid Century / Moderne Optik für Familien renoviert zu genießen und unterhalten in. Dieses 1800 Qm, 3 Schlafzimmer 1. 5 Badezimmer (privat Außendusche ist vorhanden), offene Grundriss mit viel Leben und Platz für alle. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende des Kanals mit Blick auf den Intracoastal Waterway, wo wir Seekühe, Jacks, Meeräschen etc. gesehen haben. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung, viele, dass man zu Fuß, der Jahreszeit 52, Carmines, Verärgerter Mond, verdrehten Stamm ein paar zu nennen. Einkaufen ist überall, schöne Strände sind weniger als eine Meile entfernt, zusammen mit Golfplätzen. Eigentümer wohnt in der Gegend. Nichtraucher im Haus. Kleiner Hund in Betracht gezogen.
Das Haus ist hell und freundlich, aber warm. Die Wände sind alle weiß lackiert mit den Möbeln das Hinzufügen von Farbe von gelb, blaugrün und orange.

The house is nice, but small from the front. Once inside there is a lot of room. It is nicely appointed, the neighborhood is very convenient, and everything works as advertised. It was a little cool so we did not use the pool - it was not heated. But it was a great pool and surrounding area. Everything was clean and well organized. Our only two negative comments, and they are not that negative, are that the powder room was cramped and the one indoor shower needs to be refreshed. Other than that the house has a mid-century modern vibe and was very comfortable. Our week flew by. We would be happy to stay again if we are in that area again.

This house is a real gem in a really great location. Stayed here a week visiting our daughter and family. The grandkids absolutely loved the pool and the rest of the house made for memorable family time. We really had fun swimming, cooking out on the two grills (nice to have), quick trips to the beach ( Juno Beach Park was awesome) and just good family time. The pool has many lounge chairs with umbrellas and the covered patio was perfect. Location is ideal...nearPort 42 marina if you're a boater, Seasons 52, River House for dining. Publix right near too. This property was perfect for our week away with our daughters. Location was close to everything and we loved watching the boats pass by. Bonny was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a few hours early which was appreciated after a long travel am. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard was the perfect place to relax or entertain. We had quite a bit of rain during our stay (Mother Nature knew FL needed rain) so we took full advantage of the puzzles and board games that were there. We hope to visit again next year! Thank you!

We had a most perfect stay at Bonnie and Larry’s home. Their place is well appointed, bright and spacious. It’s convenient to shops, restaurants and beach. Our family spent the majority of our stay enjoying the pool, outdoor shower and view of the canal. This property exceeded our expectations and we plan to return next year!

We spent 5 weeks at this lovely home and wonderful amenities. The house lifts your spirits from the moment you walk in and kept us smiling for our 5 week stay. Great location with easy access to about anything. We biked to the beach , walked to nearby parks and did a couple get always to the keys.
Morning coffee and evening drinks were wonderful by the pool watching the boats go by-
We will miss our winter time in the sun .

Don't let the pictures deceive you. This place has plenty of space. The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need—the outdoor living space with the pool and plenty of lounging space. The location is perfect and convenient to get around. Our favorite feature was the outdoor shower. We will be back again.

The property was beautiful! The owners introduced themselves and were extremely accommodating to anything we may need. This is very close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping areas. The pool was very nice and the inter coastal view very peaceful! This is the only place we will stay when we make the trip to Florida again!

From the first moment we entered we knew we found a gem. Bonny was fantastic! The house had everything! All the beach gear that you would need, bikes to ride, the incredible pool, beautiful sunsets and the amazing outdoor shower. We had spent three incredible weeks with our teenage daughter who can't wait to come back.

Just as pictured / Outstanding location
This home was exactly as pictured and clean. No dust under furniture or accumulated on fans, etc. There is so much to do within 10 minutes of the home. Definitely check out Peanut Island, Blowing Rocks, Coral Cove, DuBois Park and John MacArthur Beach State Park. Great spots!! There are two markets nearby which were great for picking up prepared food. The owner was a pleasure and very responsive. Would happily recommend this property!

Vacation Home
The house, patio, pool, and view were all perfect. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping is so nice. We had a wonderful time and would love to book again. Home owners are close by, responsive, and helpful if needed. Everything was top shelf!

Wonderful stay!
We were sad to leave. We have used numerous vacation homes through the years and this particular house is our favorite. From the welcoming feeling the house gave us the moment we stepped in, to the amazing well equipped home, we loved every minute of our stay. We actually spoke about returning soon. Hosts were so attentive to all details to making this a perfect stay. Kudos to them!!!

Great stay!
Year two renting this lovely property. Bonny’s response time for any questions is instant! Great to work with makes it easy. Pool had some issues this year and they tried to fix it while we were there and we missed out on some hot pool days. Otherwise another great stay great location and would highly recommend!!

Great house and location!
The house was exactly how it was presented online, but even better because of the little extras. Like bikes, which I took out most days. There were also even floats for the pool, which I floated in every day! They also included the basics like various soaps and paper products, which a lot of places don't include. The place was immaculate and Bonny was excellent with her communication. We would love to go back again next year!

This house was everything we needed, but ultimately the lack of privacy between the owner's backyard and the rental's backyard became an issue. The owner's house and yard look directly down into the rental's pool area. The day after we arrived, the owners hung a large TRUMP 2024 flag that hung between the two backyards. Having that so prominent in our line of vision when we were trying to relax and decompress in the pool area, definitely put a damper on our time there. As a renter on vacation, the last thing I want to think about is something as polarizing as politics. It was unfortunate, because we were very pleased with everything else.

The house was just as promised. It was fantastic and we enjoyed our vacation and stay with Bonny and Biggs! We highly recommend this property for all. We saw Manatees in the canal and the location of the home was perfect for the beach and sightseeing!

Awesome place!
This property exceeded expectations. Great location. Loved the pool, outdoor shower and location (very close to lots of great restaurants, beaches and the highway). Very quiet and spacious. The hosts are wonderful and were very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Will stay again if we have the opportunity.

Nice stay in north palm beach
We enjoyed a lovely three weeks at this nice, centrally located home. Our grandson enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed being close to the beach and recreational facilities. The owners were also very accessible. We will return!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was even more spacious than the listing. Incredibly clean and had everything that we needed. The pool was the highlight! We spent most of our days lounging in and around the pool! Bonny was amazing. So responsive and helpful with some great restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend this house. Amazing home and property!
Stayed here for a week for a girls trip! We never wanted to leave the house as it had everything we needed - beautiful view, awesome backyard/pool and a spacious home! The home is way more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The outdoor shower was a luxury. Bonny lives close by and was quick to respond if we needed anything at all. She was great! We hope to be back soon!

The best place ever
I have been using VRBO and home away for my project manager ls on a job that I have in Palm Beach Gardens. This was by far the best place that I’ve rented over the last five years. Everything about it was excellent and it was better than promised online.

Beautiful House in a Great Location
This property exceeded our expectations. The home was immaculate and perfect for our family. Pictures do not do it justice – the home is beautifully decorated, but not fussy, so it was very functional, comfortable, and felt like home. The outdoor space was nothing less than amazing with a beautiful pool and wonderful water and sunset views. We spent most of our days outdoors enjoying the pool with our family and puppies. There were plenty of pool toys and floats for everyone. The property is also close to everything, restaurants, shops, etc. Although, we stayed in for our meals as the kitchen was fully equipped. The host/owners were very responsive and even had a kennel and dog bowls available for our puppies when we arrived. You will not be disappointed with this property.

Perfect vacation house
Wonderfully spacious, bright and clean home with all the amenities you will need. Swimming pool was amazing and outdoor shower a plus. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Best part was that we could entertain guests and bring our puppy. Owners always responded immediately. One of the best homes we have rented! Thank you Bonnie and Larry.

Great place near Juno Beaches with pool and water view
We had a fantastic time staying here for a month. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and fantastic pool and outdoor shower. We really enjoyed dinners by the pool watching the gorgeous sunsets. Owners were readily available if anything came up and quickly addressed any minor questions we had. We highly recommend this place and the location is close to beaches and shopping.

Florida Stay
Chose this location to be close to my sister who lives in Florida. Honestly, the pictures don’t capture how great this house is. Beat all expectations. Overall, great experience. Super relaxing and spacious. Loved our days spent out by the pool and looking out on the water. Our host was awesome, very accessible. Convenient location to stores and shops as well. :) thanks Bonny!
