A perfect location. Large home.

To say that our weekend here was a blast would be an understatement! My husband was pleasantly surprised by family and friends to celebrate his 30th birthday and it was unforgettable! The house was clean, spacious and beautiful! The views were everything I hoped they’d be and the access to the beach was extremely convenient. Everyone woke up early to watch the sunrise from the deck (so worth it) and no one wanted to leave when the weekend was over! I’ve had many requests to make a stay at this house a yearly tradition. Luckily, Julie was such an outstanding and communicative host that I would gladly plan another trip!

Julie was very helpful from beginning to end of our vacation and the house was great!

Perfect location right on the beach. House is extremely well equipped with beach gear—chairs, kids toys, a good carrier to get it all to and from the beautiful beach. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need in a big space.

This property had the perfect location, right on Ocean City’s beautiful south end beach! The owner was great to work with! The property was perfect for our family getaway!

A lot of space for 4 families to reside and have space for themselves which is a huge plus in OCNJ!We rented at tail end of summer so we did experience some wear and tear in a few places such as the washoff hose on ground floor leaking badly; no propane for the grill, (spare tank was empty), and the Ice Maker in the main freezer struggling to produce.Additional plus for the additional fridge and freezer in the garage as well as all the great beach gear such as toys for the kids and chairs for the adults!Would definitely rent again!

This was our 2nd time at this house. It was a last minute getaway in November and it was just as great as the first time! I’m sure we will be back again!

We came down to stay at Julie’s house As the weather is turning a bit colder and we had a rain day, but the weather didn’t matter- we absolutely loved our stay. Julie’s house was clean and beautiful and we loved being able to hear the ocean waves from the living room. We had plenty of room for 5 kids and 6 adults. Our questions were quickly answered and Julie and her property manager were incredibly helpful and made our stay most enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

We had the best time. Great location to the beach, especially since we had young kids with us and they didn’t have to walk far. The house was great- enough room for us all to be together and enough bathrooms and bedrooms for us. They also had chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys to use. We hope to return again next summer!

We were two families totaling 4 adults and 5 boys ages 10 - 15. We loved the house and location. The owner and property manager were readily available to assist us and were very helpful and responsive. There were plenty of comfortable beds for all of us, the kitchen was well equipped and the views were of the beach, fantastic. Highly recommend.

This property was just perfect! The view, the proximity to the beach, the layout of the house, and the tasteful decorating all exceeded our expectations!!

Everything was spotless. The view of the beach and ocean was wonderful. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. The kitchen was well equipped. There were extra beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart for the beach. We totally enjoyed our stay. One if our best vacations. Owner was great and responded immediately. Thank You Julie!

We had a wonderful stay. The beach front view and location couldn’t have been more beautiful and convenient. House has all we needed and was quite comfortable. We were two families and had plenty of space to stretch out. Upper deck views in the afternoon can’t be best. Also located on a section of the beach that was never crowded. Just perfect!

Views were perfect & house is beautiful. Kitchen is stocked. But the internet did not work well. The balcony was too hot during the day to sit out, they need an umbrella or something so you can enjoy the balcony.

This was our first time in Ocean City and the beach was very clean and family oriented. No loud music or obnoxious people. The house is right on the beach, a short 2 min walk out the back to access. The view is unbeatable and we spent a lot of time gazing at the ocean and having our meals outside. The house is very clean, although the carpeted areas could use a good steam cleaning. As another reviewer wrote, besides the master, the bedrooms are very tiny compared to what you would expect from the pictures. Other than the master, the bathrooms are also very small as well and could use an update. The kitchen and main living room is very spacious and perfect for large groups. I would bring extra hangers if you plan to hang your clothes. There were plenty of cleaning supplies and disinfectant wipes. My only complaint is the Wifi. I was told it was a gigabit speed - there is hardly any reception in the master bedroom and it was very glitchy in the living room and particularly noticable when watching streaming video on the TV. You should note this is a townhouse so the walls are thin (neighbors can be heard especially on 2nd floor) and the outdoor space is not partitioned so you can see/hear your neighbors. Not a big deal if you don't mind these things.

Beautiful home on the beach. Close to downtown OC and Strathmere restaurants. Garage parking for one car and 2 in driveway. We had a wonderful stay.

We have two young children who love the beach. Every year we would rent homes in the Bahamas. This year we decided to see what the NJ shore has to offer. It would be our first time at the shores. This home was perfect for our 6 member family. It was right on the beach and it was a 10 minute drive to the Boardwalk. We parked at the 11th street parking lot which was perfect for the rides for the kids. The community felt safe, clean and quaint which was what I wanted. Besides the downstairs master, all the rooms were a bit smaller then we had thought. We used one of the rooms to store our luggages. The home is very charming with two floors. The kitchen area was our favorite spot and the balcony provided a wonderful view to the beach. We sat there enjoying the breeze and our lunch. There is also a little area to picnic on the ground/ beach level which we didn’t use. Julie provides all the essentials for cooking and cleaning which was a plus. The floors were sticky when we checked in but it looked like it was cleaned. Maybe it was the cleaning product. It was strange that all the cabinets had things in it like cleaning supplies and blankets and pillows. I just combined some of the things so we had a place to hang our clothes and store our belongings ( in the master). It wasn’t a big deal and I put things back when we checked out. Overall it was a wonderful vacation. Perfect and charming location. Julie was wonderful with check in directions and answering questions. I would recommend this home.

This rental was clean and well maintained And plenty spacious enough for ten of us to spend a long weekend in Ocean City for a family wedding . The view , the beach , the property made for a wonderful weekend . Thank you

Spacious beach house with amazing ocean views and plenty of room for all. Very short walk to beach and quiet location. House had everything needed including beach chairs, beach tags, pots, pans, plenty of hot water and two washers and dryers. Enjoyed having coffee and eating meals on the outdoor decks. We had a wonderful week and look forward to staying again in the future!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach house! Great for large families or multiple families. Huge Kitchen/Dining/Family Room on the top floor with space for everyone. Bedrooms are perfectly separated for privacy. Two large decks with wonderful unobstructed views of the ocean! Julie is awesome to deal with and very responsive if you have any questions.

This is a beautifully decorated and furnished beach house. The kitchen has high end appliances and all furniture is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed lounging on the 2 decks watching the beach and ocean. The main living area also has a spectacular view of the ocean. Very relaxing beach house that has everything needed for a great vacation. Hope to stay longer next year.

Very clean, tastefully furnished, great kitchen, and lots of off-street parking - with the most amazing view and right on the beach! Totally exceeded our expectations - a fabulous spot to celebrate my husband's birthday! There are two side-by side units that connect - we had both units and it was perfect. Plenty of room to congregate and enjoy meals as a large group and for all to have their own bedroom! Highly recommend!
