Derek keeps a clean, cozy, well-stocked home that is welcoming and enjoyable to stay in as long as you need. The garage is large enough to fit a full-size Ford Expedition SUV and the driveway is long enough to fit a crew cab, long bed RAM 2500. The neighborhood is peaceful; tucked away in the trees with a community swimming pool, walking trails and a creek for enjoying time with kids. A must stay for anyone visiting the Keystone, Dillon, Silvethorne, Breckenridge area. Thanks, Derek!

We enjoyed our time at this lovely condo. The view is spectacular, and the three full baths make it easy for a larger group to feel comfortable and not cramped. You won't regret your stay!

We spent 5 nights in this lovely condo. For our family of five (3 kids) and an additional adult couple (total 7 people) the condo was the PERFECT size. Everyone had their own space and the shared areas (living, dining, kitchen) more than met our needs. The heated garage and first floor foyer space were amazing added amenities. The garage fit a vehicle (Jeep gladiator) and had plenty of space to store anything else. The foyer area housed all our shoes and cold weather gear for the stay. The condo is close to the tip top shuttle stop. The shuttle runs we're always on time. The resort did an excellent job of keeping snow cleared.
Some additional notes: The kitchen table is huge and could seat 8 comfortably but there are only six chairs. Unfortunately all the (3) Humidifiers were broken. The water does get hot but it takes a while to warm up. We didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of the garage gear but there are sleds, bikes, and other gear in the garage, presumably available for renter use.
Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful stay. We would highly recommend this unit and would happily stay here again.

Beautiful, clean, well-appointed 3 bedroom condo in a gorgeous upscale neighborhood in the mountains with hiking trails right out of the door. Home is as pictured with every kitchen item needed for enjoying home cooked meals. Spacious and comfortably furnished, we were very pleased.

The house was nice and clean and great furniture in the common spaces. Property is managed by a company and as a result you get the bare minimum- 2 trash bags, one dishwasher tab, no laundry detergent, cheap sheets and towels.

This property is excellent. We had 2 families and everyone had enough room to spread out and had a great time. As mentioned by others the pool and ski resort shuttle stop are super close which made the weekend with young kids much easier! The condo itself is very cozy and has all the typical things you need/want. The beds were comfortable. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

This home was wonderful and the perfect size for two families with small children. We were only a 5 minute drive to the main gondola parking lot for Keystone Mountain. Everything was easy from check-in to amenities, and the property was better than pictures. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had an amazing trip, this property is well furnished and has all of the things you need for cooking and to relax! The location is perfect for fun on the mountain just a few steps from Minnie’s Cabin and the bus stop. Heated floors make the difference during winter ❄️

Photos are completely accurate. House was stunning with every comfort imaginable. Lots of hiking options right from the front door. Peaceful community and close to shopping/groceries. Stayed six weeks and had no issues. The pool and hot tub were just steps away and I was normally the only one there. Excellent choice for a relaxing stay.

Famliy Vacation
We have stayed in this Property before and in the neighborhood several times. This is our favorite place to stay in Colorado. It is quite, clean, safe and location is perfect.

Perfect for families
This townhome was perfect for our family (8 of us) . Plenty of room for everyone to have a bed to sleep in and keep living areas free for those who were early risers or night owls. Being steps away from Minnie’s cabin for swimming and hang out space was awesome.

Great Spot Near Keystone Resort
Plenty of space for our family and nice amenities with the pool, hot tub and club house. Views are spectacular and it’s a really quick trip to the gondola, shops, and restaurants. The resort bus actually picks up right outside the condo if you prefer not to drive to the resort.

Family and Friends Ski Trip
This property was perfect for two families of 4. We had four kids that stayed in the bunk room. The king master upstairs was very spacious and nice. Great location to Keystone. We really enjoyed it.

Excellent Ski Trip with Friends
Great time. Short ski trip with another couple and 3 kids. Unit was just as described, plus lots of extras, like hair straightener, sled, Keureg coffee maker (they have both), and board games. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies. Pool/hottub were open, but the hot tub was extremely foamy...maybe someone poured bubble bath into it?! For those traveling with little ones, there is a pack n play, plus several humidifiers. Close to Keystone Ski Mountain. We chose to park in the Gondola Lot both days we skied instead of waiting for the shuttle due to time restraints and needing to drop the kids off at ski school too early. Food on the mountain is limited at times, maybe because of COVID restrictions. Consider packing a lunch in backpack. TV placement in condo is begging for a child to knock it off. It would be nice if there were a few extra table chairs, as we had 7 and it only seated 6. Great time overall. Would recommend.

Pleasant Stay with Plenty of Space
Plenty of bedroom space with excellent master bedroom on top floor. Could use a bit of updating, but overall a comfortable condo. Just down the road from River Run makes this very convenient for a location. A half a block from the communal pool/hot tub. Pool was very cold and only one decent hot tub for the entire area. Always way too many people waiting for the hot tub.

Nice location
Location of this townhome is great, but the place is tired. The couch had a tear on the seat cushion that they cover with an actual band aid. Replace the couch! It wasn’t the cleanest, and there was no mattress covers on the bunk beds and no pillow covers on the pillows. They asked us to strip the bedding before leaving, I wish I didn’t because I saw all the gross stains on the pillows we’d just slept on. There’s wall chips and scrapes everywhere. It’s just worn out from being a rental home. It’s needs a touch up.
Communication is great from the management company. The Kicthen has what you need for a short stay.

The only complaints are minor. They set the heat to 60 between guests, but when we turned it up to 70 it took well over 12 hours to heat; which made the first night very cool. I would recommend they consider turning the heat up at least some before guests arrive. I also wish there had been some sort of oven baking/casserole pan in the kitchen. Otherwise we were happy and would definitely consider coming back.

Awesome home
This is a well kept condo in a beautifully kept quiet neighborhood. Kitchen just like home equipped, beds nice, wifi and set up for TV great. Our kids liked the bikes, pool and billard facility. Nice for family time with teens and near River Run and Keystone proper. Would stay here again.

It will sleep more than that and there’s plenty of space for meals, but if you have more than 5 and want to chill, watch tv, or hang by the fire, you will feel cramped in the living room.

Weekend ski stay
Townhome is a nice setup and overall good. Location to the slopes is an easy drive. We never used the shuttle service but noticed it was close. The hot tub facility was closed which we were bummed about. It was open when we booked this place but likely something Covid related closed it. Master and bunk rooms were good. But the queen bedroom mattress is so bad you roll to the middle. It’s time to replace it! And upon leaving and removing bedding sheets on that queen bed revealed several blood stains! So glad we didn’t notice this until we were leaving. Overall good stay, just a couple maintenance items at this place and it could be a 5 star stay.
