Bright and clean rooms, great location! We were able to walk everywhere in the city. Although we didn't use it, the pool looked very nice and much bigger than the average hotel pool.

Modern and clean

Housekeeping woke us up at 9am beating on the door. Came back twice after and asked me when I was checking out

During check in the front desk women sat on her phone for a few minutes then acknowledged I was standing there. I gave her my ID and CC. She says your card declined. I need a different card. Causing a seen. My card did decline as I got a email that the wrong expiration date was entered. No way my card would decline. She finally let me use me card again and it went through. I asked a question about parking and she laughed at my question. Didn’t inform me of the deposit and what was being charged on my card. So rude and condescending. I was in town for a funeral and this experience made it that much worst. Then get to room and dirty cleaning towels on the floor garbage in the trash cans and the smell of cleaning chemicals ( cheap) never left the room and gave both of us a headache. I come to Denver often and will never stay at this hotel again for baseball games or any other occasions.

Staff

Conveniently located by the train station, restaurants and the ballpark. The staff is friendly and responded to our questions and requests promptly.

The neighborhood is a bit shady, but this is not the hotel's fault. Just a lot of homelssness in Denver, unfortunately.

Perfect Hotel for a short city break. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Comfy bed. Close to Union Station - Breakfast Options nearby or in the hotel.

Rooms were clean.

Front desk staff were a bit rude to everyone in our party. We asked to have rooms near each other or at least on the same floor, but we all ended up on different floors. The pool area was not clean - the walls of the pool were very dirty.

Comfortable room, close to downtown and quiet. Friendly, attentive staff.

The cost of parking.

The rooms , service , cleanliness and staff were great.

We had 3 adults and 4 children between 3 rooms. We were given a voucher for the “free continental breakfast “ which was supposed to cover all guest. We get to the restraint attached and they said it’s only for one per room. When we checked out I explained this to the front desk and she said it’s supposed to cover everyone. We had to pay an extra $90 that we thought was included. No one offered anything since were explained that it wasn’t or was included. When we searched for hotels this one one of the items we searched for was an included breakfast.

The staff was wonderful. All were very friendly and helpful. Central location and an easy place for Uber to pick us up and drop us off.

Outdated rooms. A little on the dirty side. I wish you had a hot tub. I was surprised a Garden Inn didn't offer free breakfast. High price for fewer services. Steep valet prices.

The room was nice. It felt safe. Was nice to have a pool.

Valet was the parking option, though the staff was nice and car was sheltered.

Breakfast was good. The staff was excellent and very attentive.

Close to Union Station and restaurants. Nice hotel.

Massively overpriced breakfast buffet (USD 18 per person for a very, very basic breakfast buffet). Suggest to go outside.
