Our stay at Arbor Hill was wonderful! The hosts were very responsive to questions and so nice! The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed and very clean. I loved the master bed—very comfortable! The outdoor amenities were wonderful as well…I highly recommend Arbor Hill!

Had a wonderful stay. Incredible views and roads to cabin are not too steep or unmanageable. The handicapped ramp and accesibility features on the entry level floor were great for my older inlaws who use walkers and they really appreciated the wider doorways, entry ramp, accesible shower, and small ramps for porch doors. Would love to stay again.

We have visited Blue Ridge numerous times and stayed in several different VRBO properties. This was by far the easiest and most comfortable. The proximity to downtown, Blue Ridge, restaurants, etc. is great yet you still feel like you are away with Mountain View.

The outdoor space on each level was amazing. We cooked outside on the new grill and bar two nights in a row instead of going out because we loved the space so much. The cabin was perfect and in the best location. We absolutely loved everything about it! We are already trying to figure out when we can go back!

My husband and I travel frequently and we can honestly say this is in the top 3 best places we have ever stayed. The pictures on VRBO don’t do it justice - it’s about 50 times better! Other than the architecture and well appointed decor, you will have a fully stocked kitchen, amazing outdoor kitchen with bar seating and TVs, tabletop fire pit, perfect hot tub that smells new and fresh, an outdoor fireplace with yet another tv and large semicircular sofa, high end bedding, designer bathrooms with strong shower water pressure, large sectional sofa in front of yet another fireplace and tv, full size washer and dryer… the list goes on. The cabin is located inside an upscale gated (must have code to enter) neighborhood and parking is easy,, about 10 feet from the front door which makes loading and unloading easy. I cannot say enough about this place. If you are debating between this one and others, I promise this should be your choice, you will fall in love with it! The owner is easy to work with and quick to respond. Also, the cabin is centrally located only about a 15 minute drive to the local towns like Blue Ridge, Jasper and Ellijay. *One thing to note is Blue Ridge is a dry county so plan accordingly.

For my daughter’s 15th birthday, we rented this lovely cabin. She and her friend had a blast downstairs in their “apartment,” as we called it. :-) Must love having these short and sweet breaks from school in order to visit properties like Lynn’s. Thanks for the communication when we had a question or two, Lynn. What a great long weekend! Thank you!!

We had the best time staying at this beautiful cabin!! We stayed with my husbands sister and husband and had four kids between our two families ages 4-7. The kids enjoyed it as much as us! There was lots of space for us to spread out and we used the kitchen one of the nights. Perfect location, would absolutely stay here again if we were to come back to the N. Georgia area.

This is our second visit to Arbor Hill! Such a beautiful location and the new additions of the outdoor living space it’s amazing! So cozy and feels like home. We never want to go home. Lynne is so nice and kind, hoping to meet her one day as I know we will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay in the cabin. The kids enjoyed having their own space downstairs, playing video games and air hockey while the adults relaxed on the main level. The outside space is beautiful and the home feels like you’re tucked away in a mountain escape while only being a short car ride into downtown Blue Ridge. The host was very responsive when we had any questions. Would definitely stay again!

This property was beautiful!! It’s just outside of downtown blue ridge so close to lots of things to do and places to eat. The cabin is super cozy and spacious. We cooked a lot the kitchen has lots of pots, pans, and tools as well as the new outdoor grill :)

We enjoyed the outdoor areas that have been recently upgraded and were even better than as pictured! Very convenient location (5-10 mins to main area with restaurants), easy parking at the cabin. All three bedrooms were on different floors with their own bathrooms. Great for privacy but with younger children I wish there have been safety latches on the outdoor doors. Host was super friendly and helpful and kitchen was well stocked with a nice coffeemaker and everything we needed. Bedding could be cozier and warmer, but bed was comfortable. Also wish stripping the beds and starting laundry wasn’t required at checkout as that was a lot of work while also trying to pack up children and get on the road in the morning. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay again. Make reservations for meals in the area if you plan to eat out- it was very busy (fall holiday weekend).

This was a visit with my son and uncle. The cabin was fantastic. Very close to town. Right off a main road with no dangerous winding mountain roads. We love this area. Very satisfied.

The property was close to Blue Ridge and it was quiet and private. There are two stairwells, so bring baby gates if you have a toddler.

If you are trying to choose a cabin for a visit to Blue Ridge or the surrounding area, this is it. This was a girls' trip for us but would be just as wonderful a vacation rental for couples. With a bedroom on each of the three floors and a nice gathering space on the main floor, there is plenty of space indoors, plus there are balconies and a porch with a hot tub. The game room downstairs offered an air hockey table, games, and a minifridge. It was a little too warm on our visit to use the firepit, but we were happy to see bundles of firewood for sale just down the street. The cabin is cozy and just right for spending time together before heading out to shop in downtown Blue Ridge, which is about five minutes away, or finding adventure on nearby hiking trails. Our hostess, Lynn, was quick to answer after I contacted her about leaving my kindle there. She had it in the mail to me the next day and refused my offer of payment for shipping costs. May I close by saying that I 100% recommend this cabin. I'm already looking forward to next time.

Took my parents to the mountains and so happy to find this cabin! It was perfectly clean, beds were very comfortable and location superb! Rocking chairs on balcony outside master at tree top level were awesome! We were close to downtown Blue Ridge and Mercier’s. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all we needed. When we come back we will definitely stay in this cabin that is located in a gorgeous gated community!

We have been coming to Blue Ridge in the fall for around 10 years now, and this cabin was by far the best combination of an amazing place, great location, spectacular views, and something for everyone on the trip!
We LOVED the views from every balcony, the kids loved all the toys/games available in the cabin, the fire pit was a hit every night, and we loved how close to downtown the property was!
We will ABSOLUTELY be renting here in the future as long as it's available! Loved it and thank you so much for a great week!

The cabin was great overall. If your over 30 do not try to sleep on the futons, it will not work out good for you, just let the kids use them.

This was the perfect cabin for our girls trip! Clean, cute, comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better! Minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, Aska Trails, winery and more. The owner was quick to respond and gave me wonderful tips and suggestions of things to see and do while we were there. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic vacation home
Property was clean and taken care of. Everything is up to date a n d appeared fairly new. Tvs were easy to operate, downstairs gameroom a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway
We had a wonderful time at the cabin! From the beautiful neighborhood, to the great layout and of course the magnificent view. It was even better than the photos in the listing. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this is one of the only ones we will definitely be coming back to. The town of Blue Ridge was lovely and we spent every day hiking to a new waterfall. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay a few more days. Thank you for sharing your home

This property is insanely clean, very comfortable and updated. We love the gas logs and the hot tub— and that you can see the view from the couch. The location is really easy to get to. There was a little bit of construction going on nearby but it didn’t really bother us, and they didn’t work on weekend days - and packed up at an acceptable time. This was our second stay here and we had an excellent experience.
