Genießen Sie die PEARL von Navarra mit seinen schönen weißen Sandstrand und atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko, die die schöne türkis und smaragdgrünen Wasser hat. Die Pearl bietet zwei Swimmingpools, einer davon beheizt sowie einen herrlichen Wellness Sie lieben zum Entspannen. Unsere Lage ist, was die Perle so attraktiv macht. Wir sind auf Pensacola Beach über die National Seashore verbunden. Sie werden die Ruhe der Küste genießen Sie während der Fahrt die Strandstraße, wo Sie den wunderschönen Strand Leben, Delphin, Pelikane, Schildkröten, Seevögel und reichlich Leben im Meer sind zu sehen. Sobald Sie in Pensacola Beach ankommen finden Sie weitere Restaurants und Aktivitäten. Es gibt viele Aktivitäten, wenn Sie nie verlassen Navarre Beach Island. Wir haben die längste Angelpier in Florida. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants, von innerhalb einer sehr kurzen Entfernung wählen. Die Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind sehr bequem mit Publix, Winn Dixie und einem Walmart Super Store.

Unser dritten Stock Eigentumswohnung, ist immer in den Prozess der Wieder Einrichten und Dekorieren. Mit 1378 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche plus 156 SF der überdachten Veranda aus dem Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, es ist perfekt für Familien und Freunde, um einen schönen Strandurlaub zu verbringen. Es ist ein Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und 2 Doppelbetten im Gästezimmer, die auch eine Master Suite durch Verschließen der große Raum mit einer Tasche Tür so dass Sie mit einem eigenen Bad sein kann. Auf Anfrage ist ein aufblasbares Bett verfügbar. Ab dem 15.04.2014 gibt es neue Möbel
Es gibt 9 Fuß Decken, raumhohe Fenster und Schiebetüren auf der Golfseite. Das Master-Bad ist riesig und hat eine separate begehbare Dusche. Der Whirlpool ist groß genug für zwei! Natürlich gibt es eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, und wir sind eine kinderfreundliche condominimum!
Es gibt einen Fernseher und DVD-Player in jedem Zimmer.

The pictures do not do this beautiful condo justice! The cleanliness is top-notch, appliances are updated and the building itself is wonderful. We enjoyed the pools and the hot tub. There was plenty of room for us all to sleep (4 adults, 3 kids). We can't wait to visit again.

The Pearl was perfect! The owner was very kind and the condo was clean and stocked with all the essentials needed, the pictures online do not do the condo justice, it is bigger than shown in pictures, the master bathroom was huge! We had a great week of weather too, everyone we interacted with was very friendly! We will definitely be back in the future! 10 out of 10 stars for this property.

This unit was not very clean! Four adults were provided with one thread bare wash cloth and two bath towels each. Each bathroom had a small soap bar and a roll of toilet paper (not a full roll). One dishwasher tablet, two kitchen dry towels and and an old used scrubby stuck inside the cabinet. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary dinner ware and pots and pans. The LR furniture appears to be from the 80’s and is dirty and in poor condition. The master closet houses a large folded mattress on the floor (?). We have rented condos at The Pearl for many years but this condo is well below the standards we expected and have experienced in the past.

We enjoyed our stay at ‘The Pearl’ in this unit. Everything was perfect. No surprises….everything was exactly as stated. We spend a week at Navarre Beach every year with family, but this was our first time to stay here. We will definitely be back!

The Pearl of Navarre was nice, buttt...
Unfortunately, we had an issue inside our condo with roaches. The host informed us the condo had been professionally sprayed the week before, but during our stay we killed 15+. I kept trying to stay optimistic and blame it on the bag we had down at the pool. Thinking we carried them back up with us. Obviously not the case though.
Our last day there we packed everything up, so we could go out and enjoy our last evening, then come back to get some rest before our 12 hour drive home the next day. When we returned to the condo and flipped on the lights, roaches scattered! It was extremely disappointing and overwhelming. We were up until after midnight unpacking everything that had already been packed so we could shake it out and make sure we didn't take any home with us. Not to mention I could barely sleep thinking something could be crawling on me in the bed.
I sent the host several pics that evening. The next day when she replied, she was very apologetic and did refund the cleaning fee ($135) but in my opinion there could have been more done. I was honestly shocked and slightly offended when that was all she offered. We spent way too much money to stay there to have to deal with that type of inconvenience!
Not only will I not stay in this specific condo again, but I will probably never stay in this beautiful building in this beautiful location that my family and I had fell in love with.
Hopefully they are able to get the issue under control before the next guests arrived. Such an unfortunate situation.

I liked the gym and the combination of 1 heated pool and one not. I was able to workout and swim laps in the morning before the pools filled. The place we stayed was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed.

This was by far the best vacation ever. There isn't anything I would change. The location of this condo is perfect for an awesome view. The beds were ALL comfortable. Sue was by far the best host I have dealt with. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

The condo was dirty. We first walked in and were killing bugs on the floor. Waited three days for them to fix the television. Had our grandkids there to watch tv. Will never do this again.

Upon opening the door, the pleasant feeling of arriving home surrounded us. Every necessity was provided. Views from the balcony provided beautiful photos. Daily beach service helped complete a wonderful vacation. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful first stay at Navarre Beach! The beaches are very clean and the water is BEAUTIFUL! I don’t think we’ll ever go back to PCB!

We absolutely loved our stay at pearl, very clean and it had everything we needed. The room was perfect for our family of 7. Our kids loved the pools and how the room was literally on the beach. Sue was so nice to talk too and always anwsered our questions in a quick matter. We will be staying again for sure. Already looking at our next getaway.

The condo is easy to get to and close to shopping. The view is amazing! Short walk to the beach from the condo. Watched dolphins playing each morning while sitting on the patio.

Very clean, well maintained, nicely appointed kitchen. Very comfortable bed and bathroom. Well equipped kitchen with a monster ice maker. Sue was a wonderful host and we had a wonderful trip!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Pearl! Our condo was perfect. Updated and well-kept amenities, comfy beds (really comfy!), and convenient 3rd-floor placement so the stairs are a nice option--especially since there are only two elevators on the property. The staff worked very diligently to keep the public areas clean and safe and the beach service was fantastic. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed soaking up the sun, long beach walks, and playing in the water. Thanks, Sue, for your kind and hospitable service!

This condo was amazing. Right on the beach. We had no issues with the condo. If/when we come back to Navarre we will definitely look to see if this unit is available. The Pearl is conveniently located close to the bridge and close to all the restaurants and stores. A little tip: make sure you bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish soap. All the utensils, pots, pans, and dishes that you will need. Hope you enjoy this as much as our family did.
