Klassische niedrigen Landhaus auf dem Fairway des preisgekrönten Ocean Creek Golf Course, mit einem Sumpf Blick auf der anderen Seite. Die Cabana Club, Beach Club, Davis Love Spielplatz, crabbing Dock, Tennis Center und Marina sind mit dem Fahrrad oder Warenkorb befindet sich fünf Minuten entfernt.
Die Außenseite verbindet die Niederung Look mit neuesten architektonischen Besonderheiten für dieses großzügige, 2300 Quadratmeter Fuß nach Hause. Das Interieur wurde von einem Atlanta-Design-Firma gestaltet und eingerichtet.
Diese luxuriös ausgestatteten drei Schlafzimmer und einem separaten Schlafboden, vier Bäder Hause einen offenen Grundriss mit vierzig Fuß Schrägdach im Eingangsbereich, Kamin in den großen Raum, und Hartholzböden in den Wohnbereich. Die Küche wurde mit dem Koch in Geist und ist mit High-End-Geräte und eine Vielzahl von Kochgeschirr und Service-Einstellungen voll ausgestattete konzipiert.

This property was fantastic for our annual family beach week. The rooms are spacious and the sleeping and bathroom/shower accommodations are plenty. It's centrally located on the island and sits right on the first green which was fantastic. It was well stocked with everything we needed to dine-in and lots of extras that you hate to buy on vacation (salt, pepper, seasoning, etc). The host was very accommodating and communicative. We will definitely visit again.

Kitchen appliances were in a sad state. Examples-oven unusable, crock pot with no knob, items rusted etc. Lots of dust, many lights burned out. Ac went out and owner didn’t respond until the next morning. Huge bees all around shrubs. Loved the size and location of house but not sure we would stay there again.

The house was great. The kitchen was big and lots of cooking utensils. Perfect for our family. I loved The upstairs bedroom and the other bedrooms fit my family. I would definitely recommend this house. The owner replied quickly when I texted him

We had a wonderful week at “The Great Sandtini!” We have a larger family of 8 from infant to teens and this rental supplied us with all of our needs. The high chair and pack and play provided were nice, board games, beach chairs, and much more. So beautifully decorated! Beds were super comfortable and lots of new linens were provided. Kitchen is well equipped even had my favorite type of cast iron pan! Great location to everything. The owner was responsive and helpful with any information we needed. The amenity cards were a plus as well! Thanks so much for a great week of memories!

The cleaning crew was still working when we arrived at 4:00. They finished around 4:15. Having “just cleaned” one would have thought things would have been very clean. They were not, especially the floors.

Not good
Not good. Can you me into the unit with the smell of fish. Called the owner the next day and he sent out to someone to clean up. The person who came out to clean up was only cleaned up the freezer. With the rest of the week we smelled for fish a high fire detector started going off and had no batteries to replace it with and had to drive to Walmart to get a battery. Saw two large cockroaches during our stay. Bees and the shrubbery were not trimmed . There was so much dust on some of the decorations that it was disgusting and very allergic if you had allergies. Overall this was not a good stay. We also had to go get towels washcloths and hand towels at Walmart on another trip because only one worst wife was there and two hand towels were there. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Beautiful, well equipped house
We have visited Fripp Island at least once a year for 16 years and this house is one of the nicest we have ever rented. I am picky about cleanliness and this house met my standards. Having the golf cart and kayak included was a huge bonus. The bedroom and bathroom space was configured perfectly for our group. The owner was very accessible to answer questions. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Absolutely charming!
This home is absolutely charming, with a great location to beach. It has everything you need to make it feel like home! The Great Sandtini has plenty of room for the entire family and the porch has incredible breezes and a beautiful view of the golf course. The owners have taken extraordinary care of their home, with beautiful coastal decor. Thank you for allowing us to make wonderful memories at The Great Sandtini. We will definitely be back!

This home is very spacious, and in a great location.
My family and I had a great time here, it felt very homey. It was more than enough space for everyone. The location was perfect, and near the golf course. The kids enjoyed the board games and bicycles that were provided. The house was stocked to the max with any and everything we needed. This is definitely the place we would like to stay again.

A bit disappointed -
Although we had a very nice time at Fripp Island and basically an enjoyable stay in this home, we cannot give this home a 5 star rating. We have been very disappointed in the response of the owners to a specific issue. Several communications have taken place since our return
home (July 1) concerning hours of work we had to complete before we were able to use the kitchen or the porch area. Food particles in drawers, dirty dishes, counter tops, etc. Cobwebs, sand and dirty table on porch ( just not cleaned) - Both were extremely dirty and unusable; not as pristine as described. We respectfully requested a small compensation from owner, but have been ignored.

Wonderful place to stay on Fripp Island
This was my family's 6th visit to Fripp Island and The Great Sandtini was by far our most enjoyable place to stay. It was clean, in good shape, had a golf cart right at the house, with a delightful view and overall great location. This home would surely be our top choice when we next return to Fripp Island. Wonderful late Summer vacation
This house was beautiful and so well equipped for my family. The owners were super helpful with anything we needed and very well prepared for our arrival. I have had several family vacations on the island over the years and this one was by far the best, mostly because of the rental property and the owners. It was a my first visit with a baby and my beloved Yorkie. The location was so pretty we decided to have the family photo taken just outside the porch on the golf course. It turned out gorgeous. Thank you. I am already looking forward to our next trip and The Great Sandtini will be my first choice.

Relaxing at Fripp Island
The Great Sandtini was the perfect location for our first Fripp Island vacation. Everyone in our party of extended family enjoyed the beautiful beach, multiple pools and clubhouse amenities, exploring the island by golf cart and all of the abundant wildlife and scenery. The house is lovely, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We all felt that we were staying in a well loved family home. Our grandchildren especially loved the loft area and the large dining table was put to good use playing games in addition to lots of family meals. Bob was great to work with and we hope to visit again soon!

Fantastic home
My wife and 4 kids stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The crib and pack and n play kept us all in one of the queen rooms on the main level. The homeowner was very easy to work with and would definitely stay here again. Fripp Island is the best beach for families and if you enjoy exploring the island the golf cart provided made it easy to explore the 3 mile island. Be sure to bring groceries since the home offers a fully stocked kitchen

Bring your family together
We walked into a clean, charming cottage with lots of room for my two sons and their families. The kitchen had every pot and tool you could possibly need. The bedrooms and baths were spacious and every room was tastefully decorated. We loved the outdoor shower with hot water and sitting on the porch watching the deer and golfers while the grandchildren and parents zipped to the pools and beach on the golf cart. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Wonderful week at a great home
Our family of three generations had a wonderful week on Fripp. We have found our perfect getaway. By the end of the end of the week we were booking it for next year's trip. We will definitely be back. The fantastic and comfortable house is located on a beautiful golf course setting with the deer roaming morning and evening. The pictures are exactly what you will find with no surprises and no disappointments. The golf cart made getting to the beach a breeze...not to mention it was great for just cruising around and taking in the scenery of the island. The owners are easy to work with and set up everything in advance.

Great choice
Loved the inviting house and care that went into the selection of everything from the luxurious beds to the kitchen island. We cooked a lot of shrimp from Gayes's dock and appreciated the spices and oils and big pots. This was our first time to Fripp and enjoyed everything after a long winter. Thanks!

Excellent stay as always
This is our fourth stay at this excellent home on Fripp Island on the Ocean Creek golf course. Everything is supplied from the fully equipped kitchen to the ice chest and beach gear. The unique layout, rooms and four bathrooms have become a necessity for our family as we are an expanding extended family that arrives and departs all week. Thanks keeping it available to us.

The Great Sandtini was Great
We had a fantastic two week stay. I highly recommend this property and this owner. We have been coming to Fripp for 15 years and this was one of the best overall properties we've visited. Plenty of room, cold A/C and everything you would ever need in the kitchen. All of this and a fast golf cart!
