Dies ist eine südseitige Endeinheit. Aufgrund der versetzten Anordnung des Gebäudes ist diese Einheit dem Meer am nächsten. Außerdem können die Vorhänge geöffnet bleiben und Sie haben trotzdem Privatsphäre. Niemand kann auf dem Balkon stehen und in Ihr Schlafzimmerfenster sehen!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The deck overlooking the ocean was wonderful for seeing the sunrise and great for relaxing. We also enjoyed the pool and were usually the only ones there. The location was great for getting away from the crowds and congestion of Kitty Hawk and we walked for quite a few miles every day along the beach. The condo itself was very clean and decorated with a beach theme. We will come back and stay here again.

The location of the property was exactly what our family wanted. We preferred a quieter beach over a busy one like Myrtle Beach, and this spot was perfect. There were plenty of dining options nearby, and the condo itself was excellent—easy to access, clean, and well-maintained. The owner was also readily available if we needed anything.

What a gem of a condo on the beach!! It’s an end unit with a magnificent view from the porch. The condo is so clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated with a cute beach theme. It’s very well stocked with most of the necessary kitchen items. Two nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. There’s a storage shed below with plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and one shade umbrella. Rodanthe is a lovely quiet and less touristy beach area than most of the outer banks. The drive north or south up the banks is beautiful and easy to navigate. There are no shortages of things to do and places to eat. At the driveway entrance to the condo is a great little gift shop that sells wonderful ice creams and assorted fudge and chocolates. It was a fun place to walk to in the evenings. The beach boardwalk out to the dunes was nice and the beach was very clean. The surf is quite rough since this area of the beach has a sharp drop off so the tidal change isn’t as dramatic as that of the grand strand in Myrtle beach. Another huge plus is the pool just outside the back of the condo. It was so clean and refreshing and not crowded.
When I first made reservations, I was a bit worried about the HUGE RV KOA right next door to the condo. I feared it would be noisy and crowded on the beach. Turns out it was amazingly quiet and you hardly noticed the beach traffic. It really was a very nice KOA and was packed when we were there.
I would highly recommend this condo and will absolutely plan to return.

The view from the ocean-side balcony is even better than what we expected from the photos. It has a wall on the east side which shielded us from the prevailing wind without limiting our view. This made the balcony an excellent location for setting up tripods and scopes for viewing the many shore birds. Communication with the manager was fast, and efficient. She was able to respond to a special need and was able to arrange exactly what we requested.

I cannot say enough about this condo. Everything was so nice and clean. Location was quiet on the end unit. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Owner was so sweet in recommending restaurants. We had a great time. Thank you for such a great place.

This property was exactly as described and pictured which is always a comfort when vacationing. We thoroughly enjoyed not only the beach and view, but spaciousness of the unit. Unit was very clean and is furnished with nice, tasteful furniture. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and has a large prep/eating area. Both TVs had Roku - great so lots of selections. We spent a lot of time on the deck because of the perfect view with four nice chairs. A bonus was an excellent laundry room that was very clean and well maintained with great machines. Unit has a coffee bar that has everything. We were there before the summer crowds, so area was quiet, but plenty to do. My husband loved that the Rodanthe Pier is so close that made fishing easy and convenient. Owner was lovely to communicate with and prompt and helpful. Overall, was one of our best vacation experiences.

The condo is just as described, but the pictures can not do justice to the gorgeous view.
It is conveniently located so we could do a day trip to Ocracoke and spend a rainy day shopping at the outlets in Nag's Head. We spent the majority of our time sitting in the adirondak chairs on the balcony enjoying the view and the sunshine.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner a couple of nights, but close enough to restaurants that stayed open in the off season (We stayed in early April) that we could enjoy dinners out as well.
We had an emergency repair needed to a bed and the host had a maintenance person out to the house within an hour to fix the issue.
The only drawback to this location is that there isn't an elevator for people to use, so if you have bad knees, this is not the rental for you.

Even if the weather wasn't what we hoped for, we had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for cooking meals. Having access to a washer and dryer is always a bonus. The view is spectacular and the uncrowded beach is so relaxing to walk along, even with 30 mph winds and 12 foot waves during our stay (which were incredible to watch!). Nancy was quick to answer our questions about the flood warnings and even called during our stay to make sure we were aware of a rain storm coming the next day. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit the Outer Banks.

We recently stayed at this wonderful condo on the beach, and it was perfect in every way!! Amazing beachfront views-felt like you were right on the beach when sitting on the spacious balcony. The condo is super clean and has the cutest beach decor throughout. Everything you need you will find in the kitchen-very impressed with how well supplied it was.
Nancy, our host, was the best! Super easy to communicate with and even checked in with us halfway through our trip. 😀

This is our third year staying here. As always, Nancy goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful vacation. Watching the sunrise from the deck with coffee we made at the adorable coffee bar. Walks on the beach down to the pier. Swimming in the pool that’s never crowded. Quiet town perfect for families. We experienced stormy weather but Nancy communicated exactly what we could expect. I can’t say enough great things about this host and home. It truly feels like home to us when we walk in and you can tell she’s on top of the smallest detail to make your stay as perfect as possible. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for hosting us again!

We had an amazing vacation. Property, location, views, was great! Property owner was awesome! Very detailed with instructions, led us right to the condo with no issues! We had a great family vacation! We went with another family and we didn’t know their exact location before we went but they were in the same building and the same level. We made so many friends. Pool was located right below so we could come and go as needed. This unit allowed us to use the storage and things in the storage, that made a huge difference for us! That was an extra that was just awesome! I was worried the beach would be too crowded due to the camp ground next to it, but surprisingly it wasn’t. I gave 5 stars due to I couldn’t ask for a better experience from the property owner, but the only issue I did have was cleanliness. Counters were not clean. Drawers were not empty and floors were not clean. But it all was an easy fix with a thorough cleaning from myself as I was getting the family settled and a vacuum was provided, so it was no problem doing those things myself quickly. Would recommend the stay 100 percent! Very nice place!

Gorgeous ocean views overlook the back deck, and from Master Suite. Kitchen supplies came in handy and the board games were a nice touch. Beds were comfy and there were additional blankets and pillows. Overall had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

We only wished we could stay longer. You have provided just what visitors enjoy - yes, we even watched your dvd “Nights in Rodanthe” - it just seemed right 😉.
Being honest, the steps were a challenge - but we knew about them. If we were to choose, we would prefer cleaning products that did not leave a strong scent in the air. We both are sensitive to odors and there was a very heavy Clorox odor. We ask that next year when we stay with you, you use a different product. That said, We LOVED your place and will be coming back yearly.

The communication of the owner was the best we have ever had! The ocean was right out our balcony and was beautiful. Our family of 6 fit perfect. And on the rainy days the owner even provided books, games and movies. We will be using them again.

I brought my wife here for Valentine's Day and to watch the Super Bowl and loved it. The property was clean, the view was awesome, and Nancy was very responsive. As owners of 2 Volkswagens, we especially loved the beachy VW decor theme. I would definitely stay here again.

Where do I start!? The host (Nancy) was helpful, communicative and quickly responded. She provided excellent suggestions relating to the area for food and adventures. The condo location is superb—loved the ocean view (don’t miss the beautiful sunrise!). The interior was sparkling, the bed was comfortable and the living room was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything imaginable and all the appliances were in top order. Can’t recommend this property enough—we look forward to making this an “every year” event.
