The 'Casper House' is a great spot located a very short walk to a public beach. The rest of the mid-Cape is within reach with easy access to Routes 28, 6, and 6A. I definitely recommend any family or small group to rent this spot for a wonderful vacation in the Cape.

We traveled to the Cape for our daughter’s dance competition. We decided to make it a family vacation children ages 14,9,6. The house was clean and perfectly accommodated our family of 5. Short walk to the beach, we were surprised it wasn’t crowded! Outdoor shower was great to rinse off the sand and having a washer & dryer was a bonus. Owners checked in via the app during our stay. My only suggestion would be to update the bedroom TVs. We will definitely rent again next dance competition!!

Great location- centra to many cape beaches and attractions as well as walkable to the cutest little beach perfect for young kids. The hosts were so helpful and responsive and checked in often during our stay to make sure everything was good. Loved the living area and kitchen space and outdoor amenities as well. Just wanted to note that the 4th sleeper (trundle bed) can not actually fit a person to sleep on in the room it is in- it doesn’t have enough space to pull all the way out so this was a bit of an issue for my 3 kids who were all too afraid to sleep on the top bunk bed!

Great Cape Cod location. Short walk to beach. Easy drive to many of the summer league baseball games. Place came as advertised and was perfect for my wife and I. Communication with owners was easy. Smooth check-in process.

This was our second time staying and we enjoy how close to the beach this home is. The bay is perfect for our family as we have small children and they aren’t toppled by waves all day. We were comfortable in the home and fit nicely.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful my time in this beautiful home was. It is very comfortably furnished and you won’t want for anything in or outside of the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools to cook. The outdoor shower is a highlight with amazing water pressure. The neighborhood is beautiful for strolls to the beach and biking is easy from the house. Mona and Tom were very responsive to any questions and take great care of their cottage!

We loved this spacious cottage. It was perfect for us. While the wonderful outdoor space and outdoor shower were the highlights, everything was provided inside too and we were very comfortable here. We walked to the beach down the street and drove several times to Seagull beach, perhaps five minutes away. Great neighborhood, great cottage and owner responded to all of my emails quickly.

Nice open setup gave us enough indoor space on rainy days. Nice backyard for outdoor games and grilling. The outdoor shower is awesome. Quiet area, short walk to beach. Landlord was accommodating and answered all our questions.

As advertised & just what we were looking for. a really nice location -- close to everything -- off Rt. 28 yet on a remarkably quiet road/neighborhood & near a quiet beach. It's a house that has the old time charm associated with the Cape but with a modern/SMART TV

It was a good location close to the beach. The place was fine. We enjoyed riding the bikes from the shed.

The house is very nice and very clean. The owner made sure we had a smooth check in and had everything we need in the house. Perfect stay. We'll definitely be back in the future.

This was our second year staying in Mona and Toms house and once again we were so glad we did. It felt like coming home! The location is perfect. A short walk to the beach and short drive to 28 and anything you could need. We hope to return again for a third year!

The property was a good size for our family of 5. The owner was helpful and friendly. We had the convenience of a central location on the Cape. Appliances are old but all in working condition. The closest beaches are good for young children.

we all had a good time, everything was great. walking dist. to the beach, parking for 3-4 cars at the house, close by to the shopping area , Dunkin donuts, CVS ,gas station, Restaurants the one thing that needs update would be HD flat screen TV's in the living room and maybe one or both bedrooms. also there was no BBQ cleaning brush to clean grill after use. we would definitely stay there again

The house was fine. The space in the living room & kitchen was nice. Having a place to sit & eat breakfast was convenient. Nice to have a coffee maker, microwave & toaster oven to use. The fridge was clean, but the oven was not. Didn't look like it could be used. Good thing that the bedrooms had AC. It was very helpful with the warm weather. The location was great to route 28. Nice walk to the beach, but really couldn't swim there, but nice to sit & read. The bathroom was way too small. For someone with long legs, sitting on the toilet was not comfortable since my knees would hit the bathtub. There really should be railings on the outside steps. Difficult for people with arthritis to go up & down without having something to hold on to. The photo of the house & yard on home away was not what the house looked like in person. The AC in the living room didn't work well.

Besides towels and bed sheets this place came equipped with everything. The house doesn't have internet so we were able to spend great family time.

This was our first year staying at Mona and Tom’s Home and it was amazing! The home was so clean, so cute and cozy, a close walk to the beach and the location was just over all perfect! Our son and his friend spent hours each day riding bikes and skateboarding the neighborhood (a total plus to bringing teenagers), while my husband and I enjoyed loading our toddler into the wagon and heading to the beach, Grilling in the back yard and eating family dinners on the deck. We hope to return next year!!

If you're looking for convenience to the beach and nothing fancy, this is your place. It's just a short distance off the main road and a short walk to the beach. Having the wagon, beach chairs and umbrella to use were great! The outdoor shower was nice after long days at the beach. The owners were quick to respond to messages and helpful. The downfall for us was that it wasn't as clean as we had hoped for.

We've been coming to Berry Ave every August for the at least 8 years. It has become our "home away from home" every summer. The location couldn't get any better. The house is located about 5 houses away from a great little beach with beautiful boats all day long. The water is always the perfect temperature for paddle boarding or kayaking or just floating around in your tube, not to mention tanning. A few steps further gives you a picture perfect sunset viewing spot. Tom and Mona are wonderful and readily respond to any request. We're booked for August already!

I have been going to the Cape since I was a little girl and I have to say staying at your home was one of the best experiences I have had down there. We enjoyed grilling outside and save a bundle on eating out. It was so easy to find, we couldnt get lost if we wanted to. :) We had a beautiful breeze at night and the neighborhood is so quiet. It was so nice to sit out on the patio with a cup of coffee in the morning. It was also great to have a washer and dryer in the house too. I highly recommend renting this place if you are looking for a great place on the Cape and plan on renting it again very soon.. Thank you for a very delightful weekend.

We stayed here for the last 3 summers, it is a gem. I loved every minute of this house, it is quaint and charming. It is so close to the beach we were able to load up the wagon with all of their chairs, sand toys and coolers to watch the sunset. Everything is within walking distance if not .5 mile drive. The family that owns it could not have been easier to deal with, what a great place!
