We stayed here with our family and friends and couldn’t have been happier. The location was great and convenient to the ski slopes as well as many food options. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone without feeling cramped. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub as well as the game tables. We did have a minor issue with the hot tube the first day but Jenna was extremely fast at getting the problem corrected. She was also very friendly and easy to contact with any questions. We would definitely stay here in the future!!

Condo was dirty. We took a few example pictures of one of the dirty toilets, one of the dirty surfaces, and one of the dirty dishes. We made clear that these were just examples but that the entire condo was dirty. Communication from the owners was great and they were very responsive, but while we thought we would get a full cleaning, instead we got a 10 minute cleaning only cleaning the example pictures. There was a shattered wine glass directly in front of the hot tub and an empty bottle of wine next to the hot tub. And all of the cabinets were very cluttered and piled with random things. Generally, the owners are nice and responsive, but they don’t have a good handle on the property, and would probably be surprised at the state it is in. There is also an interior motion activated video camera. I believe this is stated somewhere in the property description and apparently we agreed to it, but it was just odd living with a camera inside the property constantly turning on as we walked past it.

Such a lovely place to stay while we visited Park city for the first time. The neighborhood is quaint and so adorable. The house is very comfortable and well appointed in every way. The owners of this home are incredibly kind and responsive. If we ever come back to Park city, we will stay here again!

Our stay at this property was perfect...a great location within a short drive of everything in Park City with even the cotton woods being a short drive away. Excellent place to stay while in Park City. Look forward to our next stay!

excellent property and location. Everything our party of 6 needed for a great ski vacation. Free Park City bus stop is in the neighborhood, which we used. Renting a car is not necessary but would be useful, especially for evening excursions.

Beautiful place for 8!
This townhome is a convenient and great place to locate in Park City. We had major issues with the sleep sofas(which is why I said only for 8) but I assume this has been rectified by now since it was reported to the owner.
The facility is well supplied and the hot tub was great. Would rent there again.

Weve been staying at this wonderful townhouse for quite a few of the past several years. We keep coming back as we so love this townhouse and the Park City area for wonderful dining, adventure, relaxation, and skiing at Deer Valley and Park City. The townhouse is spacious with two living area, two fireplaces, three bedrooms, and plenty of bathrooms. It feels like him!

Spacious Park City Townhome!
We've been staying at this wonderful townhouse for quite a few of the past several years. We keep coming back as we so love this townhouse and the Park City area for wonderful dining, adventure, relaxation, and skiing at Deer Valley and Park City. The townhouse is spacious with two living area, two fireplaces, three bedrooms, and plenty of bathrooms. It feels like him!

Our family enjoyed our stay,plenty of room to gather or have quiet space. We had a couple of technical glitches but the owner was very responsive to fix them. Beautiful views from of the mt.

We loved staying here!
My family loved this place! It's cute, comfortable, clean and has lots of sleeping space for a group. The kids loved that they had their own space and bathroom in the den area (the parents and grandparents loved that they had their own space too :-)). The house is close to Old Town Park City and the ski slopes. We will definitely come back!

Family Wedding Success
We had a wonderful time in the condo. It was well appointed for all of our needs. We had a group of young adults stay in the basement with the fold out sofas and bunk beds, Grandma and Grandpa upstairs and our sister and brother -in-law along with us in the other two bedrooms upstairs. We were in Utah for our sons wedding and to enjoy some skiing. There was lots of space for all 10 of us. We even had an extra few a couple of nights and made out just fine. The only suggestion was that the sofa beds were very uncomfortable so the two guys took one each and slept on them as couches. Not ideal but it worked. We had brought our own inflatable queen bed in case and used that a couple of nights as well.
Elandra was very good at making sure we were well taken care of and checked up on us with a phone call during our stay to ensure things were going well.
I would recommend this unit and would stay again if in the area.

Great beginning of New Year
We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo! The view was amazing. The accommodations were very good for our group of 10 ppl. I was really comfortable in the upstairs queen bed. The fireplace was divine and the young crowd enjoyed the hot tub everyday after skiing. One recommendation for making the stay even more comfortable would be to add more cooking and baking dishes. There was no large fry pans ... only two small skillets. This made cooking for a large group a challenge. The upstairs bathroom tub faucet handle has come off and must be reattached in order to use. These were very minor issues and we would definitely come back again and recommend your home to others. Thanks very much!

Perfect Winter Vacation
This condo is close to main street, close to ski lifts and less than 5 minute cab ride to the hot spots. It is a very nice and quiet house with plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Elandra was more than accommodating and available for our every need. If you haven't been to Park City, get ready for an unbelievable vacation.

Amazing sunsets
We made ourselves at home easily at this town home! It's close by car to the main street area and the Olympic site, which is well worth the trip. If you have kids, they can have their own private oasis from adults on the bottom floor. There is plenty of space for many people to stay as a matter of fact. Need to do laundry? You won't have to go anywhere for that. Want to have a home cooked meal? The kitchen is ready for that! This town home is clean, well maintained and as described in the pictures.

Perfect Stay!
Two families stayed in this beautiful condo for a weekend soccer tournament. Everyone was comfortable and happy which is no small feat when dealing with that large of a group. Park was close by, within walking distance, so the little ones had a place to go when they got restless.
The three bedrooms were large and comfortable. The lower level became the hangout for the kids, leaving the middle level for the adults. Kitchen had everything we needed.
Booking with the owner was a snap. Easy transaction and wonderful stay. Can't wait to come back!

Our favorite Park City spot!
We've visited Park City three times now and each time have chosen to return to this lovely town home. It is nicely decorated, very clean, very roomy with two living areas, two fireplaces, plenty of dining space, all the kitchen utensils needed, washer/dryer - feels like a second home to us! It has all the amenities needed for a wonderful trip. Fabulous mountain views too! We love the hot tub after a day of skiing. The town home is in a great location in Park City - it is quiet, right next to a rail trail for some walking/running, and so close to visit Deer Valley, Park City, or the Canyon if you ski.

fabulous Park City residence
I have stayed at this wonderful home several years during the Sundance film festival and it has been a fabulous location and fun was had by all! Easily houses ten or more people and is very comfortable and very well stocked and furnished. The hot tub is very relaxing!! On the free bus line and very close to anywhere you need to go! Winter or summer, this home is a great vacation venue!:):)

Wonderful ski vacation!!!
We had a wonderful ski vacation at this house!!! The house has a cozy feel, it is very clean and spacious. The hot tub has the most amazing views of the mountains. The house is located very close to the red bus line, which made getting to Main Street very easy if we did not want to drive. The owner, Elandra, was very helpful during the booking process. I would highly recommend this house. We are going to make this an annual vacation...can't wait for next year!!

Exceeded expectations!!
We stayed at this property for a full week in mid-February, 2014. The property was everything we envisioned it would be and more. Large and spacious. The fireplaces were greatly appreciated when I had to miss the slopes one day due to a knee injury - oops! The location was perfect and the views - absolutely spectacular. I would most definitely recommend this property to a relative or friend.

Perfect vacation retreat location
We loved so much about this house. The three levels provide so much room - we could have easily brought three times as many people and still had plenty of room! The hot tub was the perfect ending to a hard ski day. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the supplies you could ever need. We spent most of our time curled up next to the fireplace enjoying the view. The owner was amazing throughout the whole process too. I will definitely look to stay here again!

Wonderful and perfect location!
Our family spent our Spring Break here. We skied at Park City and the location was fantastic! Just a few minutes away from the slopes, restaurants (Fuego's Italian is close enough to walk to!) and the grocery store. The owner was very accommodating and helped make our stay very relaxing and enjoyable! It was nice having the gas grill so we could cook out and relax afterwards in the hot tub! The garage was also great, not having to park outside. We will definitely stay here again when we visit this area! I prefer this area rather than staying closer to Main Street where it's so crowded.

This is a great location and perfect size for 2 families. We used the fireplace and the jucuzzi. Nice kitchen and laundry facility. Kids loved the lower level with TV and bunk beds.
